Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. As you can see, I'm back on my porch, which I haven't been in 2 weeks, so it's good to be home. So your moment of yes for today is we all know the concept, at least we know the concept of unconditional love. It's something that a lot of us strive for, myself included, to be able to love someone, to love anyone, to love everyone unconditionally. What a big concept that is, to love without condition. Not quite there yet. So the idea came to me, what about unconditional happiness? Is it really any different than unconditional love? We go throughout our day, we go throughout our life, and sort of moment by moment, we often judge the current circumstances as good or bad, therefore making us either happy or unhappy. And so what if we practice this idea of unconditional happiness? What if no matter what was going on right now in this moment, instead of labeling it or judging it, what if we just celebrated it for what it was? And if we celebrate it for what it is, we can find the joy and the peace and the happiness in that moment, in every moment. So good or bad, who knows? So if we're not attached to our expectations or our outcomes, Every moment is what it is—perfect. And if every moment is perfect, no matter what it looks like, shouldn't we be happy? And wouldn't that be practicing unconditional happiness? Maybe. I don't know. But that's your moment of yes for today. If you have any insights on that, if you've experienced it yourself, or you have any ideas of how it's working for you, please share. I'm not an expert. I'm just listening. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
