Good morning, everyone. Happy Friday. Here's your moment of yes for today. There's an alligator in the water back here. I haven't seen it yet, but my neighbor saw it out here yesterday. So I'm on alligator alert now. I really want to see it. Not too close, but I do want to see it. But I haven't seen it yet. I'll keep you posted. So your moment of yes for today is to continue on what we were talking about yesterday. The countdown to Thanksgiving. What are we at, 6 days now? And using this countdown to Thanksgiving as taking time every day, a few minutes of silence, reflection, of quiet to embrace forgiveness. And so much of the holidays is built around family and memories and coming together, and it's a recipe for a lot of unresolved issues, as some of us know. So just spending this week leading up to Thanksgiving to ponder forgiveness and whether it's a family member or whether it's just a situation that is ready to be freed from our grasp. So that's the theme. So for today, as I was sitting here and just noticing my own thoughts and noticing situations, if we're having a hard time thinking of someone to forgive, maybe we can just turn the focus on ourselves and asking ourselves, what is it about ourselves that we are actually wanting or needing to forgive? And it could be something as simple as regret for not buying plane tickets when they were cheaper one week than they were the next, or forgiving ourselves for how we reacted to a situation. Yeah. Forgive ourselves for missing a workout or having a bad meal, whatever. But using this lead-up time to also forgive ourselves as well and to free ourselves from all of the self-condemnation and guilt and regret that we lump back at us as well. So take that time, the countdown to Thanksgiving. that focus is gonna be to take the quiet time each day to do reflection and just really embrace forgiveness. And so today, bring that focus onto yourself. That's your Moment of Yes for today, everyone. Have a happy Friday. Bye.
