Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for today. Happy Sunday to you. Well, you know, 2 Sundays ago at this time, I was actually in St. Louis having a couple of hours of spending time in the zoo, just being quiet, observing, hanging out with animals, just having a good time doing that. And a big insight came to me during that time 2 weeks ago, which was Seeing myself, seeing others as sort of, you know, we go to the zoo and we tend to observe the animals as if they are the show. And I had a real clear sense as I was sitting there, I am as much the show as these animals are. Maybe these animals are actually watching us. And so I started to not only observe myself, but observe every person in the zoo as well as the animals as we're just all different kinds And so I noticed different people saying things that might frustrate me or make me angry or different things like that. And I just noticed, hey, that's just what we do. That's just what our kind of animal does. And so when I noticed someone saying something that I would let frustrate me, I would just go, well, that's just kind of what we do. I make statements like that as well. So since then, for the last 2 weeks, whenever I've come across caught myself judging someone or noticing someone doing something that might frustrate me, I just, from a sense of compassion and empathy, I just go, well, I've totally acted that way before, or I've totally had those thoughts before. And as humans, that's just kind of what we do. And instead of getting upset about someone, I just obviously I can replace that with compassion and then just look inward into What do I need to know or learn about myself right now? And just not reacting when people act a certain way and just going, hey, that's just kind of what we do. And we all have good moments and we have bad moments and we aspire to have better moments, but at the end of the day, it's just about noticing, it's about appreciating, compassion, forgiveness, and taking it back to ourselves because it's only a reflection of what we feel in our heart. What are we learning from the situation that is, that is rising up in our thought? That's a long one. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a great day.
