Back 2 Basics: For Health and Wellness Coaches

In this 2026 webinar, Zee Slingsby (MBA) shares the timeless fundamentals that health and wellness coaches need to consistently earn $10,000‑plus months. She begins by establishing her credibility— a former corporate sales trainer turned full‑time online health coach who has built and sold a studio, coached dozens of niche coaches, and now runs multiple group programs. The core of the presentation is built around four immutable pillars: lead generation, sales process, offer suite, and content. Zee explains how to generate leads through consistent posting, Instagram trial reels, paid ads, and strategic partnerships, emphasizing the importance of a crystal‑clear niche (e.g., “petite fat‑loss”). She then maps content to a funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), showing how each stage serves a distinct purpose—from attracting attention, to building trust, to closing sales. The sales process is presented as a fluid system that should be adjusted based on lead volume: low‑lead coaches should remove friction and “red‑carpet” each prospect, while high‑lead coaches should add friction (applications, price disclosure) to qualify leads. Offer design is broken down into one‑on‑one, high‑proximity groups, scalable groups, and evergreen courses, with guidance on program length, recurring revenue, and transformation depth. Zee outlines her own program ecosystem— Foundations (baseline for $4K‑$20K coaches), Elevate (leverage & team building), Accelerator (12‑week cohort), and Rich & Relaxed (ongoing mentorship)—and explains how each fits a coach’s revenue stage. Real‑world case studies (Maggie’s niche pivot, Taylor’s content & sales overhaul, Brittany’s $10K breakthrough) illustrate the principles in action. Throughout, she stresses a “rich but relaxed” mindset, balancing ambition with sustainable work‑life integration. The session ends with concrete next steps: a 30‑day posting challenge, booking calls with her team, and accessing a paid Stories webinar for deeper funnel training.

Hello, hello. We're just gonna hang tight for a bit as everybody starts hopping in. Hi, Lori. Hi, Zee. Great to see you. Good to see you always. All right, I am just gonna make sure we are all muted and all that good stuff, and we'll just get started in a few minutes as everyone starts to hop in. Hello, hello. We're gonna get started in just a few, you guys, okay? Usually I wait about 2-3 minutes max to respect all of you that showed up on time, and then we'll get going. All right, can I get a thumbs up from any of you that have your video on that you could see my screen? Yay, perfect. All right everyone, happy Thursday. So good to have you guys here. We are going to be talking about getting back to Basics. So what I want you to know is this is not necessarily a beginner class or an advanced class. This is a, hey, these are the things that are the ultimate goals of our business, and we sometimes get shifted away from them, right? These are the basic things that I've taught actually for years. What's in our heads a lot with social media and all the new stuff popping in every single day in our brain and in front of us and distractions, right? Is sometimes there are new ways that come out to help us get to our goals, but the fundamental pieces of building a business I don't believe have changed all that much. And I came online originally in 2014, 2015, so we're going to go back to those basics because I really believe that if you can focus on these foundations, you're going to move forward in your business. But the minute you get distracted and ask your— and you don't ask yourself, am I still focused on the exact same goal? That's where all of a sudden you find yourself working very, very hard but not getting results. So we're going to talk about mastering what I believe are the 4 principles to hitting $10K months plus in your health and wellness business. Okay. All right. So a little bit about me. Why should you pay attention? Why should you listen to me? Who am I? I'm a mama. Wife. We homeschool our two kiddos, and I truly believe that matters to you because I don't have all the time in the world. So I will never coach you to assume that you have all the time in the world. I worked in corporate America. I used to lead sales folks. I was a trainer, a corporate sales trainer, and then I led teams, and then I stepped into leading leaders. And when I was teaching how to lead, it was literally how to teach leaders to lead their people to success. And whether I am leading a fitness group or leading you here today, that is my passion. It is not standing on a stage for that glory, but it's actually like, how can I help someone get from point A to point B? Growing up, I was never the easy 4.0 student. I had to work really, really hard. I was like the flashcard kid, right? And so how the brain can get from A to B is very important to me. That's what I'm passionate about. I stepped away from corporate and I dedicated, uh, my next journey to health and wellness because I just cared personally about health and wellness. So I stepped away from my career and went all in on health and wellness. I learned almost every single kind of modality that you could imagine to teach, everything from rowing to kettlebell to Pilates to yoga. CrossFit was the only one that I never did. I'm sure there's others, but that's all I could think of. Um, we even bought a fitness studio at one point, and I was working from 5 AM to 8 PM teaching classes and actually training clients. And I loved it. I loved it, but it did not fit into the world of wanting to start a family. And so that's when I launched my business online as an online health coach. And I launched with a PDF. I literally created a PDF and it said, I'm opening up one-on-one spots. I said, it's $500 a month, $495 maybe. And it's a 3-month contract. I had nobody coaching me, nobody telling me how to do it. I just sent out an email and hoped for the best. And it worked. It did, until it kind of didn't. And then I had to get a little smarter, and I had to learn some strategy. And I realized the online space is a lot like the in-person space, but it's also a lot different, right? And so I built up my business as a health and wellness coach, and I was still teaching in-person classes at the time. We sold our studio a couple years later. I went all in online, and then I started getting approached by other people randomly. It was like a real estate friend, a friend who was a sleep coach. They said, can you teach me how to build my business online? And I said, sure, sure, I could— I think I could teach anybody. And I kind of could. I loved it. And I had clients in all sorts of different niches. And I remember sitting in front of a mastermind that was like packed, and I was getting whiplash just like coaching from different— everyone in different industry, everybody. And I realized my heart is still health and wellness because that's what I did, and the proof is there. And I also still, I'm very passionate about it. And so that's when I decided, you know, this is who I really want to focus on. I still have clients that are not health and wellness, and I adore them, and they will benefit just as much today. But that's really who I speak to in my programs today, and that's probably why you're here. Okay, so you are in the right place if you feel like you have the knowledge, right? The thing about folks in the health and wellness— and I say wellness because it's a, that broad term wellness, right, not just health and fitness— You have knowledge. My clients come to me, they've got certifications, expertise, they know so much information. But for the most part, you're not a business coach, or you haven't ran a business online before. And you're probably feeling like, what the heck, how can I have all these degrees and certifications and my clients get amazing results, but I'm struggling to actually market myself and create offers that are bringing in recurring revenue, and my business doesn't feel like it's functioning the way it should optimally, right? Um, you're probably posting content, but it probably doesn't feel good because it might not actually be working. And it's kind of like if you go to the gym every day and you're like, I'm killing myself, but I have nothing to show for it. I don't feel stronger, I feel weak, I feel tired. And it's like, what's the point of all this, right? I'm just checking the box. Maybe you do get some leads and they tell you that it's too expensive, or they ghost you. And so when you get a lead now, you're kind of like, I'm not even excited because I don't even— it's not turning into anything. And you're probably wondering, how do all the other coaches do it? I'm seeing all these success stories, but how are they doing it? So let's talk about it. Here's what we're going to talk about today. We're going to talk about exactly why some coaches seem to have it easier. They don't, but why does it seem like that when it comes to attracting clients? We're going to talk about the messaging that works to actually convert people today. In 2026. We're going to talk about the only way to actually guarantee new eyes on you right now. There is a couple ways that you can guarantee new eyes on you. One is paid ads, the other one is not. We're going to talk about that. We're going to talk about sales process. This is a really big deal. When you do get a lead, what the heck happens? And then we're going to talk about how to optimize your offers because you need to have that recurring revenue. You don't want to look at your business 3 months from now and be like, I have not a dollar coming in, nothing. That doesn't feel good, and you don't want to build your business from a place that doesn't feel good. Okay, so jump into the chat. I'm gonna ask you guys to participate today, so I want you to jump in the chat for me, please, and tell me— no shame in anybody's game today, I've been in every one of these positions— uh, tell me where you're at. Are you just starting out? Are you scaling to $10K? Scaling to 20, scaling past 20, where are you at in your business today? Starting out, changing your model. Okay, awesome. So a good mix. Okay, a lot of us are just now scaling to 10 consistently. Yep, consistency is like the biggest one, right? Because you want it to feel really solid before you're trying to get to that next goal. Okay, some of you have probably seen this before. One thing you'll know about me is I love charts and putting things into buckets because my brain works like that. There's a lot, right guys? This is a lot. This is a lot. Like, what the heck? What am I supposed to focus on? And this is how a lot of our brain feels when we're on social and we're listening to other— maybe even getting on webinars, and you're like, I just walked away with 25 pages of notes and I don't even know what I'm supposed to be doing, right? It's a lot. So in my world, no matter which way you work with me, we focus on 4 things. And there might be new ways to get to these things, but those 4 basics should not change. Lead generation. Whether it was 2015 or today, you need to have leads. So there's different ways you get leads, and maybe those have changed from 2014, 2015 when I first jumped in, but you need leads. And that has to be a goal of yours. You gotta wake up and say, do I have solid leads coming into my business? Sales process. I'm going to talk today about friction and trust, and I'll explain what that means, but you need to have a dialed-in sales process. You don't want to all of a sudden start having leads come in. A lot of people think leads are going to fix their business. I had a client start with me not that long ago, she might be on the call today, and she was getting these applications and she's like, I don't even know what to do with them. I don't know what to do with them. And that's so valid, you guys. Just because you have people interested doesn't mean you actually know, because have you been trained as a sales professional? Most likely you probably have not. And so you need to have a dialed-in sales process that you can go to that feels good to you. Not feels good to me, has to feel good to you. Um, your offer suite. You could have all the leads, you could sell them, but if you put them in an offer that doesn't give them a transformation and doesn't actually create recurring revenue, it's going to feel really exhausting. And then content. Content is not the same as leads. Content serves multiple purposes, not just to bring you leads. And so content is another bucket all on its own. Everything out there that you're seeing, all the distractions, you got to put them in a bucket. Does it serve my leads, my sales process, my offer suite, or my content? If someone says, I'm using this new method, which one of these buckets does it solve for you? And if you are just starting out, you should have a baseline for each one of these. And if you're scaling to $10K and you're already making some money, then actually you should be picking two of these. And this is something I do with my clients to go all in on, and I'm going to explain that. So just starting out, We're going to get all 4 buckets baseline. If you're scaling to $10K, you actually only need to pick 2 and go all in on those. Now, when you get past that, past that point, when you're scaling to $20K, $50K, I have a couple clients $100K months, now we're talking leverage. How can we bring in a team to support you? And then behind the scenes, what's your mindset like? Mindset matters in the beginning, but honestly, work ethic matters more. Later, as you start to grow, that's where the mindset is going to— you're going to have to work on that actively every single day. If you're working on it early, even better. And then data. Data is behind the scenes too. Data is an important piece. In the beginning, it's just do the reps. Later, it's like, okay, how can we refine the reps? Okay, because sometimes we will find hidden cash without you having to work harder, just because we'll look at the data. So all of this is going on. We're gonna compartmentalize it. Okay, so how can you actually get eyes on you? You gotta post consistently. What I tell my clients is I can't audit nothing, so I would rather you post 30 times in 30 days, even if it's not the best post on the face of this earth, and then let me audit it. We can always move from where we're at and get better. So really posting consistently is the most important thing if you're not doing it right now to start doing. And you have to get dialed in on who you serve. We're going to talk more about this in a minute. Number 2, you guys, remember when I said there's only 2 ways to guarantee eyes on you in 2026 on Instagram? Guarantee. Paid ads. Trial Reels. Trial Reels actually guarantee new eyes. It's a guarantee. I don't care if it's 5 eyes, they're 5 new eyes. Comment below if you are actually using trial reels right now. And some of you might not need new eyes on you. You might just need to convert the eyes that are already there. But for those of you that need new eyes on you— okay, some of you are good. Yay, amazing! Trial reel, um, rarely, but I do. Yes, okay, a lot of you guys are. Uh, trial reel is a feature that Instagram rolled out that allows you to trial a reel. It's just like a little button you push, but it puts it in front of a new audience. So that is really the guarantee. Now, just because you're doing trial reels does not mean it's gonna work, and I think it goes back to number 1, which is dialed in on who you wanna serve, okay? The next one is partnerships, guest speaking, networking. This is awesome if you're in a mastermind space to partner up with each other and either see who else they're talking to, or if you're in different niches but they're close enough to partner up and guest speak on each other's pages. That's how you can get in front of new eyes. But the most important one, you guys, is your target audience. Niching down is like the oldest statement in the book, and I think a lot of coaches stop talking about it because they're like, we're still talking about it. But I'm still going to talk about it because I think it's that important. You have to get super clear on who you serve, but it doesn't have to be their demographic. It could be a location, it could be a style of coaching. If you're like, I am the tough love coach, right? Like, just your style, who you are as a person. Um, think about like 75 Hard, right? He niched down in this like really, really extreme— like, you, you're on day 74 and you miss, you're starting over. That's like that. And people loved it, right? And some people hated it. That's fine. You're never going to serve everyone. You don't want to serve— try to serve everyone. But Maggie is a great example because When she first started with me, she was really leaning into petite fat loss, but she was nervous to put it in her bio, okay, and really go after just serving this audience. She is petite, she's 4'11", and so she's like, I don't know, should I do it? And we talked and made the call, like, let's do this. And her business just started to explode after she did. And you might be thinking, really? Like, really? Only focusing on women that are petite? Here's the crazy thing about niching down. I'm even looking at those of you who joined this call today. You're not all health and fitness coaches because some of you guys I know. There are people on this call who have nothing to do with health and wellness, but they still hopped on, and I'm guessing it's because you got to know me and you're like, I want to hear what she's all about. Just because you niche down, believe it or not, you will actually not push people away, but you will call people in. You will call people in so clearly. So I want you guys to think about this scenario. You go to a concert, right? And there's two signs. And the sign here says, women, stand in line over here. And this sign says, women who are under 5 feet. Now, those of you who are under 5 feet, where are you gonna go? Tell me, where are you gonna go? Are you gonna go in line A, which is for all women, or line B, which is women that are under 5 feet? You're 5— you're 4'11". Which line are you gonna go? A, for all women, or B, under 5 feet? You chose to niche yourself down. The women line still applies if you're a woman. Still applies. You chose. So you're like, well, I must go to this line. I must go to this line. It's the same exact thing on Instagram, right? If you're gonna hire a nutrition coach, you're like, I, I should work with Maggie because that's who I am. You don't have to work with Maggie, you can work with the other coach who just serves everybody, but that's not the way our brain works. You're going to be called in to work with her. Okay, so we went all in, right, on her niche, and we also went all in on selling with stories with that very, very clear CTA. Right? If you guys did not take my stories webinar, I highly recommend you do because this right here is what took her business from never before hitting $20,000 in a month ever. Those two things was niching down all in. She had already kind of dabbled, but we went all in. And the number two was going all in on her stories with the method that I teach. Uh, Jill, if you want to drop the link for the stories webinar maybe in the email later today, unless you want to drop it in now, that works too. Okay, so I want to talk about content. Some of you guys have learned this from me before, but you're going to hear it again because I believe in it and I don't really change my mind on a whole lot of things unless I do the research. This is something I stand behind, and it is your content needs to function like a funnel. Let me explain. Top of funnel is content that draws the person to your page, things like '10 things that you should be, you know, 10 things you should grab from Costco if you want to, if you're, you know, want to promote a healthy belly, a healthy gut.' I'm just totally pulling this out of nowhere. It's like, 'Oh, save, that sounds interesting. I want to, I want to look at this list.' I might see you on the explore page. I want to look at this list. I'm not going to hire you because of it. Okay, middle content is like, I looked at this list, it got me over to your page, but then I see this talking head video and you're talking about something that is kind of challenging the status quo, and I play it and I'm like, oh, she knows her stuff. Now I built trust in her. Talking head might not perform that well for some of you on your explore feed, but once someone gets onto your page, it actually can build trust really, really well, especially about if you know what you're talking about, which you do because you're going to stay in your lane and talk about what you know. Bottom funnel is where you're like This is how I help people. This is what you have to do. Or this is a story of how I helped a client. This is the program that you need to join. Okay, that content probably performs the worst for you when it comes to views, but what I see is it performs the best when it comes to actually making money. Which one are you doing today? Sometimes I see clients lean a lot into the tofu. I'm providing tons of value. Education content's not dead. Please don't listen to people that tell you it is dead. Uh, but if that's all you ever do, it's gonna feel like it's dead. It's gonna feel like it's not working. So are you leaning towards more tofu education, Type T? Mofu, it's all building trust. It's like talking head, talking about what you know, authority figure. That's a lot of mofu. M, Type M. B is like you just never stop talking about your program over and over and over. This is my program, this is my program, this is my program. Which one do you lean into more? Middle? Middle works really well for your current audience, but sometimes it makes it really hard for you to get in front of new eyes. Tofu bofu. Okay, interesting. So you kind of just skip that middle one. Okay, so you're getting new eyes and then you're going straight to the punchline. So you're taking them out to dinner and then You're like, hey, let's go back to my place really quickly. You want to, you want to build that trust first. Take them out to dinner and like go on a couple more dates first, right? Tofu and mofu. Okay. So you probably, Lori, I would venture to guess you're scared of being salesy. You're like, I don't want to oversell. That's what happens when people skip the BOFU. Okay. Let's talk about it. So this is my client Taylor, and she started in the program, and she was barely $3,000 a month. Okay, you guys, um, the biggest change that we made was her content. Remember I told you when you're scaling, we're gonna get the baseline. She had the baseline, but we got to pick 2 areas, and for her it was content and her sales process. She was just getting— no one was applying to work with her or reaching out. So those are the 2 things that we really worked on with Taylor, and I want to show you 3 breakfasts your gymnast will actually want to eat. She talks about breakfast foods in a third of her content, and it almost looks exactly the same, but it brings new eyes to her. Then she throws in these— now, MOFO doesn't always have to be talking head. It's just authority building trust, okay? Just talking head works really well for that. And then this one, it's straight up, she's using her personal story, okay? Now, you could say the hook is tofu, but she is using a personal story and going straight to her program. Okay? And actually, she's past this now. She's consistently over the $20K mark now, but that's what got her there. She was literally barely, barely at the $3K. And you guys might be thinking, "Really? That makes such a big shift in income?" Yes. If you can nail down your content and you have strategy behind your content and your sales process so that she's actually— we did not run ads for her, nothing. It was really content and sales process, and that's what made the difference in her business taking off. In fact, the biggest problem with Taylor right now is she's just booking out her programs. Okay, remember we said we're gonna talk about 4 areas. I'm gonna check the chat too. Yes, happy to. Let's go through it again. Top of funnel, you land on someone's page because it— I mean, let me give you guys examples. You go to the explore page and it's like, 3 breakfast gymnasts will actually want to eat. You're like, ooh, I want to click on this because I'm a gymnast mom and I want to know like what are 3 breakfasts. So it catches your attention. But honestly, I'm— I'm actually am a gymnast mom. My daughter is a competitive gymnast. Uh, am I gonna hire Taylor because she gave me some breakfast ideas? No, it just got me to go to her page. So for you guys, it could be a list, it could be a freebie, it could be a free webinar, something that gets you to actually like show up and listen to this person. But you're not going to hire them because of a tofu post. So if all Taylor ever did was share her breakfast ideas, because she actually has a low-ticket product, she would be selling a lot of low-ticket, but she wouldn't really be getting people into her program. MOFU is trust building as an authority figure. So anything that builds trust in you as an authority figure. It could be a talking head, it could be unpopular opinion, it could be hot take. Anything that shows, oh, this person really knows their stuff. Wow, okay, this is someone that's an expert, an authority in what they teach. I may not be ready to hand you my credit card, but I'm definitely paying attention, and I might start following you. Okay, the third bucket is for people that have already done all this. They actually want to hire you. They're like this close. Lori told me she doesn't post a lot of bottom funnel. So what happens in Lori's page is she's getting them on her page, she's building trust. Now if someone else posts and says join my program, they might go give that person their money because she never asked them to join her program. You need to tell people this is my program. So here she says comment next level if you're a gymnast looking to invest. If you're not actively telling people this is how I help you, they're not going to do it. And it's even harder for you than it is for me, and let me explain. Your clientele is consumer, minor business, you guys kind of get it. If you want to work with someone, you know how to dig around and find links. When you're selling business to consumer, like wellness, anything in the wellness industry, you're— when I say consumer, your clients don't all have an online business, right? Probably majority of them don't. And so you have to make it simple. You have to say, here's how I coach people, this is my program, or this— I have one-on-one coaching, do this, comment this word, click the link in bio. You've got to walk them through it. That's a bottom funnel post. It is like, here's what I'm selling, here's how you it. Does that help? Okay, number 3, sales process. Okay, awesome. How many of you guys, when you get a lead, do the exact same thing every single time? You just know. You're like, this is what I do every single time. Doesn't matter if they say, hey, tell me about the program, hey, how much is it to work with you? You're like, I know what my sales process is. Next question. I just want you to kind of think about that. Like, do you actually have a sales process? Number— question number 2. This one I actually want you to answer. How many leads do you guys have? Is it low, middle, or high? How many leads do you guys have? And by leads, I mean like people raising their hands saying, uh, I'd like to work with you. How many leads would you say that you guys have? Low or high? Okay, low, almost none. Low, so many leads, low conversion. I have clients all across the board with me, all across the board. Um, I had high leads, low conversion. Okay, yep, I— and I get both sides of it. Here's what you need to think about, and this is why I don't like cookie-cutter coaching. Those of you who said low and those of you who said high should not be selling the same way when you get a lead. If you don't have a lot of leads, like let's say you're like, I get one lead a week, don't cause friction. What that means is don't make it challenging on them to buy. Don't slow the process down if you have one lead. Roll the red carpet out for that one lead. Do not throw a link at them like, here's the link to sign up. Are you kidding? You have one lead. I want you to have this incredible DM combo. I don't even want it to be a slow DM combo where you're like, oh awesome, here's the info. Get to know them, wine and dine them, maybe offer a clarity call if you're open to a clarity call and they're open to a clarity call. Take care of them. You have one lead. I have— when I started my business, you guys, I was not a heavy leads person, but I treated every lead as if they were gold. And I didn't get mad if they didn't turn out to be gold. I wasn't like sour about it. I'm like, oh, I have one lead and I did all this for them and they didn't sign. Nope. I was like, great, I had another chance to actually improve. Genuinely, you guys, this isn't just me like BSing you. That really is my attitude about it. And so if you have low leads, be grateful, roll out the red carpet, You'd be surprised because guess what the people with a lot of leads aren't doing? They can't do that. They can't. It's not possible. So that's where you get to stand out. You get to stand out by rolling out the red carpet. Let's say it's like, hey, I'm getting leads but it's not a whole lot, but yeah, it's pretty consistent. Okay, have a really good DM combo and then maybe book a clarity call, but be open to closing the DMs too if you want to. If you're like, I really don't want to do clarity calls, get really good at having a great DM conversation, but you still need to date them in the DMs. Next, you're like, okay, lead flow's increasing, I am getting a lot more DMs. Maybe you stick an application in there, right? That's what we did with Taylor when her leads started increasing. We were like, okay, we need an application, we gotta weed some of these people out, it's too many. And it really can get there when you nail down the content, it really can get there. So then we were like, okay, we got to put an application in because this isn't working. Too many. You got to weed that. So now we're creating friction. We're slowing down how many people we have to talk to. All right, you're like, I have so many leads, I can't even take it anymore. You need way more friction. You should probably put the price on there. I know for some of you, you're like, wait, Zee, don't you usually say take off the price? No, I only say that if you don't have a lot of leads. If you have a lot of leads, put the price. I have a client right now that started with me in September. I don't highlight her on this one. I should, but We— she literally doubled her income when we added price. She doubled her income. Do you want to know why? Because when price wasn't on there, she was getting so many leads, she was talking to so many people, she didn't even know who her good leads were. Good leads were— she was like, I'm just talking to so many people and I don't even know who to actually give my time to. Nobody was getting special treatment. When we added the price, she got less leads, but they were like the absolute best leads. So where do you belong? I don't know, I need to get in your business and have that conversation with you. But you should be able to tell yourself, okay, where do I fall? And sometimes it's trial and error. Sometimes I'll have a client that we— Quinn, that's so funny, I love that. So Taylor, we ended up going right here, mid-high. Taylor, who I just shared, we went application, but we decided no price. That was like the sweet spot for Taylor. Okay, now that her offers are all booked though, we could totally put the price in. It actually wouldn't be a bad idea. We're doing a couple other things first though. Um, Quinn, I don't have an application. The leads are coming mostly from Reels. Should I put it in the caption? Uh, no, we should probably put it in your link in bio, and then in the caption you would direct people to apply, like comment a word. Okay, but I also will chat with you directly since you're going to be in the accelerator, so I'll talk with you about it. But what I really want is an application in your bio, and then your Reels are directing people to apply. Okay, now that doesn't mean you go straight to application. You could have a DM combo first, right before it in the DMs. So there's like a way that you massage this, but I just want you to think, if you have low leads and you're sending everyone to an application, there's a disconnect. And if you have high leads and you're trying to roll the red carpet out, disconnect. Consider that, okay? Sales process is everything. We could give you all the leads in the world, and I get multiple clients have tons of leads that are not making money, and it 99% of the time falls here. I'd say content is the other piece because that's how you refine your leads. So Jess is a great story. A lot of times we think we're not selling someone because our pricing is too high. She has a group offer that's over $400 a month, and when she started with me, she was struggling to sell this. And she was selling it, but it felt like just so much work to get a sale. And so at one point she contemplated, like, is my pricing too high. And we really didn't think that was the issue. It wasn't the issue, especially because we saw other gaps. And switching to an application-based model and a clarity call was the game changer for her, the absolute game changer. She's not losing leads and she's not wasting her time on leads that are never going to move forward. And the biggest thing with Jess when she started was, I just don't know how to sell. She kept saying, she's like, I'm not really a salesperson, I'm a mindset coach, right? Wellness coach. And so that's what we worked on was like, how do you actually have a conversation where it feels genuine and relaxed, but also it moves in the right direction, right? Where you're not like being friend-zoned because there's this fine line. And she's been like 3 for 3, 4 for 4. I mean, like absolutely just crushing it using this model, right? So, and do I think all of you should have an application to clarity call? No. I think you need to really make that decision based on what I shared on the previous slide. So I want you guys to ask yourself, like, what actually changes if you don't change anything? If you don't learn how to get better in any of the areas that we talked about, where is your business in 6 months from today? Okay, number 4, offer suite. Let's get in the comments if you guys could share with me, do you have one-on-one? Do you have a group? High proximity group would mean, uh, it's very close proximity to you, so you keep it really tight. You're like, I only have 10 spots because you're working very close with me. Is it a scalable group where it's like I could put 200 people in here, um, you don't have close proximity but I do live calls maybe? And then evergreen, that's like courses, for example. You're like, I've got all these products, people just kind of buy on the back end, I don't really have to do any coaching. So curious where you are at. One-on-one, one-on-one, one-on-one, 3 offers of coaching and high proximity. Okay, consider my scalable group program evergreen. Yep, makes sense. If it's scalable, it can't— yes, it would still be evergreen, meaning people can come in at any time. That's true. In this scenario, I'm talking evergreen as in like literally you could go on vacation and not show up, but you are correct that a scalable group is evergreen as well. Yes. Yeah, so these are more definitely more passive. Okay, so when it comes to your offer suite, here's what I teach. Those of you— this is like majority, okay? There's always going to be exceptions to the rule. Those of you that are not at consistent 5K months, you want to lean heavily over here into the one-on-one. The reason I say that is not what I teach everyone is there are some situations where you would launch both of these at the same time. If you have experience in the online space, if you really know what you're doing when it comes to selling, and you're like, I can easily pitch both, you have your sales process nailed down, you have your person really— you're like, I know exactly who I want to serve, launching a group and one-on-one at the same time, or, or selling them both at the same time is totally fine. If you are brand new and you're like, I'm not even sure who I want to serve, I'm not totally nailed down in the transformation or the program, starting with one-on-one is fabulous. Because when you're working with someone one-on-one, you're gonna get a much better understanding of how to serve and what you're actually really enjoying and what you're good at, right? So. If I do one-on-one, I might realize— and I did one-on-one as a health coach, and I did as a business coach back in the day a lot. That's how I started both. You start really realizing, okay, this is what I'm really passionate about. I don't like this, so I'm not going to create a group program where I put a bunch of people that have this problem in here. And so that's why I love starting with one-on-one if you're a little bit newer. Now, I have some clients that have scaled to $20,000, $30,000 months with one-on-one, and they're happy. They're like, I don't want to change it. I have other clients that start with one-on-one and they start to fill their one-on-one and they're like, this is exhausting, I need to do a group. That is the usual progression I see in the wellness space. Here are some tips that I want you to take away from in your offer suite to optimize your offer suite. Number 1, if you're new, 3-month programs are great. I don't want to lock myself into a 6 or a 12-month if I don't know that I love what I'm doing, right? As you get more experience, 3-month programs are not the best. Especially for groups, and here's why. True transformation very often does not happen in 3 months, depending on what you do. I think there's always exceptions, um, and maybe like Quinn, right, with what you do, lactation specialist, it could be different because obviously there's like a window of time where she might need you. It could be different, but for the most part, I don't love 3 months for general wellness, uh, because you take— it takes a little bit more time to really see long-term change, right? So I don't recommend you start with 12 months. You don't want to lock yourself into a 12-month group contract if you don't know that you love that group. But I do recommend you move into higher term, okay? You move into higher term. When I first launched my very first mastermind, it was 3 months. I was like, I gotta make sure I like this thing. I'd only done one-on-one before. Then what happened was I loved it and people were renewing, and I was like, okay, I'm gonna change it. It's gonna be 6 months. Now I offer 6 and 12 because I have people that renew year after year. I've got people going on finishing their third year in programs, and I'm like, okay, a year program makes sense, and I still offer a 6-month. But I did not want to do that out the gate. As you progress, you're going to want to offer something if it makes sense for your model. So you're going to start lower, go higher. Same thing with group coaching, okay? That's the best way to lock in two things that are very important that your offer suite has to do for you. Number 1 is recurring revenue. Number 2, client transformation. Okay, clients get better transformations for 99% of you when they're in longer-term programs. Okay, all right, um, the other thing with your offer suite, I get clients that come to me and they're not even at $5K months, and there's nothing wrong with that, but here's what I see happening. They have a one-on-one, they have a group, they have another group, and then they're launching an evergreen funnel. That is a lot, you guys, a lot. Start with 1 or 2 max. If you guys remember, I shared Maggie's story, Petite Fat Loss. She came to me and she wasn't at 20K months yet, and she said, do you think I should launch an evergreen offer? And I said, absolutely, but we're not doing that until you start getting in your stories and selling, because I think you're missing tons of cash in your stories. She started scaling. I mean, you saw the message, like, hit 20K and consistently hit, and now we're working on her passive funnels, right? Uh, if you try to do it all at once That's— it's just hard, and you're gonna burn out. So I highly recommend you go all in on one or two of these. In my business, I did one-on-one for a long time, then I launched a group. I consistently filled that group for over a year before I launched my second group. Then I launched my second group, a more scalable group, ran that for an entire year. And then as I was in the second year on that one, third year on the first one, then I started launching my passive funnels. Now you could say, well, Zee, don't the passive funnels help promote the other ones? Yes, but that's why we could start with like one low ticket or maybe one freebie or two freebies, but instead of trying to build this like massive robust funnel when you still aren't even making money on this end. I know that's a lot, but that's what I really believe in. This is what I coach my clients on, stop trying to do everything at once. Also, the nice thing is if you can make some money over here, You can hire a VA to help you with this part. So much better to do it that way. Okay, I used to live in Silicon Valley and I was surrounded by all these incredible startups. And so when I saw this quote, I was like, I just love this. At the core of Silicon Valley is a passion for yes. I remember living in there during like this, the boom. Actually, that's who we worked with. I was doing like leadership and sales coaching with these companies and you'd see these like 20-year-olds that were taking chances on companies. And it is just that energy, it was absolutely beautiful what was happening out there, um, at that time. And that's actually when I launched my, on my first online health coaching business. We were living there and we were living in a one-bedroom in San Francisco, and it was literally at the kitchen table. We like— that's where I launched, it was like our kitchen table. I just knew I wanted to do this, didn't have an office didn't— like, it was nothing that you see. I had nothing here. My second time I ever created a course actually was in our playroom, by the way. So this didn't happen until way later. But this is where we're living, and I just really believe this. It's just this, like, desire of, like, yes, I'm gonna go for it. So I am gonna invite you to work with me. I want to invite you to consider jumping into the Rich and Relaxed space. Some of you are already in Rich and Relaxed, so feel free to Say hello if you're already here, but Rich and Relaxed has been one of my program names for years, and we decided recently that it would be the overarching theme of everything that I do and we do, because I just believe in that model so much for us as women. Um, it's okay to want to be rich, but let's also be relaxed and not stressed out. So Foundations is the core program, and this is for those of you who are like over the $4K mark. I would say it's not like a hard line in the sand, Taylor went right into here and she was around like $3K. But it's, you've got a baseline in the 4 areas. You're like, I kind of know what to do for lead gen, I kind of get my content messaging, I have a sales process, I have an offer, but I need work on really refining and going deep on 2 of those, right? Elevate has always been my higher tier. Now it's interesting, I've got folks in Foundations that are making more than $20K months. They're in here and they love it and they're like, I'm never leaving. Elevate really is for those of you that want to grow with leverage. You're looking to You, you wanna hire team members, maybe you wanna explore ads, like it's that next level and it's a much smaller group. Accelerator is a program that is not offered all the time. You can jump into Foundations, um, throughout the year, but Accelerator has a start and stop and it's 12-week cohort style where we work together to build the foundation. We literally are like, okay, we're gonna get into your offer. We're gonna nail down the offer that you love. We're gonna nail down who you're serving. We're gonna create the content. Um, it is live coaching, so you're not just getting a bunch of courses. You do get modules, but it's live coaching with me, and it is like we're moving along. The idea is to prepare you for Foundations if you so choose, but it's to get you prepared to keep scaling your business. I'm gonna pop in the chat. Quinn, yeah, you're so cute. Quinn is jumping into Accelerator. Um, I love it. So I want to talk about Brittany because when Brittany started with me, she was making $1,500 a month in her business, you guys. I say this because some of you feel like, gosh, I'm barely making anything today. And I will never forget her clarity call because when I told her, I think your business has potential to hit $10K. Here's the thing about me, you guys, I'm not going to throw big numbers out. I thought her business could do so much more, but I was like, I'm not going there. Let's just, let's just get you the $10K mark. She was like, it wouldn't— I would never make $10,000 a month. She said that to me. She was like, I could never make $10,000 a month. Month. Um, she was working in person as a physical therapist. Um, she was selling her time for money. At one point she went to be a preschool teacher too because she just was unsure of where to go. And she could not fathom, could not fathom hitting $10K months. But we went all in on her offers, her content, and herself. Like, we just went all in. She was like, I'm just— I'm gonna trust it, I'm gonna do this. She, she paid more at the time to join than she was making. Or like very close, I would say. She hit $10K and then $20K and then $30K, and now she has a VA supporting her. Um, she actually also is joining our program. There's a couple gals that are joining as mentors, and so she is actually jumping in as a mentor now because she's just absolutely incredible. And she's just proof that you can go from really struggling and not believing it's possible to that yes mentality. Don't think for a minute she did not bust her butt though, because that is not the vibe. We do it in a relaxed way where we are not about stress, um, or even necessarily working all day long. Like I told you guys, I'm a homeschool mom, like there's limitations, but she went all in. Like, I don't want you guys to think it was like I just did a post and everybody signed up. That's not at all how it was. Yes, she is, she's incredible. Um, okay, so the Accelerator— Quinn has already jumped in. The next round is April. We have a kickoff call in March though, so it really does kick off in March. You might be like, oh my gosh, Zee, this is so early. Here's the thing, you guys, it will fill up. It's only 25 spots. I will absolutely turn number 26 away without a shadow of a doubt. You will not be let into the program at number 26, and that's why people do actually jump in early. So if you want to be part of the Accelerator, it's a $500 deposit.. If you wait, then you would just jump in at the full, which is $1,800 or 3 payments of $650. Okay, which you could go that route too if there's spots available. Today, to hold your spot, it is $500. It is 12 weeks. The 12 weeks starts on April 6th. The kickoff call is just the bonus call in March. We move together through this program. There's a live call with me every single week, and the modules are just to support you on the back end. So if you are stuck in that starting, Accelerator is for you. This is exactly where you want to be so that you're actually getting someone coaching you. My style is not— you're not going to get this. This isn't like me on a screen talking through our programs. The actual calls are live coaching. Tell me what's going on in business. Okay, let's pull this up. Let's look at this. Let's do this together. So if you want to grab a spot, I would be honored to work with you. This is the program that you're going to want to get in. The other option for those of you that are scaling past that is Rich and Relaxed. Rich and Relaxed, the next onboarding is March 2nd. So it's a— this program keeps going throughout the year. It's not a cohort style, but I do like to have set dates for onboarding so I can onboard you and actually take the time to get you started. So this is really for coaches that are working towards that $10K, but you've already got an offer, you've already got you know what your content needs to look like. You've got that baseline already started. If you're interested in Foundations, there is a $1,000 bonus that you can use towards the program, okay? Uh, but you would have to book a call with one of my gals. So Amanda and Kenzie are on my team. They are both in Fitness Gals. So Amanda actually worked for one of the largest fitness companies online. I'm not going to say who it is, but they are massive. I guarantee you know who they are. And Kenzie actually works for a former client of mine. She started with her, helping her build her wellness business. She's also been a client of Rich and Relaxed herself. Um, both of them are amazing, so you could book with either one of them. Their availability is different, so just based on that, um, that's the only reason there's two options. So you could click on the QR code and book with either one of them, and we'll go ahead and put the link in the email that goes out as well. So if you want to get on their calendar, they can talk to you about what Rich and Relax looks like. It's a 30-minute call. We just kind of learn about your business and see if it's a fit. I don't let anyone in Foundations if we haven't looked at your business first, uh, because I want to make sure I can actually help you, and then we could take it from there. Let's see if we have any questions. Yes, happy to. So Foundations is— let me actually turn this off. Foundations is for coaches that are kind of stuck like in that, I would say, like a messy middle almost. You have created your offers, you're like, I know, I think, like, I feel good about who I want to serve. Maybe you're like Maggie where you're like, I serve petite women but I'm not like fully on board with this yet. I'm making money but it feels a little bit messy. So the way the program starts is I dive into your entire business. You fill out this pretty long form, I dive into your business, and then I come back and say like, hey, These are the gaps that I'm seeing. Here's what I think you need to fix. Um, we talk about it. You might be like, I don't want to do that, but we really nail down like what are the things that I think that are holding you back. Um, and then I give you a plan. It's like, here's the plan. The calls are 3 times a month with me that are all hot seat. So it's not me teaching like this, it's literally me— Summer, Summer's in Foundation. Summer, what's going on in your business? Um, Quinn, what's going on in your business? And so each person is live coaching if you want to be live coached. Um, and then there is a bonus call with my social media coach, Bri. Bri is a client of mine. She has an amazing wellness practice herself, and she does a bonus call for social media where she literally just manages— like, gets inside and looks— not manages, looks at your social. Uh, we have a community page, so you can post there Monday through Friday, and Bri and I are on it.. If you post any type of question, you will get a voice note or a written response. Whoever you tag, you can tag me, you can tag Bri. You could say like, hey, can you audit my stories? That kind of thing. Or, hey Zee, I'm launching this. What's your thought? So that's just additional support outside of the calls. Um, and then you get access to all of my course library. Accelerator clients, you don't, you get a separate course library. The foundations are just a little more advanced. That's how Foundations works. You could do 6 or 12 months. Yeah. And if you book the call with Amanda or Kenzie, they'll go over the options, the pricing, all of that good stuff. Also, if you're like, I kind of am interested, but I'm a little bit nervous, you can also just send me a DM on Instagram if you want to talk to me directly. We can do that too, and then we could book afterwards. But yeah, there's a 6 or 12 month option for Foundations. All right, I hope this was so valuable for you guys. I hope you took notes that are not overwhelming, just stuff that you could literally put into your business tomorrow. Um, my amazing business manager Jill is going to send out the email later today. It will have links if you guys want to book anything. It will also have, uh, the link to the Stories webinar. That one was a paid webinar that I did So just FYI, it's, uh, it's $11. Also, the last thing I'll say is for any of you guys that I, I, there was questions about like the tofu mofu, right? If you comment code on any of my reels or posts, there is a free training that explains that really well too. If you're like, this was new and I wanna dive even deeper. Okay. Lots of stuff. Maybe Jill, you could put that in the email as well. All right, you guys have a fabulous day. Find me in the DMs if you want to chat through any of this. Bye, you guys.
