In this brief motivational video, the speaker delivers a "moment of yes" encouraging viewers to become aware of how much mental energy they waste judging or over‑thinking other people’s actions. He reflects on his own experience of spending several minutes pondering why someone else behaves a certain way, cites a Wayne Dyer quote—"it's none of my business what you think about me"—to illustrate the point, and urges listeners to consciously shift focus back to their own lives. The talk concludes with a brief announcement of a new "30 Days of Yes 101" program starting October 1, inviting interested individuals to email travis@yes30.com.

Good morning, everyone. Happy Sunday. Here's your moment of yes for today. As I was doing my morning listening, I got thinking about someone else and from a seat of judgment, and it got me thinking, wow, how much time do I spend in someone else's business? And that's obviously from a mental perspective. Well, sometimes it's from a physical perspective for others. But from a mental perspective, how much time do I spend thinking about why someone else thinks or acts or does the things that they do? A, how exhausting is that for me? And B, just how much of a waste of positive energy is that to continuously be judging and thinking about and Just coming from the standpoint that I know better or that you know better for the reason that this person is acting or this organization is doing whatever. So my moment of yes for today is just to notice that. Notice the amount of thought you give toward thinking about someone else or something else and why they do what they do. I think we can all relate to that to a certain extent. And it all for me goes back to that Wayne Dyer quote of, it's none of my business what you think about me. And obviously, if someone was spending a lot of time thinking about us, we probably wouldn't like it too much. And for ourselves, we would try to just kind of not get wrapped up in it, nor should we be getting wrapped up in what someone else is doing. And having so much of our life energy going towards that. Because what does it say about ourselves if we're so wrapped up in someone else that we're just not living and owning our own life? And so just to be conscious of that. So that's your moment of yes today. Be conscious of that. Notice that. For me, it was a big, you know, kind of jolt when I noticed, wow, I just spent 5 minutes Thinking about why does someone else behave the way that they behave? Not mine to do. So that's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Side note, we are starting another 30 Days of Yes 101 program October 1st, just a couple days from now. If you're interested or you know someone else who is, just have them send me an email at travis@yes30.com. Have a wonderful day, everyone. Bye.
