In this brief YouTube video, the speaker introduces the “Yes, And” weekly challenge for the week of March 1st, aligning it with National Women’s History Month. After noting the transition from Black History Month to Women’s History Month, the speaker asks viewers to set an intention: each day of the week, think of a different woman who has profoundly impacted their life—whether a mother, sister, friend, teacher, or coworker—and express appreciation through a small act such as a handwritten note, text, or random kindness. The challenge is presented as a simple, actionable habit that both honors the women in the viewer’s life and cultivates a reflective, gratitude‑focused mindset. The video concludes with encouragement to carry out the challenge and wishes viewers a great week.

Hello everyone. Here is your Yes And Challenge for the week of March 1st. Can you believe it? 2 months are already gone in 2021 and we have moved into March, which is National Women's History Month. I know that because of my days back working for the right to marry Baker Eddy. We would always do a lot around women's history, the different leaders, different pioneers in women's history. Since it's March and we came out of February, we just celebrated Black History Month, moving into March, which is Women's History. So here's your Yes, And challenge for this week, really simple. Again, when we set an intention, it gives us a focus, a direction to put our energy. And so your intention for this week is I want you to think about each day a different woman who has had a powerful impact. in your life, whether it's your mother, a sister, a friend, a teacher, a coworker, whatever it is. And I want you to think about them and appreciate, obviously, the powerful impact that they have had on your life. But then I want you to send them a message. Either write them a handwritten letter, send them a text, do a random act of kindness, do something for them that you let them know how much you value them and care about them. Again, it could be as simple As a text. And so you're going to do a different one each day for the week. I think you can see how powerful that's going to be for the person who receives it, as well as a powerful habit for yourself to reflect and engage. So there you have it, right? Women's History Month. Give a little Yes, And love to a woman out there who has had a powerful impact on your life. That's your Yes, And challenge for the week, everybody. Have a great week. Bye.
