Steps to set up Store Credit in your mobile app on your Merchant dashboard, navigate to the Store Credit tab located on the sidebar. Click on Create Plan to start setting up a new store credit plan, fill out the required fields in the form. Once you've filled in the necessary information, click Save to finalize the plan. If you need to make adjustments to a plan, simply click Edit on the store credit plan you wish to edit and make the necessary changes. You can also delete plans that are no longer relevant to your business. To prioritize a specific plan and ensure it's the first option customers see on the mobile app, you can promote it to the top of the list. You can upload several custom store credit card images, allowing you to enhance branding and give customers a visually appealing experience. Set the image as default by clicking on the star icon.
