In this concluding video of a 30‑day self‑love challenge, Vivek George shares his final daily practice focused on nourishing the body as a way to reinforce self‑worth and belief. He invites viewers to join him in a simple breakfast of eggs, avocado toast, greens, and tomato, emphasizing that small, healthy acts signal gratitude toward the cosmos and oneself. He cites a Thich Nhat Hanh quote about keeping the body healthy as an expression of gratitude, linking mindfulness to self‑care. Vivek conducts a brief check‑in/check‑out ritual, expressing gratitude and encouraging viewers to comment on their own nourishment practices. He asks for feedback on the frequency of future videos and ends with a reminder to stay present, love oneself, and enjoy the day.

Hey guys, welcome back to another day in this self-love journey. My name is Vivek George, if you don't already know me, and every single day on this channel we do a new self-love practice. Because for the last 30 days I've been on a quest to try to grow in my own self-belief and self-worth, and I thought what better way to really sink that in, to, to really solidify that, than sharing it with others and to try to grow together. So, so I have a lot of gratitude, a lot of appreciation for all of you who've joined me along the way, whether it's been for the last 30 days or just for a day or two here and there. And so for the last day of this 30-day challenge for myself, uh, we have a really simple one, a really nice one, uh, and it's about nourishing ourself. To really feed ourselves, to rest or relax even perhaps, if that's what you need to nourish yourself. I actually made a really nice breakfast that I'll just have a few bites with all of you. But if you are watching this video at home or somewhere where you can maybe grab something to eat that's really healthy or delicious that can really nourish your soul, then please do so. Because by doing these small acts, they might seem inconsequential, but by doing these small things that we've done over the last 30 days, we keep reinforcing in our brains that we are worthy, that we are important, that we are valuable. And so by eating this meal, I was actually kind of rushing around and I said, no, no, no, I gotta do this practice. And I get to eat a nice healthy meal. Let's do this together. And so by doing these small acts, it reinforces to me and my mind and my body and soul that I'm important, that I need to take this time. I need to eat healthy food. I can't just rush out of here, not eat anything. And I, in preparation for this video, I also found a really nice quote from the Zen Buddhist monk that passed away. Thich Nhat Hanh, who maybe you know, he's quite a famous, one of the most famous Buddhist monks. He said, keeping your body healthy is an expression of gratitude to the cosmos, to the trees, the clouds, everything. And I think that's so true, you know, we're, we are part of something much larger. And by taking the time to nourish ourselves, we're saying thank you to all that has come before us, all that's around us, for being part of who we are. And it's also a show of gratitude to ourselves, our bodies, our minds, that we are important, that we're valuable, and we need to nourish ourselves in a healthy way, that we are going to nourish ourselves in a healthy way. So I'm gonna have a couple bites with all of you. Maybe as you're listening to the intro, you were inspired to, to get something healthy to eat. But if not, while we're doing this video, please take a moment after the video to, to do this, to nourish yourself. And before I take this bite, we, as we always do, do a quick check-in and check-out. Yeah, I'm feeling really good. I'm feeling grateful that I made the time to do this, and so I'm feeling great. And all of you, please leave a comment. Let me know how your check-ins and checkouts are going, what you had to nourish yourself, whether it was a bite of food or a walk or a rest or whatever it was. Please let me know. I'd be very curious. Okay, I made some eggs. I have some avocado toast with some greens and tomato. I'm gonna have a big bite. Mmm, pretty good. I need to make it a little more spicy, but not bad. So thank you guys, thank you for joining me for the last 30 days. I'll be keep doing these videos I don't know if I'll do them daily, but I'll definitely do them regularly. If you want me to do them daily, leave a comment below saying daily so I know that this is important. And once again, have— as always, actually, not once again. As always, enjoy your day. Enjoy whatever you're doing. Be present with life around you. But most importantly, don't forget to love yourself. Take care. Bye.
