Today we are talking about resetting your mindset because we know how important mindset is for us to achieve our goals, for us to be happy, to feel fulfilled. So let's talk about mindset. Does anyone here know what mindset is? You might have an idea. Yeah, just put in the chat, put in the comments. I would love to know your thoughts, what you know about mindset. Because we're going to go right into it now. So mindset and resetting your mindset, super important. I'm sure you all know me by now, so you know that I love the brain, I love how the brain works, and to maximize our brain capacity so that we can function optimally, so that we can be great leaders at home, at work, and also be ourselves, be our most authentic authentic, amazing, fabulous, magnificent selves. Does that sound good? I'm very excited, very, very excited. So let's go. We're going to go to our next slide. I'm just juggling about 5 slides here. Let's do this. Let's reset. So for us to reset, we can do it in many different ways. And one way I'll show you today is through a mindfulness meditation video. It's literally 2 minutes. A 2-minute video to help you to just switch off from the morning or the afternoon or the craziness of work or between patients or whatever it is so that you can then fully immerse yourself in the next task at hand and also to give you a little boost of energy, okay? 'Cause we know we get slumps. If you're waiting for the right time, the right time is now. Applyformentorship.com. Now let's get back to the video. Up and down, up and down, where we have the most and least energy and everybody's different. So for me, I like to start off my day with something like this. And play.
Breathe in, breathe out.
What is it about blue spaces that fills us with awe?
Imagine you're a bird flying high above the ocean. What do you see? Can you feel the wind? A gentle breeze. Looking into the distance. Breathe in, breathe out.
Notice how the water glistens.
And the peace that water brings to you. What does it make you want to do?
To explore, perhaps?
Where does it lead you to? Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out.
Brilliant. How was that? I feel like I was at the beach. So the whole point is to transport your mind away from the reality you're living so that it can have a little rest, so it can reboot and get some energy. And if you find your mind's working a lot, um, or anytime you get some strong emotions, or when you just need a moment to breathe and pause. We all need that, don't we?
