30 Days of Yes 101, Day 3. How are you doing today? How did Day 2 treat you? Writing that letter of gratitude to someone. If you have any ideas, insights, inspiration how that felt, go ahead and drop me an email. I'll be happy to share that with the group, or any additional side coaching you want, feel free to drop me an email. So today's assignment, Day 3, is all about Forgiveness. You are forgiven. So we can't force forgiveness. It's not something we can tell someone else to do. It's something that we need to come to and progress with on our own. So day 3 is to take that time of reflection, take that time of listening, that 10 to 15 minutes, create some space for yourself just to sit and ponder. Is there a person, is there a situation, an idea that you're still holding on to that maybe you haven't forgiven fully? Or that you quite honestly know that you're not ready to forgive. So again, we can't force forgiveness, but take that time today just to ponder, think about that person, think about the situation, and then think about your own freedom. What would it mean to let some of that anger, resentment, or frustration go? What would that feel like for you in your life? So just ponder forgiveness. Maybe there's some more room today for you to open up to forgiveness about the situation. To free yourself a little bit. So just stay open to the idea, notice what comes to the surface as far as what you haven't forgiven, and then just, just kind of sit and notice that space and see what shows up. That's your assignment for today, to stretch yourself outside of that comfort zone and to feel the power of what forgiveness would feel like. 30 Days of Yes 101, Day 3. Have a great day, everyone.
