Kat Padlin, operations manager at Lucky's Coffee Roasters, explains how the Per Diem app lets them compete with big chains. Customers order ahead, baristas stay busy during slow periods, and the small roaster keeps up with larger competitors across multiple locations.

Hi, my name is Kat Padlin and I'm the operations manager at Lucky's Coffee Roasters. We use per diem app at all our locations. We've been here for almost six years now and our wholesale e commerce being able to be nationally known as a roaster is really cool too. The app is really useful. We're commuter countries, suburban. Like a lot of people take time to travel. So the apps really helped us because people can order ahead when they're with their families or at the office. When they get lunch, they come pick it up. We use PRIDM for rewards. Got deals. I really like it because most coffee shops don't really have an app that can do online ordering as a small business. So be up there with some competitive, you know, more corporate chains that also have online ordering. It's offer the same services with per diem. The app helps with the downtime with like the baristas. Also is nice because when we have kind of our slower days, there's people constantly ordering online and so it kind of never leaves the shop too dull. Also still be able to properly get those drinks out on the app. Thanks so much for visiting Lucky's Coffee Roasters. Hopefully you download our app, download per diem as well if you have it for your coffee shops and yeah, we'll see you next time.
