In this short instructional video, the host of the "30 Days of Yes 101" series checks in on participants' experience from Day 1 and introduces the Day 2 activity. The assignment is to take pen and paper and write a physical, handwritten letter of gratitude to someone who has impacted the participant’s life (or anyone the participant wishes to thank). The letter must be mailed in the traditional way—addressed, stamped, and posted—emphasizing the tactile, intentional nature of the gesture. After sending the letter, participants are encouraged to spend time reflecting on the experience, noting any thoughts, emotions, or insights that arose while writing and mailing the note. The video closes with a friendly reminder to have a great day and continue the 30‑day "Yes" challenge.

Hello everyone. Yes 101, day 2. So how did day 1 treat all of you? How did writing that letter to yourself feel? All right, hopefully you've set your intention, give yourself a little bit of focus just to even reflect on what does the next 30 days look like and feel like for you. So moving on to day 2, your assignment for today is to actually keep that pen and paper handy because you're going to write another letter. That's right. This time you're going to write an actual letter of gratitude to someone else. And it could be someone who's had a big impact on your life or someone that you're just thinking about. Or even as you take some time to reflect on who do you want to write that letter of gratitude to, someone interesting shows up. But the important part of this is that we're actually sitting down and writing an actual letter, pen and paper, of gratitude. We're not sending an email, not a text. We're not calling them right now. Sending them an actual letter in the mail, if you remember how to do that, where you write the address and those things called stamps. Yeah, you get it. You can even use an old quill and ink if you want to. No? Okay. Pen and paper is fine. So you're going to write a letter of gratitude to them and you're going to pop it in the mail. It is as simple as that. That is your activity. And I encourage you at the end of the day is to take some time just to reflect And then reflect back on how it felt to actually write the letter. What ideas, what thoughts showed up for you as you did that, or that you just reflect on that during the day. That's it. A letter of gratitude, day 2, 30 Days of Yes 101. Have a great day. Thank you.
