Good morning, everyone. Happy Friday. Here is your Moment of Yes for today. I realized that I've got to start sharing some of the inspiration that I get from different places, books and movies and things like that. And the Moment of Yes is a great place to sort of share some of the different resources that I know I'm getting inspiration from and share it with you guys. And so I watched a documentary on Netflix the other night called Kumare. And Kumare is a documentary about a guy who kind of was cynical to spirituality and set out to make a documentary proving that he could make himself a fake guru and actually have people follow him. So it was a real cynical approach to spirituality, to yoga, to the world of inspiration. But in the process, not only do people start to follow him, And they start to actually believe in his teachings. He kind of starts to believe his own teachings in the process of this fake guru that he's created. And it's a really interesting movie. That's all I'm going to say about it. I really hope that you'll watch it because I think there's a lot going on in that movie to think about. I think one of the key themes in the movie is, and the message of his fake guru, is he's trying to tell people, listen, This guru thing is all fake. You are your own guru. You have everything you need on your own. Which I think is from a— and obviously that's not a new message and that's not a unique message, but it is a message that this guru preaches. And it's a message obviously that I believe in. And so that stood out to me in the movie. And when we are looking for inspiration, when we're looking for someone to come into our lives, when we're actually looking for it, They show up. For these people, it happened to be a fake guru, but it actually gave them what they needed in that moment. So sometimes our idea of what is a teacher, what is a guru to us, we might think it has to look like a certain way. It actually might end up being someone who's not trying to be a guru, who's trying to be a fake guru, or who might just be pumping your gas. I guess we don't really pump each other's gas anymore, do we? No. I just dated myself. So, your moment of yes for today is kind of 2 things. I love the message of you are your own guru. What would you be like if you saw yourself as a guru? If you actually believed in your own wholeness and saw yourself as a guru, how would you approach life? How would you approach others? How would you approach yourself? And also the other thing to be open to is when you are looking for something in your life. When you're looking for it, it will show up. Just don't judge the way that it shows up. Kumare, you can watch it on Netflix. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
