He invites viewers to pause and reflect on what they are most grateful for at that very moment, encouraging a mental shift toward gratitude. The prompt asks viewers to consider recent or general sources of gratitude, to stay in that feeling, and to experience the comfort, love, joy, and peace that gratitude can bring. Good morning, everyone. This is Travis. Here is your Moment of Yes. As you can see, I am shooting from the car cam today. I'm in Illinois at the Educari Unlearning Institute, assistant coaching a workshop for the weekend. And so I'm running some errands before the workshop begins. So the Moment of Yes for today, it's simple. It's something that we hopefully do all the time. It's gratitude. So, Whenever you're watching this video, stop right now and ask yourself, what am I most grateful for right now? Is it something that happened today? Is it something in general in your life? Ask yourself, what am I really grateful for right here, right now? Take a moment to stop, pause, allow yourself to go into that mental space, and just notice everything That you can be grateful for. And maybe it's just one thing that really sticks out. Stay in that space for a little bit and just feel that. Just, just feel the comfort, the love, the joy, the peace that comes with shifting into a mindset of gratitude. That's it. That's all we're doing right now. What am I most grateful for right here, right now? Can you get a bigger moment of yes than that? It's pretty simple. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
