Good morning everyone. Happy Tuesday. How you doing today? Here's your moment of yes for today. There's, there's a John Mayer quote that I came across a few months ago, so I'm probably gonna butcher it, but it's essentially this. He says, if you had started learning the guitar 2 weeks ago, today you'd be 2 weeks better than you were when you started. I love that, and that's sort of the, the The theme for today is why not today? Why not start today? What's holding you back from beginning the first step or the next step in something that you really want to do? Is preparation holding you back? Is fear holding you back? Is procrastination holding you back? Whatever it is that you have convinced yourself or fooled yourself that today is not the day to start, why not? Why not? Maybe today is the perfect day. I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday and he was sharing a story from high school about a business he started in high school and how successful it was, how it essentially helped him pay for college. And when he went to business school years later, he shared the example with the business students and they broke down, well, here's why you were successful and this plan and this— and they broke down all the different things. And he said, no, the reason I was successful is just because I did it. I just started it. I tried it. I jumped in. He goes, I had a business plan, but a week in I had to scrap it and improvise and come up with a new strategy. But the key was just going for it, just doing it. He was a kid. He didn't know what he was doing except the fact that he was going to try something and do it. So for you today, living your yes is, is not staying in this perfect shell of working out every detail until it's perfect. It's about feeling so, so driven, so inspired that today you can't not take a step in trying something. Even— and it doesn't have to be big. It might just be something new, returning to something that you've been passionate about in the past, but just starting and doing it today. Why not today? What have you been sitting on? What are you sitting on? And why not today? And that's your moment of yes for today. Have a great day, everyone.
