Every customer has a different way they want to get their order. Fulfillment types are how Perdium lets you offer all of them. And meeting customers where they are means more orders and bigger ones. Let's run through them. Perdium gives you 6 ways to fulfill an order. Pickup, the classic. Customers order online and pick up at your store. Curbside. They order, drive up, tap "I'm here" in the app, and you bring the order out to their car. Delivery: They order to their address with your choice of DoorDash Drive, Uber Eats, or your own in-house delivery. Catering: Large, advance orders with their own dedicated lead times and delivery settings. Catering items live right in your regular menu marked with a "Catering Only" badge, and customers can filter to see just catering. Group Ordering: One person, the host, starts a shared cart, sends a link, and everyone adds their own items. The host submits one combined order, with optional per-person spend limits. And Presale: Scheduled order windows for specific items. Run a weekly window—order Monday through Wednesday, pick up Friday—or a custom date window for holiday menus and special events. Each one opens a new door. Flexibility lifts your order frequency and average ticket. Catering unlocks high-value advance orders. Group ordering drives office and event sales. Delivery expands your reach beyond walk-ins. Curbside adds convenience. And presale lets you batch prep and forecast your labor. Here's how you set it up. First, enable the fulfillment types you want per location under Operations, Locations. Each location toggles Pickup, Delivery, Curbside, and Catering independently. Next, set per fulfillment type hours under Operations, Business Hours, separate from your general hours. Then, configure prep times by fulfillment type, category, or order total under Operations, Order Placement, Prep Times. When multiple rules apply, the longest one wins. For delivery, choose your provider and set your radius, fees, and hours under Operations, Delivery. For catering, mark items or whole categories as Catering in Menu Management, set category prep times for those catering categories, and configure catering delivery under the Catering tab. Plus per-location catering hours in each location's catering accordion. Group ordering is switched on with a simple flag. And for presale, configure your weekly or custom date windows under Operations, Presale, and assign the items. On the customer side, your mobile app and web ordering site reflect all of this automatically. Customers pick their location and fulfillment type at checkout, and the available time slots are calculated from your hours, your prep times, and any active Busy Mode rules. Catering items show in their regular categories with that "Catering Only" badge and a catering filter, a pill on web, a tab on mobile. Group ordering appears as a "Start Group Order" option on the home screen on mobile or in the cart on web. And presale items are only orderable during the windows you've set. That's fulfillment types. Every way your customers want to order, all from one branded app and website. Link below to see it live.
