Good morning, everyone. Here's your moment of yes for today. The picture today that the the image picture at the top is a is a double rainbow. That's right. Double rainbow last night while I was at Shepherd's soccer practice. No big deal. I'm just saying. I guess I just hang out around double rainbows. No big deal. So yeah. So your moment of yes for today actually came yesterday when I was teaching teaching a class. And we were talking about the concept, the mindset of living yes and yes and. And obviously, yes for my purposes is your purpose. To live your yes is your purpose. From the standpoint of teaching a yes and mindset from a collaboration standpoint or an improvisational standpoint, yes and is all about the yes is total acceptance of what is going on. Doesn't mean that you like it, but I've talked about this before. When you, when you say yes, and yes is I will accept what is going on. The and is how you respond to it. And I am going to, and that's your response. And hopefully when you're truly living your yes, and when you have a yes, and mindset, you are taking everything that's going on, you're accepting it, and then you're building off of it. You're building off of it in the best way possible. You're supporting someone's ideas. Or just the fact that you're accepting that what is going on, okay, this is what happened and this is how I'm going to respond to it. When we live in no or but, we're living basically in denial. We are trying to argue with the facts instead of taking them and then making the best with them. So a lot of us spend time being in denial or battling that. And so the expression that came to me yesterday, I'm not sure if I've thought of it or used it before, But it came to me in that sort of the moment of class is you cannot progress until you say yes. Nice little rhyme there, right? You cannot progress until you say yes. Until you accept that what is going on is what's going on, you can't make any type of progress until you say yes to that. And then you can adjust, adapt, react. You can challenge your belief. You can challenge your fears, whatever you want to do. But you have to say yes and at least accept that this is what you're being confronted with and how you respond. You cannot progress until you say yes. Think about that today with something that you are struggling with. Say yes to it, and then you can progress. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Thank you, Travis.
