Travis Thomas, an improv coach, created a 10-day email program for $25 that sends daily videos and activities based on his book 3 Words for Getting Unstuck: Live Yes And. He's worked with athletes and CEOs for 17 years and says the program gives you tools to move past being stuck.
My name is Travis Thomas. I'm the creator of Live Yes And, and Live Yes And is dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and companies discover their inner brilliance through a commitment to purpose, authenticity, and life-transforming collaboration. I've got a book called 3 Words for Getting Unstuck: Live Yes And, and for 17 years, when I started off in improv comedy, I've taken those principles to help individuals, to help teams, to help organizations Create better cultures, better relationships where people thrive. And now, based on my book, I have a 10-day program called Get Unstuck in 10 Days. You don't need to spend thousands of dollars to go to a conference. You don't need to hire a personal coach. In this 10-day program, for only $25, you will get 10 days, 10 principles that are going to help you get unstuck in some aspect of your life. The program includes 10 individual emails, each day highlighting a different principle from the book. You'll get a video from me plus an activity to do during that day which will bring out that principle. You'll have access to me for those 10 days as well as access to a private Facebook group with other people just like you who are also getting unstuck. You will also receive a PDF copy of my book, and more than anything, you will get the tools to help you get unstuck and start thriving in every aspect of your life. I've worked with athletes at every level, professional athletes. I've worked with CEOs, and everybody gets stuck. It doesn't make you a bad person. It just means you can't make progress until you learn to embrace where you are and how to overcome it.
