When that has been satisfied, you stop. You don't keep consuming and you don't try to keep trying to think of other ways that can So think about, take some time today, reflect on and think about, wow, what am I addicted to? What things in my life do I think that I have to have continuously? You know, is it a story? Is it an actual thing? And what is behind it? What is behind that lack of satisfaction that you're feeling from that? So, and then you can just live your yes more and more. So what are you addicted to? That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a great day. Thank you, Travis.
