Hi, my name is Fadi Balut, one of the owners of the Cupcake and Espresso bar, and this is my riverside location. I honestly knowing that her starting off baking those cupcakes at her dentist office and it taking us this far, you always dream about it and you always want it. I think that excelled our success. Giving people a reason to come back obviously hooks them to your location. The more chances you have of seeing the customers, the better odds are that you're going to be able to keep them. It just keeps growing your business because they're coming back in and they want to try something new and something fresh. I think with having the app, as long as you do it correctly and you load in all the beautiful photos, it helps sell our products for us. Right? So when. Whenever anybody opens up the app and they see, you know, what's new or what's coming, it really raises your. Your ticket averages. I would have adopted the mobile app right from day one. Not doing it right away hindered our growth initially. I think when we first started, it was still a fairly new technology and it wasn't given to like the smaller mom and pop when we met, you know, per diem, it. It was more of a package than polished app. Had we had that from day one, like right when we first opened, we would have been 10 times successful as we are now. Definitely a pleasure of working with you guys. Thank you again for visiting the Cupcake and Espresso Bar. It's a pleasure having you guys.
