Good morning everyone. Happy Monday. Here is your moment of yes for today. Hope you guys had a good weekend. Now this morning, as I was sitting out doing my morning listening, just a few minutes ago, there was— the sun was coming up in the east and so you had the beautiful pink clouds and the moon was still up. So the moon was in the clouds and then we had had some rain and so there's a rainbow. There's a faint rainbow in these like pinkish clouds with the moon in the distance. And it was like, wow, just this beautiful, beautiful image. And it lasted maybe 2 minutes before the color changed, the rainbow went away, the clouds. And so, but just totally appreciating that, that moment of beauty. And as it sort of dispersed, there was no sense of sadness. Over the fact that it's gone. And in reality, if you wait a few moments, or if you just change your perspective, or you change your gaze, you're bound to find something else beautiful within your sight. And it usually only takes a few moments as we move from, from perspective to perspective. It just got me thinking and reflecting, listening on the idea that That we don't feel bad when the beauty of nature transitions and dissipates because we know that there's more beauty where that came from and there's more beauty that will come as well. And so how often do I look at the beauty and the good things in my life and feel a sense of hurt or sadness when something beautiful or great comes to an end? kind of dissipates, and why do I doubt that something beautiful or wonderful is going to come after it? It always has in the past, so why do I doubt it now? So that's your moment of yes for today, is just to appreciate the beauty that's in your life. And as it dissipates or transforms or evolves, instead of feeling sadness over it, just know that that new beauty is right behind it in some form. Can't control it, but it's coming and we can just appreciate it. So that's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
