In this short motivational video, the speaker presents the weekly "Yes, And" challenge for the week of May 24. He references a recent commencement address given by a long‑time head of school named Travis, whose central message was that every person is loved regardless of circumstances. The speaker urges viewers to carve out five minutes each day to sit in silence, breathe, meditate, pray, journal, or simply observe nature—any activity that creates a sense of peace. During this time, he encourages participants to remind themselves of the core truth that they are loved. He argues that if everyone committed to this daily five‑minute practice, it could collectively transform the world. The video ends with a call for viewers to share their experiences of finding peace.

Good morning, everyone. Here's your Yes, And challenge for the week of May 24th. Nuts, right? Next weekend is Memorial Day weekend. I am so cliché with Alma, like, nuts, it's this, nuts, it's that. Everything is going by so fast because it is. So here's your Yes, And challenge for May 24th. At commencement yesterday, a good friend of mine who's the head of school, whose name also happens to be Travis, actually it's his last year after 17 years, and they asked him to give the commencement address. And the message of his commencement address is, you are loved. Regardless of everything else that's going on, you are loved. And that goes for you who's watching this. You are loved. And that's really easy to forget with our day-to-day lives and everything going on around us and the struggles and the grind and, you know, work and relationships. It's really easy to forget that when you boil it down, You are loved. So your Yes And Challenge this week is to find 5 minutes every day to drop into that silence, to drop into that peace, to find 5 minutes each day where you can find your peace. FYP, find your peace and remind yourself that you are loved no matter what is going on in that moment. Everything's swirling even though it doesn't feel like it. To find that peace, to find your peace and to remind yourself that you are loved. Whether to sit in silence, to do some breathing, meditation, prayer, journaling, or just sit there and appreciating nature or whatever is going on around you. To take 5 minutes. If we all took 5 minutes every day just to feel this for ourselves, it would transform the world. And that's your Yes and Challenge for this week. Find 5 minutes, sit with that 5 minutes. You are loved and find your peace. Let me know how that goes for you guys. I'd love to know how you're finding your peace. Have a great week. Bye.
