In this YouTube monologue, the host introduces the "Yes And Challenge" for the week of June 21st, encouraging viewers to creatively engage with their current surroundings to break routine and discover new experiences. The host reflects on the previous week's challenge—maintaining habits like running and teaching a long Zoom class despite hot Missouri weather—demonstrating how to "yes and" the environment. For the current week, the host proposes concrete ideas: take a different route to work, dine at an unfamiliar restaurant, or try a new workout, all aimed at mixing up familiar settings. The underlying message is that by altering how we interact with our environment, unexpected positives (like a new favorite eatery) may emerge. The host concludes with an invitation for viewers to share their discoveries, fostering community interaction and personal growth.

Hey everyone, this is your Yes And Challenge for the week of June 21st. Last week, last full week of June. July comes the following week. Crazy. Yeah, I know, crazy. So I'm still in Missouri. And last week, right, your Yes And Challenge was all about using the environment that you're in to still be able to basically yes and your environment. How can you still work out? How can you still Do your habits and your routines. I was able to get out and run, which is, you know, some great places to run here even though it's sweltering hot. And so I was able to kind of still do those routines and teach a crazy college class all week for 7-hour Zoom days. And so deal with kind of like yes and collaborate with the environment. So this week, because again I'm here for the rest of the week, is what can you do In your current environment, which is new, which is out of the normal routine? What is a new opportunity, a new challenge, a new way to experience the environment that you're in? So if you're in your normal environment, this is a great way for you to interrupt the routine and do something different. Take a different route to work. Just, you know, go drive around a neighborhood or a part of town that you don't typically drive around in. Eat at a restaurant this week that you've never eaten at. Try a workout that you've never tried. So this is about, you know, mixing it up, experiencing your same environment, but in a new and unique way. And who knows what might show up when you do that? That Mexican restaurant that you love so much, you know what, there was a time when you didn't eat there, right? So by trying it, you got a new favorite. So maybe there's a new diamond in the rough out there this week. So that's your Yes, And challenge for this week. Let me know what you find. Have a great week, everyone.
