Good morning everyone. Here's your moment of yes for today. Happy Friday. So for the last few weeks, I've been doing a series of management trainings, kind of training the manager sessions. And you can read a lot of books about management. There's only a million of them out there. But when it boils right down to it, as far as techniques and management styles and things like that, you guys have probably heard before, but the number one reason, the overwhelmingly number one reason someone leaves their job is? Money. Their relationship with their boss or their supervisor or whoever they have to report to, their relationship with that person is the number one reason people leave their job. Think about that. It's not about the benefits, it's not about the money, it's not about the location. The number one reason is the relationship with the boss. That's huge. It's huge. So when you think about all the different management styles out there, it's easy to forget The one simple basic truth that we are all people. Yeah, you know, golden rule: treat people the way that you want to be treated. At the end of the day, no matter what your personality is, what your beliefs are, and things like that, are you able to connect with people in a way that's that's trusting, that's respectful, that's compassionate? All right, trust, respect. compassion, sprinkle in a little empathy. Or if you're me, sprinkle in a lot of empathy. And so take that outside of the workplace as well. It doesn't, you know, take management, worker, how you relate with people in general, your own kids, your friends, your coworkers, the strangers, the cashier in the grocery store. How do you show up? Are you living from your authentic purpose? Are you, are you living and treating people with respect, compassion, And empathy, or are you just kind of showing up with a whole lot of, a whole lot of junk? All right, so think about that today. Think about that today. How are you showing up at the very basic level? Can you be empathic, respectful, compassionate? If that were the case, if you can do that, most relationships in your life are going to smooth themselves out. And that's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a great day. Have a great day.
