Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Now last night when I went to bed, I was a little frazzled over the amount of work that I needed to get done with the house this weekend and sort of the coming weekends. And so I knew when I woke up this morning I had a lot to do, and I did wake up this morning with the sense of I have a lot to do, which was a little stressful. But one thing that I committed to doing this week to To just to take care of myself. So I went and took beach yoga this morning, even though my head was going in a million different directions. And so even though it's been doing nothing but raining here day after day, the rain actually held off for an hour this morning and just allowed me to, to just do some yoga. And it was a great slow kind of therapeutic, great listening yoga this morning. And It was just a great way to listen, to listen to love, to listen to God, to breathe in the universe and just feel a sense of surrender and oneness. And the idea that really came to me, that's sort of a peaceful idea, and it's actually the idea that comes to me when thinking about the moment of yes every morning because As I prepare for the moment of yes, I don't always have a clear idea of what I'm supposed to share. The idea that came to me this morning during yoga, and as I was walking away on the beach and coming to the car and thinking about everything that I had to do, the idea of you will know when you get there. That just was very peaceful to me today. You will know when you get there. You will know what to say. When it's time to say it. You will know what to do when it's time to do it. And just to surrender, find that peace, walk in that direction. And I feel peaceful right now. There's probably a good chance that I'm going to get frazzled again over the next couple of days or weeks. I'm not going to malpractice myself, even though I just did. But I do know that as I find that anxiety or that stress, I can come back to, you will know when you get there. So that's your moment of yes for today, everyone. You will know when you get there. Have a wonderful day. Thank you.
