Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. I apologize for the sunglasses, but the sun is beating straight down on me today. And just enjoying a little bit of time at the beach today. Got a chance to do some beach yoga. If you listen really closely, you can hear the waves coming in. It's really nice. There's the ocean. So your moment of yes for today is actually something that our yoga teacher said during class. Which is, the position of your heart is more important than the position of your body. And that really struck me. I think I was in a downward dog, and I sort of thought about that for the rest of the class today. And so your moment of yes for today is, what does that mean to you right now? The position of your heart is more important than the position of your body. I think we could, we could talk probably for hours on what that could potentially mean for someone. But I offer it up to you this morning to sort of hit you in your sweet spot, to listen, reflect, and just think about where is the position of your heart compared to maybe how your body is talking to you. And just ponder that a little bit for today. There's not much more that needs to be said than that today. That's your moment of yes. The position of your heart is more important than the position of your body. Have a wonderful day, everyone. Bye.
