30 Days of Yes, Day 2. So how did writing that letter to yourself go yesterday and answering those questions? Hopefully those really set the intention for what the next 30 days are going to be. And hopefully you took that time to, to find a journal, open a journal, to reflect on the experience and, and really capture sort of the different thoughts and feelings that are showing up as you go through each activity. So Day 2. Our activity today is the Snail Mail of Love. I want you to write out— not text, not email, not Snapchat, not Twitter, not Vine— I want you to write out a letter of gratitude, handwritten. Make sure they can read your writing. But write a letter of gratitude to someone, and you're gonna pop it in the mail the old-fashioned way with a stamp. And so we're gonna send that letter off to someone. Maybe it's a family member, an old friend. Maybe it's a teacher that had a positive impact on you, anyone. But we're going to take the time to really collect our thoughts and capture it on pen and paper. And so what a great opportunity for you to think about, wow, who, who can I send this gift to? Who's going to receive this gift? And maybe it's someone that, uh, that you haven't thought about in a while, and what a gift that is going to be. Any great practice when we— when it comes to growth, and when it comes to whether it's a spiritual practice or personal growth practice Gratitude is a foundation for building off of, and unless we have a sense of gratitude in our life and unless we live with gratitude, it's hard to receive anything else into our experience. So that's why day 2, we're sending some gratitude to get us started on our journey of purpose and authenticity. That's day 2, everyone. Please send me any feedback of your experiences along the way. I'll share them with the group. I can also keep them anonymous between you and I as well. So have a great day 2, everyone.
