Conversion Queen - Day 1 Recording

Zee Slingsby teaches the TOFU-MOFU-BOFU funnel model for coaches selling high-ticket and low-ticket offers. She explains how to diagnose where your audience sits using DM revenue and site visits, then move them down with conversion posts that shift from "I" to "you" language, pinned Instagram content, and clear CTAs showing how to work with you.

Okay, I'm so excited, so, so excited for this. This has been in the works for so long, you guys. I've just been starting this program, and then we had a date change, and then like to finally— and it's, it's the whole thing. Just so you guys know, this is going to be a course, but if I do it live first, my energy's way more fun than talking to a camera in like a dead office, right? So I love that you guys know each other. That is so cute. All right, we're recording. For those of you, uh, let me share screen and then I'll tell you guys a little bit about me because some of you I know very, very well and some of you I'm just starting to get to know. All right, you guys, I think we've got those of you still popping in, but we are gonna jump right into the good stuff. So those of you that know me or don't know me as well, my name is Zee. You'll see on the Zoom screen, I'm always asked, is my name actually Zee? My name is Zayna. But when I jumped into the corporate world, it just became a thing. Like, I didn't grow up with the name Zee, it was always Zaina, and then everybody started calling me Zee and it just totally stuck. And when I launched my business, I went with Zee. So it's awesome to meet you. I jumped into the online space exactly 10 years ago, and since then my business has evolved. Uh, back then Everything was Facebook and Instagram. We were just sort of diving into, but there was no stories and there was no reels, which is just crazy. I remember when both of those products were first released and I got to learn them as they came out, which means I made— I just did everything without really knowing what I was doing. It was like, I guess I'll just try this and see what happens. And I've created a lot of courses in the past, but In 2025, I started recreating almost all of my courses because the industry has changed so much. The online space has changed so much, and everything I created in the past, I would say like 90% of it is just not going to work the same anymore. And so if you've taken in my other low ticket that I've released this past year, it's all this like major big plan I have to swap out all of my old content.. And so everything you're seeing is fresh and new, and it's really based on where the industry is and where it's heading versus what used to work, because what used to work is very, very different than what is actually working today. All right. Um, okay, little disclaimer that everything you see here is copyrighted. Please, please share what you see. Just give credit where credit is due. I'm gonna share a lot of marketing that is not only my concept, but every single thing I teach you is my own teachings. And so my team said, hey, just put this right into your presentation. So here you go. All right, let's just get right down to it. I'm gonna start with a super uncomfortable comment that I got, so it just makes this training so much more fun. Someone commented on one of my posts and said, I can't tell if your engagement is just that terrible or you bought followers to seem more credible. And I actually love this because number one, people have bought followers. And if you were ever told to buy followers and you did, that's fine. A lot of folks were taught to buy followers. I never did buy followers. Um, my account started 10 years ago in a totally different niche, but it is important to know that buying followers is not going to help you. And what I teach you today is not necessarily going to increase engagement for you. Okay, in 2025, I have not seen that engagement leads to making money, making sales, especially if you are mid to high ticket. If you're low ticket, which we will talk about today too, there's a little bit more to it. But for the most part, if you are a coach that has a mid-range or a high ticket offer, engagement is not going to be enough. Engagement is not going to be enough to actually turn someone into a paid client. And what I actually think matters a lot more is what happens in your DMs. And so this message was left, and I pulled all of these, uh, DMs that I got. Every single one of these was a DM. It was not someone that commented on a post. Okay. And what's crazy is this was all within the same exact 7-day period. Every single one of these was within the same 7 days. And these messages represented $54,000 in signed business. So not cash, but signed business. Um, and it was just private DMs that I received. And so what I'm going to teach you today, there's going to be, or this whole week, you're going to see two aspects to what I'm teaching. I am going to teach those of you that have mid to high ticket how to get the DMs from folks that are ready. So if you read them, these are folks that are definitely ready. They were ready. They ended up moving forward. Uh, and if you're low, low ticket, how to get conversion, right? So really it's not wasting time with activity that feels good, vanity metrics, but doesn't actually get people into your world that want to work with you. Okay? So that's what this is all about. So let's do a little bit of housekeeping, what to actually expect this week. So the schedule is the same. It's every single day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at this exact same time, and it's the exact same Zoom link. You will get a new email sent to you at the end. So my assistant will send today's email out with the recording, and it will also have the Zoom link for tomorrow in there. So in case you misplace it, okay, but it is the same link and it's the same exact time. All right. And the trainings semi-build on each other. So if you miss, say, Tuesday and you wanna hop into Wednesday, you don't have to watch the recording ahead of time, but if you do, there is a little bit of buildup. Okay? But by no means do you need to watch the recording if you miss one of the days in order to hop into the next day. After all of this is said and done, you'll have your individual recordings that are sent out, but then this will turn into a course. Okay? And when you purchase this bootcamp, you had a Kajabi login created. Eventually, once we load them all in, which will be within the week, you'll have the course access. Okay, you'll just automatically have that and we will send an email out to let all of you know. Okay, those of you who did the VIP, you'll be getting an email later today with the time, but it is Thursday at 9 a.m. Pacific time and VIP is 2 hours. If you did not do VIP and you choose to add it at any time, you can always do that. There will be a link that comes out with the recording every day. Okay. And it explains what that is. So I'm not going to go over it now. Another thing I want you guys to know, you are not going to get a sales pitch because you bought into this boot camp. After the boot camp is over, I will have an optional if you want to stay on and learn about my mastermind. But it is really important to me that the actual boot camp— this is not a sales pitch. There is nothing I'm not telling you. There's nothing that I'm holding back. This is not a nurture you to get to something else. I'd be lying if I said this isn't a chance for you to get to know what it's like to work with me, and I hope to see you in another space case, but I'm not going to put that into this program, okay? It'll be optional on the final day if anybody wants to stay on and learn about the different ways to work with me, okay? You are going to get 80% strategy and about 20% intangibles like mindset, okay? So it's very strategy heavy. You're going to get a lot of technique, a lot of specifics, but there is going to be some mindset and, uh, scripting and some things that I actually do in my business that are incredibly impactful. So I am going to show, share those with you as well. Okay, I'm going to talk about the specifics before low ticket and high because conversion matters for both, and I have clients that are really crushing conversion in both categories. So I'll try to make the, uh, all of this will be covered. Every single day we have an hour together.
Okay.
If there's any time at the end. So if the presentation's done in 40 minutes and I have time at the end, I will open up for Q&A. Okay. If I can go over, I will, but I can't do that every single day. So we'll just have to kind of play it by ear and see what happens. Okay. The VIP is really where I'm able to get into your business and give that very specific feedback. All right, you guys, I am not monitoring the chat constantly, but I will give it a glance here and there. Okay. Okay, looks like we're good. All right, you guys, I'm so excited. What does it actually mean to become a conversion queen? All right, let's talk about the mindset behind becoming a conversion queen. There needs to be this deep-rooted belief in your inevitable success. So it's this belief inside of you, right, that you will succeed. And what's so important about this that I want you guys to take away is that I do not attach a time to that success, to my deep-rooted belief. I attach a time when I'm writing out my goals, when I am goal planning, or I'm creating, uh, my 2026 vision board. I might say at the end of the year, this is what I want to accomplish. But that deep-rooted belief that I have in my inevitable success does not have a time. And here's why that's so important. I have missed so many goals, and I'm sure you've missed goals too, but it doesn't change that deep-rooted belief I have that I'm going to be successful. It just means that it didn't happen in the time period, or whatever that goal was didn't happen in the time period that I thought it would. But it doesn't change what my goal is. It doesn't change that deep-rooted belief that I will hit the success that I want. And when you have that deep-rooted belief, what happens is it keeps you from quitting. If that belief is not there, then why wouldn't you just quit? Because you don't actually believe in your success anyways. And what's really important that I want you to remember as we talk about conversion, right? Because what's your time limit around it? What is the expectation around time? Is that it's despite what actually happens. So let's say you launch a program and you do everything that you're supposed to do, but it doesn't actually get the signups that you want. And I have been there. My actual— my best program, and a lot of you have heard this story, did not get the signups. But it did. I just didn't get it when I thought I would, and I ended up getting all of them later. It was absolutely wild because that deep-rooted belief in my inevitable success never changed. It just didn't happen in the time period I thought it would. So the most important thing I want you to think about actually is despite what actually happens, despite somebody saying no, despite you posting in your stories 10 times, 20 times, and not actually getting the result that you want. Now that doesn't mean that you keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result, because we know that's the definition of insanity. Yes, you should probably tweak what you're doing, analyze what you're doing, take a microscope to the details and look at what you could be doing or learning. Why you're all here today, right? How we can do things better. However, you don't drop your belief in your inevitable success based on what's happening, right? Someone said no on a clarity call, therefore I can't hit my goal. And that takes us to the next point, extreme ownership, focusing on what you can control. I cannot control whether or not someone says yes to me. Now, I did not control any of you to purchase into this bootcamp, but here's what I can control. I can control that I sold the heck out of this thing for the last 3 weeks. I have posted about this nonstop. I posted again last night, last chance. I posted again this morning. And you know what's crazy? I literally had someone jump in a few minutes before this call started. That's what I can control. I cannot control whether or not you actually sign up. Right? So having extreme ownership also goes into my inevitable success around my goal. When I focus on the things I can control, then my success is inevitable. The minute you hand that ownership off— for example, you have a clarity call— the minute you say something along the lines of, I need her to sign up so I could hit my goal, you just handed over your entire goal to somebody else. Actually, you don't need anybody to say yes to hit your goal. And I know that sounds, that sounds almost impossible, but I don't understand, Zee, how am I gonna hit my goal? You have to believe that you can focus on the things that you can control and you will get there. And so I said this to a client not that long ago, and it was such a game changer for her. I said, take your business back. So I'm telling you today, take your business back, queen. What does that mean? What does it mean to take your business back? Stop looking at the things that you can't control. We cannot control the algorithm. You can do things that can result in the algorithm acting a certain way, okay? And you can learn what those things are, but you cannot actually control the algorithm. You cannot control whether or someone else choose— whether or not someone else chooses to click on a link and purchase from you. So what are the things you can control? You can control your messaging. You can control how often you show up and how you show up. You can control your energy, right? You can control the things I'm going to show you today. The things that you can't control, stop focusing on those things. All they do is change that inevitable success for you. And I want to start the call off with this because today I'm going to show you the things that you can control. We are also going to be talking about scripting and a personal grounding technique that I use that helps me write incredible content. And once you learn this, you will never unlearn it. We're not We're not gonna get into these today, but we will talk about them this week. Today we're gonna jump into some strategy now. All right, so actual messaging strategy. Tomorrow we get into stories and more on the actual details of messaging, but in order for all of that to land, we're gonna talk about something called TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU. Top of funnel content, middle of funnel content, and bottom funnel content. Okay, so what this is, is when your audience comes to your page, okay, they're going to fall into one of these categories. Okay, they're going to fall into one of these categories and your content is going to speak to them differently depending on where they're at and depending on where your content lands. So I'm going to get into this in a lot of detail, but high level right now, TOFU, that top of funnel. Someone barely comes into your world or understanding their problem. So they know that they have a problem at this point. Their problem is most likely taking over a certain part of their life, and it doesn't feel good to them. Okay, they're unaware that there is a solution or that a solution feels right to them. Okay, when I go over the explain— the example in a few minutes, it's going to land even better. Mofu, middle of funnel. Someone here is aware of their problem and they are actually seeking a solution. So they're like, I know there's solutions and I'm looking for a solution. And here they are ready to pay for a solution. They're like, that's it, I'm done with dealing with this. I want to pay to have this problem solved. Okay, let's look at an actual example. So let's say you are a coach for parents of picky eaters. I have a client who's an awesome coach for exactly this. Now, tofu, top of funnel. They've just come into either your world or understanding this problem. And this is maybe a parent that is sitting down at dinner and they're just like, oh my gosh, this is the most stressful part of my day. My child is driving me absolutely crazy. They won't eat anything that I serve. Dinnertime is a constant high-stress situation in our family. My child is constantly snacking. And this parent maybe has been told by doctors it'll pass, or that's just how things are. Or, well, your child's not really like losing weight, they're not unhealthy, that's, you know, you just kind of have to accept it. But it is really starting to cause problems for this family or this parent, right? So going out to eat, going on vacation, it's something that they are living with and it doesn't feel good, but they're not looking for a solution because they might not even understand a solution is out there. Middle of funnel, the— this parent now is aware, they're like, there's a problem and I see that there's actually a solution. There's like all these things that come up on my feed. The algorithm is really good at feeding us this content, right? So you might be sitting with your family and you're telling your child, don't be so picky, just try this, just try this. And your phone is listening. And so what happens? It starts feeding you information or feeds you content from picky eating coaches, right? So now you're starting to become aware. You're like, oh, wait a minute, it looks like this is actually something I could maybe get help for. Maybe Instagram fed you some information and you downloaded a freebie. And so now your eyes are really opening and you're like, oh, I got a freebie and there's like 3 tips and I can start putting these 3 tips into place. Okay, so you're a lot stronger here as a parent, but you haven't actually gotten to the point where you're ready to pay for a solution. Bofu is like, I am done. Take my money. I need to— this has to get better for our family. I cannot live with this problem anymore. Okay, this person here is done waiting. Now let's talk about more of what's actually happening here when it comes to your feed. Okay, you want to understand where your client is today. Those of you who are doing more high volume, okay, and instead of high ticket, so you're low ticket and you've got a lot of folks coming into your page, you probably have a larger following. You're gonna want to analyze things like site visits. So you're like, okay, I can see on my Stan Store, my Kajabi, wherever you house all of your products or your freebies, you're like, I'm getting thousands of views, but nobody's clicking. Probably got a lot of people that are top of funnel. Okay, maybe they're starting to head towards the middle. Maybe they're downloading your freebie, but then you're kind of— they're kind of getting stuck there. Nothing's happening after, right? So we can assume people are kind of right around here. Okay. With high ticket, we're looking— we actually have a pretty good grasp on it, right? Because you're like, I've got people in my DMs, they're talking to me about the problem. I'm hosting a lot of clarity calls. If you've got people that are doing clarity calls and they're not buying, they're probably right around here. Actually, they've already gone through the funnel. They've talked to you. They know about your solution. They just haven't quite gotten to the point of ready to pay for it yet. Another thing with low ticket, you might have recently had a bunch of stuff go viral, right? Maybe it was like something that led to a freebie, but they haven't actually converted yet, right? So, and with low ticket, you're analyzing data, right, from a large audience. With high ticket, you're analyzing conversations. Who am I talking to for clarity calls or even DM conversations? These are people that are actually I'm speaking with you. Okay, I also want you not to stress over it because by the end of this week you're going to know how to post this content, content periodically, and not have to always analyze it. Okay, analyzing can make you really powerful, but at the same time you want to post all of this content. It doesn't matter if your entire audience is down here, and I'll explain why. Last June I had done a ton of clarity calls. It was like May, June, and I had so many people here. So guess what I did? I posted tons of low bottom funnel content, okay? And it was really cool. I had a bunch of people sign up to work with me. Yay! But then guess what happened the following month? It was dead. Why? Because I didn't post anything up here. I didn't have anything to serve new people coming in. And so really, you want to think about all three. I'm going to teach you guys how to do that this week. So don't stress over it, but just be aware This is where my audience is probably at right now. Okay, now your audience is actually fluid. What does that mean? A new follower can show up way down here. Let me explain. You're a parent of a picky eater. You're complaining every day about how mealtime is the most stressful part of your day. The Instagram algorithm is feeding you content, right? And so now you're already middle of funnel before they even find your page. Someone finds your page and they're already like, I'm this close to hiring someone. So they, they're showing up to your page and they are so close to hiring and you might be the one that sends them over. That's why it's so important to have conversion content up on your page at all times because the algorithm is actually working for you and you don't even realize it. It is bringing you people that are already through the funnel. This happens all the time. Okay, now for high-ticket coaches, here's why it's so important to actually use a pipeline. And by pipeline, I mean either an Excel spreadsheet or a whiteboard. I tell all of my clients to get a whiteboard. I have both. I have an Excel spreadsheet that I love, and actually, I think if you comment pipeline on my post, it should still be on. I think it'll send you my free Excel spreadsheet, but I also have a whiteboard up here.. And if you are currently in any of my masterminds, your name has been on my whiteboard. And I will tell you every month, so it's June 2nd, I head over to my whiteboard and I write the name down of every single person in my world who's ever shown interest in my masterminds. And I can look at that right away and figure out where my content needs to feel mostly. Like I said, I'm gonna post all 3, but if I've got nobody up there, I'm like, ooh, I gotta get people inside my world. If I've got 20 names up there and nobody has actually pulled the trigger, but they're so close, I'm going all in down here. So it's literally just writing people's name down on a whiteboard. Okay. Okay. For low and mid ticket, I'm gonna show you guys this in action, but you can move someone through this funnel with literally just one post. You can get someone into your world who doesn't know that you could solve their problem. You can immediately convert them from here all the way to a paid client. Why? Because it's low ticket, right? And so with low ticket, people are not having to overanalyze this. There might be times where they're like, I have a problem. Whoa, you've got a solution. I'm ready to pay for it. I'll give you guys an example. I was in the car with, uh, my husband and our kiddos, and one of our kids was throwing a huge temper tantrum, and obviously my phone heard. So immediately I got an ad. It was maybe like 20 minutes later, I got an ad and it's for a tantrums course and it was super low ticket. I bought that thing so fast, you guys. I didn't even read the sales page. I was like, click, buy. You could not have gotten that into my hands fast enough. I went through here. Now, was I actively looking for a tantrums course? No. So I was not even mid, mid funnel. I was way up here. I just knew something needs to stop in this car. And then I got the ad, I bought, I went through this funnel in like 30 seconds. Low ticket, you can move people through your funnel really quickly. Okay. Okay. Feed versus stories. You've probably all heard that stories is where conversion happens, and I actually prescribe to that exact same belief that yes, stories is where conversion can happen the most. However, However, do not drop the ball on conversion content in your feed as well. And here's why. How many times have you gone to someone's page and you've never seen them before and you start bingeing their content, right? You binge their content. Now, if all of their content is top of funnel, but you show up to their page and you're already— you're like, I already don't have a problem. I'm so close to making a decision. They come to your page actually down here. You want to make sure— and this is one of the biggest mistakes I see— is that we think we should only sell in Stories. You can absolutely have conversion content in your feed as well, and I'm going to show you guys how to do that. Okay. So in my feed, I actually like to do all three types of content. The other thing I want you to remember is that this type of content is fluid as well. So we'll have examples and I can break it out exactly what I mean. But there could be a post that really hits both of these in one post. Okay. We're going to get into how email works, but email can help move someone through a funnel behind the scenes. So when we do go over email, for all of you that have ever said email does not work for me, email works better behind the scenes than it does for clicks. Okay. And I will show you guys proof of this, but be very open-minded about what email can do for your business. Okay. The biggest threat to your business is lack of bofu content, bottom of funnel content. And here's why. If you guys follow No Shame Sales Game, Colleen is someone that I love, respect, and this is her line, so I want to give her credit. But she says you don't want to be a billboard for somebody else. And that's exactly what this is. What this is, is you've got someone that comes to your page and you've got all this top-of-funnel content and they're like, oh my gosh, you're so right, I do have a problem, my kid's picky eating is a huge issue, I do want to fix it, but nowhere on your page do they see where they can work with you or what you can do to solve their problem, you just became a billboard for the next person that Instagram puts in front of them. And Instagram will do its job and put someone else in front of them in the exact same field. It will work against you if you're not smart about what kind of content you have. And so you need to make sure you do have bottom funnel of content there because people will show up to your page and someone else was a billboard for you. Someone else planted the seed that your child actually can have a beautiful mealtime, but that person did not actually sell to them and they show up to your page ready to go and they end up moving forward you. So that's the biggest threat, but it's also the biggest opportunity. I don't want to be a billboard for someone else, but I'm happy to let someone else be a billboard for me. Okay, I'm just going to do a quick check in here, make sure everybody is good. Okay, what do you consider high ticket per month? You know, I have a whole training on pricing, and I'm not trying to send you guys somewhere else because I feel like there's so much psychological, um, about this behind the scenes of like your audience and how many— what your capacity is. But for the sake of keeping this super simple, sure, we'll say over $1,000. But there's so much more to it. Um, I would also say it's very industry-specific. Um, okay, let's keep going. Okay. An example of top of funnel content. So top of funnel, remember, your person is aware of their problem. Okay? They are aware of their problem. They may or may not be aware that the solution exists. Now, this is the most important thing I can say about this. Be super, super clear when you talk about the problem. I wanna give you guys more examples around this, this parent of a picky eater, cuz it's a, it's an easy one to explain, right? If you're struggling with this child, who's a picky eater, do you have time to consume content? And like, are you— do you consume content like you're consuming a book? You're like lounging on the couch and you're like, I'm just going to flow through my Instagram. I mean, God bless you if you have time to do that, but no, most people are not. What they're actually doing is people are consuming content while your kids are running around, while you're in the grocery store line and you're waiting, while you're in the bathroom. Like, let's be honest, right? You're doing a bunch of other things while you're consuming content. And so if this right here, this, the hook on the front is confusing or it's fluffy, it's not going to land because I am not consuming content by reading every single sentence. My eyes are doing a glance and that's what my prospect is doing, and it has to sink really quickly. Okay? And it has to be really clear and specific. Who am I speaking to? This post, was very specific. If you have over 15,000 followers and you're not making money, super clear. A 10-year-old could understand exactly who this is written for. Okay, so you want to really shy away from making the problem sound too poetic. And sometimes my smartest clients struggle with this the most because your brain is like beautiful and it says things in such a high-level way, but please remember you're not writing a book. If you're writing a book, you want people to consume the book by chilling on the couch with a blanket and they're cozy and they're like only reading the book. But that's not how people consume content. So it has to be straight and to the point, not poetic, not clever. Make sure that problem is so specific. Your child is struggling to eat dinner because they ate too many snacks. I'm like, oh my God, how did you know? How did you know? It educates and it opens their eyes that maybe you know something that they don't know, because they already know they have a problem, but they're like, wait, maybe you know something about my problem that I don't. Maybe you have a solution that I don't have. Now, this is what's the most important thing. What they want to know, what your prospect wants to know, is you understand my problem so well that you probably understand the solution. You understand my problem. I, I relate it back to like a comedy show. Have you guys sat in a comedy show and you're like, oh my God, was this person like looking into my life? How did they know that? That's exactly what we do. How did this person know?
It's—
we went to a comedy show in Vegas last week and he was talking about his wife doing things and I was like, oh my God, it's literally what I do. And me and my husband are like laughing. It's like they watch you. That's how you feel. You feel so seen.. And so you want your person to look at your content and go, oh my God, you nailed it. That's exactly how I feel. I have a lot of clients that are weight loss coaches, right? So if you say something clever like, I'm going to help you feel like yourself again, it's like, yeah, but it's like, I don't wake up every morning and think like, how do I feel like myself? What's really happening is you wake up and your pants don't button. You're like, can I please just get something from my closet? And it's not buttoning. You woke up this morning, you tried on 3 pairs of pants and none of them buttoned. You're wondering why every time you eat fruit you're bloated. You're like, that's literally what just happened to me. Why am I bloated from healthy food? It's so specific. You really think that someone's got a camera watching you. Okay, now this type of content, one thing to think about, this is not conversion. Okay, we're talking about conversion, but it's important to start with this. Now I have to play this because this is just so good. I'm going to explain to you guys why conversion content is so, so important. Okay. Hopefully it plays without me. We use Upwork. Dang it. It's an all-in-one situation. Hold on, guys. You can find, vet, hire, and pay people. Plus you can pay by the hour. Okay, I'm going to fast forward. We started talking after she, you know, did her thing. Okay, who watches Friends? Okay, if you don't watch, I'm gonna give you a little bit of a— just, Ross and Rachel are dating and Ross is meeting with a mom who happens to also be a stripper. Okay, and Rachel's like, I'm trying not to be jealous, but— and it turns out she's got a boy about Ben's age, so we're gonna take the kids to a jamboree class. Is that okay?
Sure.
Is she married? I know.
Are you jealous?
No, I, you know, I just don't see why she has to play with you, that's all. I mean, doesn't she, you know, have any other stripper mom friends of her own? You are totally jealous. I'm not jealous.
All right.
This is about people feeling certain things. I'm going to fast forward for you guys. Okay. We get to watch them make out. This is all part of it.
Hmm.
Well, there's a kiss you won't forget for a few hours now. Yeah. Either that or you just turn them on, send them off to a stripper. All right, when you post nothing but top of funnel content, you are sending them off to buy from somebody else. Okay, so for anyone here who says things like, I just don't want to sell, I feel weird selling, and you're just doing all these freebies or you're doing a bunch of education, and you'll see a lot of coaches right now, 2025, what are they saying? Education content is dead. I totally disagree, you guys. Education content's not dead. But if all you do is educate, you're sending them off to the stripper. Okay? You are teaching, you are becoming a resource, and then you are literally handing someone off to go purchase from somebody else. So it is so important that you don't just do a bunch of this. Now here's where it can get in your head though. Okay, this is the stuff that gets— look at that. See, I actually get people commenting. The other stuff, the bottom funnel, I cannot promise you engagement on that. I do not get engagement. I get DMs. So you've got to get out of that headspace that says I don't want to sell on my feed because selling doesn't work. It works behind the scenes. It is not going to give you necessarily the comments. Okay, now this is an example of going from middle of funnel to bottom funnel in just one post. Okay, so here I'm really talking about my own behind the scenes of a big month that I had in my business. Behind the scenes content is awesome to help build trust, which is sort of middle funnel, and you can take it to bottom funnel. Okay, my story is really focused on the end result, like the solution. This is how I started my month this strong. I'm not calling in the problem yet, not in the hook.
Okay?
That's why it's not top of funnel. This is for someone that's already been either watching me or they're already looking to work with a business strategy coach. Okay? And I'm going to show you guys, I wanna do a breakdown on the content. So here you can see I'm starting out with something about myself. It's I language, me language, behind the scenes language. I find that the hooks right now that are working best are your story. So behind the scenes is your story. My, using the word my or I. Okay. However, inside the actual caption, and we're gonna break it down later on today, you want to switch to you language at least halfway through, if not sooner. And so what that means is, and this is what I see a lot of times, I see folks starting with the story and then the caption is all about your story. Okay. It's, I did this, I did this, I did this, hire me. The issue here is that is going to get you a lot of people that are inspired by you. They're like, you're amazing, I love you, but they're not going to see that it's possible for them. Okay? And that's the difference between inspiring someone to love you versus inspiring someone to see what's possible for themselves.
Okay?
I don't need more. I don't need— none of us need folks telling us how great we are, right? Like, we don't need that. What you need is someone believing they can be great. Right? I want you to believe this is possible for you. And so my story is that middle funnel that helps build that trust. It's like, this is what I've done. I knew how to solve that problem. We're not gonna talk about the problem on the hook, but immediately I want you to know what's possible for you. And so you wanna switch to the you language, and I'm gonna walk you guys later on today. There's an actual breakdown of this same post. Okay. Okay, if you currently do not have a post on your page that somehow immediately tells people how they can work with you, I would consider changing that immediately and having something on the top of your feed that says how someone could work with you. I don't even care if it's all low ticket, doesn't matter. But when I go to someone's page, I can't tell you guys how many times it happens to me as a consumer that I land on someone's page and I don't even know what to— what I can get from them. The link is confusing because it takes me to a bunch of different stuff. I have to go back and read like 5 different posts to see if there's some program I'm missing. Like, how do I actually work with you? It should not be that hard for me to give you my money. Think about that. There are people that land on your page that might actually want to work with you. And so one thing I do recommend on this, you guys can go look at mine, I did not do a carousel, and here's why. I wanna be able to edit this at any time. And so right now it points to some courses, one-on-one, my masterminds, but I might wanna change that. And so I purposely did not do it as a carousel, and I can edit this and change it really, really quickly anytime I want. Okay? So this is bottom funnel. It could serve as mid funnel, but really it's there for someone who's like, I know I wanna hire a coach. They come to my page and immediately I'm telling them, this is how you can work with me. Okay, okay. Talking head. Talking head in 2025 is one of the best ways to build trust. It sucks for views for a lot of us. Okay, I know there's some exceptions. I've got a couple of you guys that are like viral on your talking heads, but for a lot of us, talking head is not going to be your most viewed content. However, This is the content that leads to DMs for me. Now, here's what's really crazy about talking head content. The topic can actually be top of funnel. My go-to grounding technique for creating content, which I'm going to show you guys, that's actually top of funnel. I'm teaching something, but because they have a chance to see my style immediately, it can take someone through the buyer's journey very, very quickly because it builds trust. Let me explain a little bit more of why we are where we're at in the industry. In 2022, 2023, even part of 2024, you saw a lot of folks that had no idea what they're talking about selling. Okay. And what that resulted in was all of a sudden everyone's guard is up and they're like, I don't want to invest. And then I end up investing in something and this person clearly doesn't know what they're doing. And with B-roll and ChatGPT, which I'm not against any of this stuff, but I will say they don't actually get to see what you know, right? So if you're doing a ton of B-roll and you're using AI, I don't know as a consumer what you're actually thinking. Okay, so I'm not saying don't use it, but when you can sprinkle in some talking head or behind-the-scenes reels where you're talking about like what's going on and it's your voice, immediately my trust goes up in you. The BS detector does not go off because I'm like, I can hear you speak, I can hear your voice, and I know you know what you're talking about. I know you know your stuff. Now, Yes, in stories you can do a ton of talking head and it helps, definitely helps with conversion, but you're missing the mark if you never speak in your feed, whether it's behind the scenes and it's like your voice overlaying or just straight up talking to the camera. I highly recommend in 2025 you utilize one or both of these. Okay? You are going to boost trust so much faster with your audience. Even when it's tofu on the front, it will move them through the funnel very, very quickly. Okay, but give up the vanity metrics because I will tell you guys, these are some of my worst performing. But I literally have DMs straight from some of my talking heads where someone's like, I'm ready to go, where can I sign up? From a talking head video. Okay, okay. We're going back to that post and I have it here because I want to show you guys tofu, mofu, and bofu. But now I want to talk about actually crafting a conversion post. Um, the— this is the bottom of funnel. This one I kind of use an example of like it's sort of mid and all the way to bottom. Okay, remember the hook. It— right now where we're at in time, I would say I stories, behind the scenes, me language works really, really well on the front end. And there's a reason, like I want you guys to know the reason behind this. The reason behind it is because I can't Google your story. I can't Google your behind the scenes. I cannot Google how I— like, if I see someone's post that says how I helped my picky eater overcome XYZ, well, that's not going to be Googleable, right? It's your solution. So the more you can lead with that on the front end, the better. Now, inside the actual caption, what's so important is it was my story, and I see this happening a lot. You're starting with your story, so you think you have to end with your story. But remember, we don't want them to be inspired by us. We want them to be— we want our prospect to believe they can do it. So I start with myself, okay? And then it— I move into you language. You will learn this. You will do this. You will achieve this. And so you want to switch to that you language. You can do it pretty quickly, right? This one's about halfway through, but you want to move it over to you. Pretty fast. Now, if I had actually had a testimonial on the front— sometimes I'll lead with a testimonial story, how my client— still using my language— how my client achieved XYZ. Here's what's really interesting: your prospect doesn't need to know a whole lot about your client. You're going to have a few lines about your client, and then you're still going to move into you language. My client was struggling with XYZ, she started working with me, and we did this. 'You might be struggling with this,' 'You struggle with this,' 'You want to achieve this.' You're still moving into you language. Do not make the entire post just about your client because you're missing the mark. I want to know what's possible for me. So the sooner you can move into that you language, the more I can now see myself inside the solution. I can see what I would look like if I were to get this solution. Okay. And then obviously at the end you want a CTA, comment below ready. Now let's talk about CTAs, your call to action or your CTA. This is one I actually really do spend some time thinking about. If I have 20 names on my whiteboard and they're all so close to jumping in with me, I'm gonna say comment below ready. 'Cause you guys already did clarity call. Like what are we waiting for? If I don't have a whole lot of people that are right there that are so close to working with me, I might say comment below, chat. And I'm like, let's just chat in the DMs, kind of warm things up a little bit. You might not be ready to be ready. And this is for like mid and high ticket. Okay? Obviously if you're doing low ticket or freebies, you really just wanna do like a DM word and then move things along. And inside Conversion Queen this week, we are gonna get into like many chats and which ones convert best. We're getting into all of this. How to run clarity calls, DM conversations, all of that is going to be broken down for you guys. But I do want to mention with CTAs, if you are always using the ready CTA, you're only calling in people who are very bottom funnel. Okay? And obviously when I wrote this, I must have like, yes, probably at the time I just had a lot of people up there. I'm like, I'm just going to go straight to ready. But just think about that. Okay? Okay, these are some pin post ideas that I think can really help kind of hit all three. Um, I personally like to have a top of funnel pinned, um, because this gets people into my world very, very quickly. Okay, it's a freebie if you come to my page, and it performs really well as a freebie. And so I want someone to immediately come into my world, top of funnel, they have something to go to right here. This is bottom, it's like, hey, I know you want to work with me, I'm not going to make it hard on you. Why are we making it hard on people that want to work with us? So I've got it right up here. And then testimonial stories can be great for folks that are middle and, uh, bottom funnel, okay? Because it really builds trust. And so I have that pinned as well. Okay, so just think about that if you choose. You do not need to have a bunch of pinned stuff on your Instagram, but, uh, I wanted to kind of share why I chose what I did. I highly recommend you do have something that makes it easy for people to work with you though, okay? Okay, my second favorite way to take a client from top of funnel to bottom. My first favorite is stories, which is what we're focusing on tomorrow. So today we're going to talk about my second favorite way: freebies and low-ticket courses. I would have never written this a few years ago, ever. I was not a fan of freebies and I was not a fan of low-ticket, and here's why. Old style of freebies and low ticket was a lot of crap. There was a lot of stuff that was just like thrown together and it wasn't that great. And there was this idea that you get freebie seekers, and maybe that was true at some point, okay? And same with low ticket, you don't get your ideal client. The way I see freebies and low ticket today is it's a true and honest way to get a feel for someone. And remember, 2025 We really need to feel trust in 2025. Your ideal prospect needs to feel trust. My ideal prospect needs to feel trust. So if I can create an incredible low ticket where I actually teach you something and you have a chance to see that I do know what I'm talking about, that is the best way to build trust so that when someone does move forward, they don't have buyer's remorse because they know what they're getting into. You're not going to sit on a week-long boot camp with me and feel like, wow, I'm just so shocked she doesn't know anything, right? Like if you decide to join my mastermind after this, you already know what you're getting into, right? The other thing is the initial investment is low enough where the risk is very low. So if you do buy a low ticket that doesn't end up being exactly what you thought, you're like, that's fine, I'm not mad about it, right? And so with high ticket, I actually love low ticket and freebies. And if you followed my journey, you've seen like this year where it's at for me, I will tell you guys, I had someone ask like, what do you think the biggest difference this year? And last year was a great year, but this year's pacing even better. I will tell you guys, because I went all into creating really high quality freebies and high quality low ticket courses. Okay, you can move someone through your funnel fast if you do a really good job in this space. Okay, now for those of you who are low ticket and you're trying to sell high volume, Okay, I still actually believe the same to be true. You can bring someone in with a much lower ticket and then they keep moving forward. And I have so many clients right now proving this, and they are absolutely crushing it with very low, like $9, $12 products and moving people through their funnel. Okay, now 2025 freebies versus every other year. I am a big fan of videos. Videos. Okay? So my, all of my new freebies that I've created have a video of me speaking. Why? Because trust, just like we said, talking head immediately. If I can see you speak to a camera, I can't fake it. You guys, this is not AI. I mean, maybe we'll get there, but like right this minute, this is me speaking. If I didn't know what I was talking about, you would know really quickly. Okay? So I love videos because the trust can be built so quickly. I know you either just like vibe with someone or you don't. If someone doesn't vibe with me because of my freebie, well, that's okay. Like, better for us to know now than after you invest in something with me. Okay. I also really like Google Docs, believe it or not. I have, especially for lower ticket, high volume. I've got some clients that do freebies to Google Docs and they're— they just have the content in there. It's like exactly what you want. Let me lay it all out. Here's your map of everything you're looking for.. And it's not— I'm not getting you into my world with a bunch of fanciness. It's just like, here's what you asked for, here you go, right? So I do have clients that are doing those. I've done one in the past and, uh, that works really well too. I think the most important thing with a freebie is it's just not fluffy. It's either a video and I know if you know your stuff or not, or just make it something simple that actually delivers what you say you're gonna deliver. Okay? Now the goal of a freebie, The goal of a freebie for high ticket is I want to give you a taste of what it's like to be in my world, right? I want to move you through the funnel and build trust. Now I want to show you guys a low ticket example. Okay, this is one of my clients who is incredible. Live Sweet. You guys want to give her a follow. This is her freebie. It's a recipe. Strawberry. You comment strawberry and she'll send you this recipe. I believe— let me go back here. I think I already, um, hold on. There we go, on the bottom. Sorry, my Zoom screen is in the way. Let me move that. Whoops. Oh, there it is. Okay, I guess I didn't see it the first time because my Zoom screen— so when you comment here, okay, on her freebie— so remember, with low ticket, you can move someone through your funnel really quickly. This is not a long drawn-out process, especially with lower ticket. Someone comes into your world, they drop a comment. Now look what her ManyChat— and we're going to get in more in detail in ManyChat in this week, but really just want to show you guys right here. Immediately from the freebie, she's like, do you want a freebie? Do you want this mold link, this button mold, right? Or do you want 60% off of the snack bundle? So she's selling you right there in her ManyChat. Okay, immediately. She's also selling in the confirmation email after you get the freebie. Okay. And then the actual freebie funnels to another product, right? So immediately you're pulling people through your funnel. You're not waiting. The old style was like, give them a freebie, send a nurture email, and then another email, and it's like email drip campaign. And then what did everyone say? Emails don't work. Emails work. We'll talk about them later. But I think the biggest takeaway— oh no, don't do that. The biggest takeaway is just don't wait. If somebody's excited in your world, especially with lower ticket, right here you can actually pull them through the entire funnel. And by the way, this funnel works really well for her. So you can pull them through that funnel pretty quickly in the very first DM that you send out. Okay, even though she's leading with a very top of funnel freebie. Okay, now for my higher ticket, mid-ticket, I'm going to show you guys how I created my funnels a little bit different. So some of you might have gotten this freebie that I put out around the same time that I launched Conversion Queen, and it was for a little mini video that introduces the idea of Top of funnel content. Okay, so this was a freebie. Now the minute you get the freebie here in the bottom, it says, hey, you should probably sign up for Conversion Queen. Like immediately my freebie is like, you should consider this program. Now you guys are actually participating in Conversion Queen. Okay, now the beautiful thing about a high-quality, low-ticket product, I don't need to get on here and sell my mastermind. If you vibe and you want my help, you will show up. It works every single time. And if you don't, that's okay too. Okay? This is not about tricking someone into upselling. Okay? And I think all of us are over the 2023, you show up for something and then you're sold the entire time, right? But this does actually convert. So when I did Bombshell, it was a freebie called Donuts. Some of you might have gotten it. It led to my Bombshell course. And then guess what happened? I had folks move into my mastermind. So with high ticket, it's not some like secret selling technique. It just works because trust is built. And here's what I'll tell you. Those folks who are looking for a coach and like my vibe and trust me will come naturally. It's that thing we talked about in the beginning, that inner belief that it's all going to work. I don't have to convince, I don't have to push.
It just happens.
And so if you have a high ticket offer, consider two other offers, a freebie and a low ticket. The most important thing though is this low ticket cannot be garbage. You better deliver, okay? I— you do not want people to show up to this low ticket and you deliver a $47 experience, right? The idea is that you make it worth every penny and more. Okay, I'm just gonna double check the Freebie is a 20-minute video. Okay, awesome. Yes, if your freebie is a video, that's what's doing best right now. Do I suggest a script or prompter app? You know what, I know they're out there, and if it's going to help you feel more confident when you record, then absolutely. I don't use one, um, but I know that they can be super authentic, right? Because it, it doesn't look like you're reading anything. I thought about my freebie being either a daily email with sacred hour challenge setup.
Sure.
Yeah, so challenges actually do well right now too. I do some clients that are doing challenges. Um, and yeah, they, they actually do well because it gives people a chance to like actually play in your world for a little bit.
Okay.
And then Kim, I'll answer you offline about that. All right, you guys. Um, okay, so today here's what I want you guys to do. I want you guys to analyze your audience. Just give it a feel, like where's my audience at? Am I getting a bunch of people in my DMs and they're curious but nobody's moving forward? Am I not even getting the DMs or the people that are curious? So I know that I kind of need to get people into my world. Analyze your audience and where they're at. Okay, tomorrow we're gonna dive into much more specific on messaging. Okay, I am gonna teach you guys my grounding technique, and I, I'm not kidding when I say it will change your life when it comes to creating content. And we're gonna actually create some posts for conversion, and then we're gonna spend majority of the time on stories. Brace tomorrow. Okay, I am actually okay for a couple of questions. I can't do a ton or a little— we are at time, but I can do some questions, um, if you guys want to throw a couple my way. You guys can just pop them in the chat or raise your hand or, or just jump in. Okay, I'm sorry, I have a quick question regarding your, um, pinned, um, The pin post about how, how to work with me. And for example, if I have a course or a digital course that I created, can that be a way of working with me as well? Yeah, I have Bombshell in there. Yeah, I have my digital course in there.
Yes. Okay, I have a question. What if right now you only really have one offer that you're focusing on?
I love if you're focusing on one offer, so I don't want you guys to feel like you have to have tons of offers, but you should absolutely have something that leads. So think about it this way: focusing on one offer is actually great. And if you have ever heard of the book, I think it's Ready, Fire, Aim— yes, it talks about how you actually want to grow your business around one offer when you first start.. But the path to that offer is how you get people through your funnel, right? So if this is your offer right down here, getting folks into that offer, if they're not ready to jump— now, if it's low ticket, people could go pretty fast to that offer, right? But I do believe having some type of intro, like some type of freebie or a lead magnet or a way to get people into your world, the goal is still to lead them to that offer. Okay, so even if it's a video, that explains a problem that you can solve that leads to that offer, that's just gonna help build trust for you.
Well, and it's actually using what I learned from you in terms of an inquiry form. So it's kind of a combination of a freebie that leads to a conversion.
Is— are you still using the same freebie from a couple years ago?
Well, I'm talking about the funnel I learned from you in terms of—
yeah, yeah.
I would add a video to your freebie and use the same funnel, but you add a video to it. Okay. Okay. I think you know what I'm talking about. I think I do too. So if you, you guys have older freebies that you love, you're like, I put a lot of work into this, I love my freebie, go back and add a video to it. Okay, so if you have like a guide, right? A lot of us have guides. I think you did too, right? Yes. If you guys have a guide that you love and that's your freebie, just go and add a video on Loom or record it on YouTube and make it unlisted. And here's why I say that. It's going to build trust so much faster than leading straight to a guide. So when someone does get your guide, you're like, hey guys, this is who I am. Here's what I'm going to help you with. And you're actually teaching them what's in there. It will land so much better than just the guide by itself, which a couple years ago might have been fine.
Okay, I think then I maybe have to— it's not a freebie, it's, it's an assessment. So the assessment and the clarity call, if you will, is free.
Oh, I see, I see. Okay, you could still add a video. You can still add a video. You could say, hey guys, before you take this assessment, I want to tell you guys a little bit about what I do and the benefit of taking the assessment. When you're done, here's what I can help you with. It's literally just a trust builder. Yeah. Got it. Okay. So even just a video to that.
Anyone else?
I have a question.
What are your thoughts on not having a freebie? Because I feel like it's something I use when I like speak at events or funnel people that way, but I'm running a $47 challenge right now that's amazing and I'm doing it in Telegram, like voice note trainings. Yes. My ideal client is like high achieving, busy, and so she can listen to it like a podcast. Whenever works for her. So should— can I like sell that, add like a video of me introducing it and just sell that like as my—
yes. So what is your— what's your main product that you really want to get her into long term?
What is the price on that? So I have one-on-one coaching that's $2,500 or $4,500 for 3 or 6 months, and then I have a collective group program that's $2,200 for 12 weeks.
Perfect. Then your $47 is gonna— you could start with that, 100%. Yes. And so I have like— I like doing freebies, and I think they're fun sometimes to like lead in, but the truth is with my $22, I did a lot of top of funnel straight to that one.
Okay.
So when you have a higher ticket on the back end, you can wipe out the freebie, and your $47, $37, $27, $57, all of that can absolutely work the same exact way to get them into your world. Okay, perfect. And all of you guys, a lot of you did not go freebie. You just went straight to the $47. So because I'm a high ticket, yeah, you can skip it. But I do recommend you have some type of— if you're a high ticket coach, absolutely have something that's a low ticket. Anybody else? Hey, Jess. So let's say if you're doing something, let, let's say your program is like maybe lower ticket or like mid-range. Could you still do like a paid initial thing, like a $9 as opposed to like a freebie and like bring people in? Or would you suggest if you're still in the like $300 range to start out that you would just do a freebie? Here's what I'm gonna say. Test it out, have fun with it. I don't, I don't want you guys to think it's all black and white. The most important thing I would say is understanding that there's like different places where people come in. But I have clients right now where we literally like, we're just testing different things. We're like, what happens if I do this? What happens if I do this? If something is working and you don't feel like you're losing people in the process, you're— and here's how you know you're losing people. I've got 1,000 views on my site. And I had 2 sales. There's a problem. Something's going on. We're missing the mark, right? It just feels wrong, right? There's no actual number of conversion. If you're like, hey, I do this $9, it's working, I'm getting people in my world, everything, it's beautiful, you know, I could have made this $37. I don't know what would have happened. Would I have gotten more or less? Would it have been— I don't know. So you could play around a little bit, but really what's important is analyzing on the back end where could I be missing the If you, like I said, you've got— or on the flip side, if you're higher ticket or mid-range and you're like, gosh, I have all these people that are booking clarity calls but nothing is converting, what's going on? Like, where, where's the disconnect? There's a disconnect there, and it's not just how you run clarity calls, it's also your content, okay, which we'll talk about when we talk about clarity calls. Okay, so really just analyzing your data. And seeing where that gap is. Thank you.
Mm-hmm.
Anybody else?
I will ask. Hi. Hi, Leila. So with the high-level content, with the high-level content, it's not a problem as long as we always make an offer so they don't go to the competition.
Did I understand this correctly or? You know what? It doesn't mean that every single post has to have an offer. It's just that when I come to your page and I'm looking at your overall page, I, I need to have something there that tells me how to work with you, not just the pinned post, but your content needs to speak to all 3 levels. Okay. So if all your— I see both happen. Here's what I see. Let me, let me back up a little bit. This is what I see happening often. I see half Over here you're doing tons of top of funnel. You're like, here's freebies, here's all my content, here's me nurturing you, here's me sharing how to fix your problem, here's education, barely selling or only selling in stories. Okay. Which I know stories is where conversion is, but it still happened from the feed and it will happen from the feed. And then I see the other side entirely, which is nothing but selling, conversion, conversion, conversion, sell, sell, sell, sell, sell. Now, I used to do a lot of that, actually. I was like diehard. All my content is bottom funnel. And it worked, but I hit— I hit a ceiling a lot faster. Okay? I just— I did. I could never sell a $47 program and get even this many people on a call because everything was bottom funnel.
Okay?
And so I capped my income over here at the end of last year. I had a great year, but I felt that cap. The number of people coming into my world was not matching where I wanted my goals to go. So what I see is I see two extremes happening. Okay, so whichever one you're at, what I found is like the biggest boom that I've seen for myself and for my clients this year is really that balance of both. How can I do that top of funnel content and introduce people to the problem, educate, build trust in the middle, and then actually just sell at the end? Like, here's how you work with me. Yeah, very bluntly, not beating around the bush.
Like, this is how you should work with Okay. That— I'm still learning that because before I used to just do a lot of on this side, like nurturing, teaching, educating, and I wasn't selling enough. So I'm selling more now and then I'm trying to figure out, still understand the different types of content. It might seem easy, but I'm like, okay, what do I say here? What do I say in this type of content?
We will break it all down more specifically, but the first step is just really understanding, okay, I see where it's at and I see where my audience is at. That's really important. Yeah. And it's fluid. Your audience will change. Um, but I felt it at going into January this year, big time. I was like, I am just so bottom funnel. Yeah. And I'm not talking to new people at all. And that completely changed, I would say, like end of February, early March. Okay. Okay. Thank you. You're welcome. All right, we probably have time for one more if there's anybody else.
All right, question. I'm curious, I'm curious if this changes or how it would work if— I mean, I know you're like familiar with my content. I have like different offers that are different things, um, like totally different topics, and I don't necessarily want one of them to be like— I don't want my freelancing course, I don't want to be like the freelancing girl where I'm only ever talking about about freelancing, do I just make— think of it as like a different funnel for each offer, or is then that like confusing because then there's like all these different things happening on my feed? Like, does it change how I go about it?
It's funny because I actually thought of you when I was creating this because I know you have totally— but here's what I've actually truly like, and I feel like this is so different than what we were taught before. I feel like the more you can just get out and tell your audience ahead of time, this is the case with me, then their brain opens up to receive it. So let me give you an example. I would have a post that's like the different ways to work with me, right? And then I would literally put in there, hey guys, there's a lot of things I'm really passionate about and some of my stuff is going to help you here and some here. And it, you know, it's not just one like line. So if you're looking for this, do this. If you're looking for this, this is how I can help you. I feel like your page more than anything, it would really do well with this like one post that kind of tells me all the ways. Because if I try to go figure it out from your content, I might get a little lost. So this would be almost like a table of contents, right? It's like, here's all the things I'm gonna cover on my page. Now, to answer your question though, there's, would you say that your solu— your problem or your solution solves problems for the same person or are they totally different people that would need your help?
I think some are the same problem, like freelance course is one. Problems, like you're really dissatisfied in your career, you want to do your own thing. And then some of the like financial resources and life reset stuff is kind of like there's an overlap there. Or I guess there's a lot in the life resource— life reset and career stuff too. But I think it's, it's the same archetype of like ambitious people who want to like build a life they love, but they're coming with different problems. Could you think of a freebie that satisfies both?
Not off the top of my head, but I could think on it and probably— okay, if you could. And I actually think your freebie is— could either be your podcast, like maybe there's like a way to— I don't know if you can pull emails ahead of time, like thinking about that, or some— because your, your podcast does cover it all, right? It's like the life you love. So if there's some kind of entry into your world that's around like the life you love, and then that first entry almost like segments them, it's like here's and tell your story, right? It's like, this is— I wasn't like all of last year that you did like the 12-week year, right? Yeah, yeah.
It was like a one-year experiment.
Yeah. Okay. So I think you need a freebie that ties into that because that story is so powerful. And then from there, like the next step would be, are you interested in this? Are you interested in this? But I don't think I would create a bunch of different funnels. And here's why. And it might be different for other people, but for you, I think your story is like the over— it's up here. It's like anchoring everything. Like that experiment you did, your podcast is part of it. So if you could branch everything from that one, I think that would be better. So it's like literally freebie, funnel them, and then from there they could jump into multiple programs. Okay. Okay.
Yeah.
But I would, I would keep it all in one. It all goes back to you and your story. Okay. All right, you guys, I would love to hear any feedback from you, anything that you guys want to share. Uh, you'll get an email later today. It will have today's recording. It will have, um, the Zoom link in there. And I will see you guys tomorrow at the exact same time. Sorry, Zee, I thought you were gonna check the, the chat. Could we use a— Oh, sorry, I was supposed to check the chat. No, you're good. Uh, could we use a long form like newsletter instead of a video or podcasting? Would that work too as a freebie? Yeah, anything can work, but if you add a video, I truly think it will help build trust a lot faster. Okay. And that goes for freebie, $27, $47, any price range. I think if you add either a video or— challenges are nice too because like I said, people are actually participating. But are you hesitant to add a video in there? It's more just like I have kids running around all the time, so I'm just trying to figure out ways that I can do it without making, you know, all my crazy— even if it's like a 5-minute intro. You will see that it has so much more impact for your audience. Okay, that makes sense. And by the way, my very first course, I used to push the laundry basket out of the back because it was recorded in our playroom. So don't feel bad about any of that. All right, you guys. Yes, Kim, I'll message you if— and, and the question I can even go over right now is just if you have someone that still wants to jump in. Yeah, they can actually use the exact same link that's on my Instagram right now on my stories. Just let them know that they missed the live for day 1, but they will get the recording if they sign up. All right, you guys, I'll see you tomorrow.
