Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for Monday, February 3rd. Um, back— uh, actually, it's funny, I'm, I'm in a parking spot, um, uh, right in front of, uh, the house that I went to college in, uh, and, um, spent 4 years in this house. Every time I come by, it's kind of weird. Um, it looks like Hogwarts. I don't know if you can tell through the back window. Yeah. Yeah. No, you really can't. So on campus, back at my alma mater today, doing like a sports workshop for a bunch of athletes in the conference. They kind of— they're hosting it this year. So I'm— I am their guest speaker talking about how to implement a yes and mindset post-sports. So should have a lot of fun doing that today. So, here we are. February, first Moment of Yes for February, one month down. And so, as we think about, again, the nice thing about months and weeks and all those things, it just gives us, it gives us mental checkpoints, markers along the way to set, reset, adjust, and adapt to where we are, where we're going, where we've been. And what is most important right now? W-I-N, what's important now? So as we start a week and as we start a month, what intention, what focus do you have for this month? You know, based on how January went, or, you know, better or worse or whatever, what feels most important right now? I'm sticking with my word for the year. My word, as you all know, is evolve. And so, um, you know, I tried to make some micro changes in January Those went pretty well. And so continuing into February, professionally, personally, what does it look like to evolve in blank? So keep filling in that blank. So February, new checkpoint. How you feeling? What are you focused on? Right? Get clear and take that next right step. That's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome day, everybody.
