You're Exceptional But Can't Articulate Why—This Fixes It

In this workshop‑style talk, the presenter guides clinicians and business owners through a "fascination" personality assessment designed to surface each participant’s unique advantages, archetype labels (e.g., Connoisseur, Rock Star), and "twins" – complementary strength profiles. The session emphasizes translating these insights into a personal brand: crafting a concise anthem or brand sentence, selecting signature colors and adjectives, and understanding how visual and verbal cues signal one’s identity. Participants are encouraged to identify gaps in their skill set, consider hiring or partnering with people who complement their weaker areas (such as spreadsheet work), and perform hands‑on exercises (surveys, writing prompts) to solidify their brand narrative. The overarching goal is to help attendees move from feeling exceptional yet inarticulate to confidently expressing their value, standing out in conversations, networking, and professional environments.

I don't know if you've ever thought about if you, how you fascinate people, like how do you intrigue people in conversations? I just want to welcome you properly here. I know we've met a couple of times now for dinner, breakfast, plans have changed. So thank you for being open to that too. Uh, when I learn how you fascinate in conversations, what you're all about, who you are, and get really deep into going, oh my gosh, this is how I'm exceptional. Everyone's different. There's no right or wrong. There's no right combination of advantages because we call them advantages. And if you flick through, I'll tell you where in a moment, you're going to see your reports that you're going to have access to. You're going to see who's the connoisseur, who's the rock star. You're going to have a little name and it, I won't, you don't have to identify with it completely, but it's like gives you another clue as to who you are. And it's up to you how much you choose to take that on. I know with me, I did this assessment this year and I did it 5 years ago. So there's something called the twin that we're going to learn about as well. And I just flicked to my twin. So it was the sun in. So it's very, very accurate. I just evolved in one of my other advantages a little bit more and it's more important in my life right now. So you'll tend to flick between the twins. So you'll kind of know what your strengths are. And I know some of you had session with Vicky already. Have you had your Siapa keys? No, that's different. So it's another type of assessment tool, different thing, but it all forms part of your puzzle of you, which is really cool. Um, so that's how the world sees you at your best. So it's not just the personality assessment, it's about, well, what are people seeing me? Why, why are you attracted here to me as the type of speaker I am? So you find out about that as well, because we've got a few things in common and As we know, like, we mirror, people are a mirror of us. We tend to hang around people who stick on to us. In business, that's not so good. So we're going to go through that tomorrow. You need people different to you because they need to complement you. Because if there's too much of the same, we get problems. And there's too much drama and there's too much of analyzing or there's too much of judging something. So we want to be balanced. Makes sense. So, but yeah, I don't want to miss stuff, so I'm going to be like cross-checking myself because first time I'm presenting it, so I'm really excited. Um, be bold, be brave for you, all those things that we've been talking about. Be open and take what you want from it, okay? It's not labeling you in anything, and what we talk about, it's just opening your mind to, hey, you know what, I'm gonna lean into this, I like this. Or you might have tested the truth here saying, oh, this is why I don't like doing this at tasks because it just doesn't find anything to me. There's certain things I don't like. I don't like Excel spreadsheets, but I need to have them in my business. So I need to hire someone or have a business partner who's going to complement me in that way. Um, and I don't know if you've ever thought about if you— how you fascinate people, like how do you entreat people in conversations? Because you know, we talk to some people, this is so boring, who me, me, me, me, me. They're just not aware and it's a type of personality. And you got others who are mute, who don't speak, and you're like, do they like me? Like our patients, some of them, do they like me? Like, why do they keep coming back? I don't know if they actually like me. So we're all very different in that regard. So giggle short commission to the staff's floor. We cool? Yeah, I know we're pretty cool here. All right, I will ask you this, 5 questions I'm going to go through now, and we'll probably go through another 5 tomorrow. So get your books ready or find a blank page you want to write on anywhere you can do it behind that survey if you like. There's some white pages in, in like people in risk section, I think. So it's about discovering what you do best, how you best perform, what you should be doing more of, and figuring out, well, what's missing and what do I need to put myself in, in all facets of life. I said, when you're looking for partners, same sort of thing. I wish someone had kind of told me, hey, do these assessments for the partner. I did a retrospective with Tita. So if you've got partners that haven't done this fascination test, get them to do it. I'm just going to turn that on silent. Cool. So by the end of this experience, you're going to have a whole lot of business knowledge. You're going to have an anthem. So we're going to create like a sentence for you. You're going to have like, for me, I've even got two words, freedom curator. That's what I do. I'm here to help you design freedom. So I'm going to come up with some really nice words and sentences for you about some adjectives. So there's a whole process. It's all about branding. We're going to come up with your brand for you, stand for what you stand for. We're going to go basics of branding as well as go really deep into the personality of your brand because you are your brand. We know that. And sometimes we just go, I just like red, and you don't know what red symbolizes. Or you might like, do not like certain colors and avoid them, or go like, for me, I never wear red because I feel like it doesn't suit me. Um, for example, and you know, its brand is black and red. Black is power and it's more skewed towards males. So there's certain things that you know your colors connect to and your personalities, which is really cool. And I think that's it from there. Because yeah, there's a lot of noise. We're going to go through the things that sabotage us. There's a lot of noise around us. We need to stand out from the crowd, even as a clinician, as a business owner, in the new path that you're taking in every way possible. And even when you walk into a room and network, how do you become an artistful? Because that's what we've got to start doing, not blending with the crowd. The way you dress, the way you speak, the conversations you have, the courage that you walk in, the energy that you have, it's really important.
