Day 3

The group shares how writing gratitude letters on Day 2 felt, then explores forgiveness. The facilitator asks what you haven't forgiven in yourself or others, what anger still lingers, and what might shift if you let it go. The work is optional, the tone supportive.

Yes, 101, day 3. How is everyone doing today? You know, I think, I think I'm due for a little bit of haircut. Those, uh, those wings are getting wild. Might have to fly away. So haircut might be coming during this 30-day program for me. I digress. Welcome to day 3, everyone. How did the day 2 letter of gratitude go? Would love to hear some feedback from you. Who did you send it to? Why were you inspired to send it to them? And then how did you feel as a result? What did that bring up for you? I'm sure there are some nuggets of inspiration that took place writing that letter of gratitude. Please share it with me. I would love to share some feedback with the group. All right, day 3. Day 3 is also a powerful, powerful one. Day 3 is all about forgiveness. Yes, forgiveness. So we can't force ourselves to forgive. So today is all about pondering forgiveness. Think about a person or an experience that you maybe haven't forgiven fully. And maybe you thought, oh no, that happened a long time ago. I totally forgave that person or that event. But are there times when it kind of pops back up again and you can feel that physical feeling of maybe a little tension or anger or frustration? Odds are you're still carrying a little bit of that around. Or maybe, just maybe, I'm sure none of you guys can relate to this, Maybe you haven't forgiven yourself for something that you've done. I'm sure that's something we can all relate to. So today you're going to, to sit and ponder, what would it feel like if we actually let that go? If we forgave that person or forgave that event or forgave ourselves? How would we feel? How would we be different if we let that go? And then if you're willing to go a step further and actually do it, that's completely up to you. But today I want you all to think about, well, how would I be different? How would I feel differently if I was able to forgive? I think there might be some power in that. Why don't you guys let me know? That's day 3, all on forgiveness. And again, we're laying a fantastic foundation for 30 Days of Yes. Have a great day, everyone.
