Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Now, the other day I was honored to get to see the legendary track and field coach, Loren Seagrave, speak to the student body. And what was really inspiring about Loren's talk was, well, lots of things. He talked about how every athlete, every runner has to have a why. And, you know, Simon Sinek talks a lot about why. Why to me is about purpose. It's your yes. And unless you have that, it's gonna be hard for you to be successful because as you run into obstacles, if you don't have that why, then you're gonna find a plan B. You're gonna find an easy way out. So I loved how he talked about his why. He also talked about the idea and the analogy of the tripod. And so a tripod, you need to have that sort of tripod in your life. What are those 3 things That really balance you, that really ground you, that are most important to you. And you know, you think of a tripod, each of those legs has to be the same height. It has to have the same equality to it, the same balance, because if one is overloaded, it throws off the balance. It shifts the weight of the entire tripod. So your moment of yes for today is to think about what are the legs of of your tripod. What are those 3 things that are the most important whys of your life? Really think about them. What are the 3 things? They might be the cliché things that everyone would say, but really think honestly about it, reflect on it, be authentic about your 3 whys. Not what, not what you think other people would say, but what they really are to you. And then once you have those 3 whys, reflect on those and then think about How balanced are those three whys in my life? Is one out of balance? Is one causing anxiety in another part of my life? Do I need to devote more time to one of them? So think about your three whys today. Think about your tripod, and that's your moment of yes for today. Everyone have a wonderful, wonderful. Oh, P.S. I asked Holland and Shepherd this morning. Hey guys, what should my moment of yes be about today? Shepherd said helping people. We watched a cool video on that and Holland said the Earth. So if the first moment of yes doesn't work for you, think about helping people and think about the Earth. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
