Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. So you know that you're in an unhealthy relationship or an unhealthy work environment or society or whatever when the ability to express what everyone says is common sense seems unnatural. And I see this all the time. I see it myself. I see it in workplace cultures. We do it in our training where you're talking to someone and you share an idea that seems So common sense, yet it is an aha moment to someone. So how does that happen? How do we get so far offline from doing what is natural, what is right, and what is good? For example, to be in a workplace culture where being nice to one another and helping one another is not seen as common sense. That happens all of the time. When— how we respond to a situation when it feels like We're having to dance around or manage around or do something that feels inauthentic. Whenever we do something that feels inauthentic, that is us being in an unhealthy situation or an unhealthy relationship. Common sense, we all know that. Well, it's just common sense. We say it all the time. Why'd the person do that? It's just common sense. And we experience ourselves, why did I do that? It's just common sense. It's because we have gotten in into a relationship or a culture that is so imbalanced that we've lost the ability to practice common sense. So your moment of yes for today is what situation, what culture, what relationship are you in that's not allowing you to be authentic? That's not allowing you to express common sense? And can you go back? To having that connection, to expressing, to being authentic, to living that way. And if you can't, maybe it's time to make a major adjustment, or maybe it is time to just move on. That's your Moment of Yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
