In this short motivational video, Speaker A delivers a "moment of yes" encouraging viewers to recognize that their personal challenges, stress, and anxieties are not unique. By emphasizing the power of vulnerability and authentic sharing, A explains that many people experience similar fears and concerns. To illustrate this, A guides the audience through a mental math and letter‑association quiz that typically leads to the sequence: a European country (Denmark) → a mammal (kangaroo) → a color (orange). The predictable outcome demonstrates how seemingly individual problems often share common patterns across people. Speaker B provides light‑hearted musical interludes and cheers, reinforcing a supportive, upbeat atmosphere. The video ends with a reminder to carry this shared‑experience mindset into the next day.

Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Now, when it comes to dealing with problems in our lives or challenges or things that are really causing us stress and anxiety right now, it's easy to think that we are the only ones who are going through it and that no one else has gone through a situation like this before. Which when we personalize it like that, it's really easy to think that way. In reality, there are lots of people who actually can relate to to what we're going through. And it's once we start to share and be vulnerable and allow ourselves to be authentic with people, when we start to realize a lot of us are feeling, experiencing, having the same fears, having the same concerns and challenges. And so being able to be open and vulnerable and realizing there's a lot of people going through exactly what you're going through. Obviously, we're all individuals, so there's— it's a little bit different, but as far as the feelings and the thoughts, We have. I think we connect a lot more with people than what we think. And so, I'm going to do a little quiz for you right now. I want you to think of a number 1 through 9. Alright. Now, multiply your number by 9. So, you should have a 2-digit number. Take those 2 digits and add them together. Alright. Now, whatever that number is, Subtract it by 5. And then if that number were a letter in the alphabet, like A is 1, 2 is B, 3 is C, 4 is D, 5 is E, take that number and the letter of that, a country in Europe that starts with that letter. Okay. Now, the last letter in your country, a mammal That starts with that letter. And then the last letter for your mammal, a color, a color that starts with that letter. Are we all thinking about an orange kangaroo from Denmark? If so, that will help further the idea that it seems like our problems are so specific and so individual. Yet, as complex as they are, we can often relate them and see that they're very similar to what a lot of other people are thinking. If you didn't come up with a Denmark kangaroo orange, this is going to sound really confusing to you. Hopefully you did and my point is a little more clear. If not, I apologize. I'll see you tomorrow. That's your moment of yes for today, gang.
Dun dun dun, dun dun dun dun, dun dun dun dun. Yes! Yay, you're dancing with me!
