Clients On Repeat Bonus Video 2

In this solo coaching video, Zee Slingsby, MBA walks wellness and service‑based entrepreneurs through a step‑by‑step framework for optimizing their offer suite to generate recurring revenue and break out of the hustle cycle. She begins by having viewers inventory every current offer and assess whether each can meet their income goals, highlighting common pricing and capacity mismatches. Slingsby then clarifies the distinction between a coach’s signature methodology (the core transformation process) and the fulfillment mechanics of an offer. She recommends that entrepreneurs first secure consistent $5K‑plus months with high‑ticket one‑on‑one coaching, setting a minimum paid‑in‑full price of $1,000 and targeting hyper‑specific ideal clients. Once that baseline is stable, she guides the transition to group programs, urging a mindset shift that groups can deliver equal or better results, and suggests starting with a high‑proximity, limited‑size cohort before scaling. The video contrasts launch‑style (fixed‑date, limited‑spots) with evergreen models, arguing that evergreen enrollment yields steadier cash flow and higher lifetime revenue. Real‑world case studies—Melissa (growth from $10K to $20K+ months via evergreen) and Bree (expanding one‑on‑one capacity, launching a 12‑week group, then adding 3‑ and 6‑month options for recurring revenue)—illustrate each principle. Finally, Slingsby urges viewers to audit their offer suite for cash gaps, book a strategy session, and proceed to the next video on sales process integration.

Welcome to Clients on Repeat. Our second video is on offer suite optimization. You guys, that sounds so boring, but here's the truth: your offer suite, if it is not optimized to create recurring revenue, you are going to be in this constant hustle mode forever. And even if you can pull off some months at $10K, hitting $15K, $20K, $30K, any of those other numbers, and even the $10K consistently, is going to feel very, very challenging. So this video is very important and probably one of my favorites. So the first question I'm going to ask you is, how many offers do you currently have? You might want to write them down. And if you just have one-on-one, that's totally fine. Maybe you have one-on-one and a group, but I want you to write down even your little itty-bitty offers. If you do like a little 30-day kickstart or an 8-week, just everything that you've launched, I'd say in the last 6 to 12 months, I want you to write down. Do your current offers that you're selling today actually get you to your goals? So if it's the beginning of the month and you're going to look at your 2 offers, and this offer has maximum of 5 spots open, and this offer maybe could take 3 people— if you were to fill these, if you were to fully book your offers as it stands, would you actually hit your income goal? Now, if you're like, Zee, I would have to have like thousands of people in here to actually hit income goal, then I would say your current offers don't support your goals unless you have this like massive audience. So really this is where you do a gut check and you have to ask yourself, does the math math? And if it doesn't, it's probably a pricing issue. Most of the time it's a pricing issue. And so you've got to really do some deep digging into why you're not charging what you should be charging. Okay, what is your offer capacity per offer? So let's say you're doing a lot of one-on-one and maybe you have a group offer How many people can you actually handle it one-on-one and still give them the attention and results that they deserve? So I don't want to hear like these crazy numbers and then you're doing, you know, 35 Zoom calls every week, which is very difficult to maintain that level of proximity to that many clients unless you have a different model that you're coaching. And it does make sense, only you know that unless I actually get into your business and look at what you're doing. So what's your offer capacity per offer? How committed are you? Meaning you're like, I have this group program that I love so much and even though I don't have the people in there yet, I I absolutely love my program. It's life-changing. And I am so committed whether or not the signups are there. And then there's the mental and actual cost of running under capacity. If you do have a group program and it's only 2 spots that are taken, what does that look like for you? What is the actual cost of keeping this open with open spots? Now, I don't think you should shut it down, but I am going to talk about evergreen versus launch in just a few minutes. Okay, so I want you guys to think about this concept. We each have a signature method, right? Signature method is your style of how you coach. Your person today comes to you with all of these struggles and pain points, and there's something specific going on that you are the expert in fixing. That is your methodology. It's fixing that one, two problems for them. And then after they're done working with you, they have this outcome that they achieve. Your methodology is in the middle. Now, your methodology is not how many coaching calls you do. It is not how many Zoom calls you host. That's not your methodology. That's just how you fulfill an offer. It's your fulfillment. Your methodology doesn't change usually inside of different offers. So if I were to work with you in a one-on-one space versus working with you in, say, a group space, it's probably going to be the exact same method. All right, so for example, for me, this is my methodology. I get into the lead gen, the sales process, the content, and the offer suite, and the growth I only kind of get into at a certain level. But this, the heart of what I teach my clients to truly scale, is generating leads consistently, using our content to bring in the right leads, a sales process that increases or reduces friction depending on how many leads you have, and then an offer suite that truly prioritizes an evergreen model with recurring revenue for the most part. Sometimes there is a different style, I'll talk about that in a minute, but this is the heart of my methodology. If you hire me one-on-one or you join the Returnal Axe Foundations program, Returnal Axe Elite program, I'm not going to teach you something different. This is my signature method no matter how you choose to work with me, whether it's a $9, $3, $33 free course. Now, how involved I am in your business is going to change depending on which program you do with me, but the actual methodology does not change. Okay, so if you are not at consistent 5K months, I want you to go back to your one-on-one offer. If you have the time to be doing one-on-one, this is where you should be putting your efforts. If you have a group and under $5K, I'm not saying to shut your group down, but for the most part, hitting your first $5K-ish months consistently, a one-on-one coaching offer is the best place to start. Now, this is not a long-term strategy. One-on-one has capacity, and so you don't want to build this business that you're trying to scale to $50K months off of a $5K— I'm sorry, off of one-on-one coaching offers. Your paid-in-full should be no less than $1K. So if it's a 3-month program, it needs to add up to $1K. If it's 2 months, it's going to have to be $500 per month. I don't want that paid-in-full to be less than $1,000. And that's on the lowest end. I want you to get so crazy hyper-specific about who you help, like hyper-detailed specific, and I actually want you to make a list of who you want to repel. I want you to repel everybody else. This will draw in the right person for one-on-one, and the most important thing about one-on-one is calling the right person so you get killer testimonials because you're pouring into this person. So they should be your walking billboard of how incredible your program and your methodology really is. I want you to ask yourself, how many clients do you need to hit $5K months on repeat? And then I want you to book clarity calls and assume you're going to sign 1 out of every 3. If you're like, Zee, I don't know how to run a clarity call, that's okay. I got you in video 3. I'm going to show you guys how to do that. But really, for the most part, you can sell in the DMs. That's fine. But if you have not been making consistent $5K months, I love putting the reps in for clarity calls because what it does is it puts you out there in the field talking to the people who are struggling And your content is gonna be so dialed in from these clarity calls because you're gonna know exactly what your person is struggling with. If you are scared to charge what you should be charging, I want you to have this like price of where you know you should be, but you're not quite confident and you're gonna start a little bit lower. And then every time you sign 2 people, I want you to raise your price, okay? So you can get closer and closer to that number that feels good to you. All right, we don't wanna get stuck at one-on-ones, that's not how you scale. So we are gonna launch a group offer and I usually recommend you do that. As you're scaling to those consistent $10K months. Now, the biggest mindset shift when it comes to group offers, you have to tell yourself, and this is true, your clients are not going to get better results because they did one-on-one. Group programs are not a downgrade. In fact, they can get the same, if not better. In my programs, I find that honestly one-on-one is no better because my group coaching clients not only get my brain, they actually get to see what other people in the industry are doing, and they are so much stronger because of it. So you have to get it out of your head that you think a group program is not going to give just as amazing, if not better results. Okay. Now, is your group program high proximity versus scalable? Meaning, can you put 50 people in there or is it an exclusive number? I actually like starting with a high proximity, maybe starting with 10 and charging a little more. It gives you that intimate experience to go from one-on-one to group, and then you can start to create more of a scalable offer over time. This depends also on how many leads you have, uh, how big your reaches, that kind of thing. But for the most part, I love starting with a high proximity group. Okay, I talk a lot about evergreen versus launch, so let's jump in here. Launch is where you say doors are open, doors are closed. 12-week program, doors are open, doors are closed. The problem with this is if you only get 5 signups, you're running with a program. You're not going to keep it open and people can't sign up later. And so you're kind of stuck running this group with less signups than you want, even though you might have one launch that's really great. It does put you in this predicament where if you don't sell out a launch, you still have to run the program. Evergreen is where we create a program that just stays open, and I help my clients create this. I don't want you to feel like, oh my God, how do I make that switch? Evergreen means they can sign up anytime and you have the support in there so people can just roll right in. First of all, clients that are already in my programs love when fresh blood comes in because it just re-energizes and gets the group excited. Now imagine every month is only 4 signups. It's actually not that hard to consistently get 4 people because you're continuously selling. So people that maybe didn't join this launch here, let's— with the launch model, you get 5, but maybe there was 2 people on the fence, but they didn't want to wait for your next launch. They end up signing with someone else. Where here, if someone didn't hit— didn't sign up here, you're still open. You're there when they're ready. And so I want to show you, with just 4 signups a month, you're making 24 signups versus 16. Obviously, this is just a hypothetical, but here's what I want you to know. Every single client that I have ever moved from a launch to an evergreen has actually financially done better. There are a couple clients that stick to the launch model, and there's a couple reasons for it, but clients that I move over are all making more money. So I'm a big fan of the evergreen model. My client Melissa, who we talked about on day 1, she was someone who came to me and our first goal was just to focus on building up her 101. We really needed to get into her content. There was a lot of content gaps going on because she was such a big I mean, she's at 79,000 followers and she was at maybe like 14,000 just a few months ago. So she's had a lot of growth content, but we knew that there was a gap in the conversion content. So we focused on that first and we used her content to book out all of her one-on-one spots so she could hit $10K months consistently. After she consistently hit $10K months, we decided to launch a group program. And at first we did launch style. It made more sense in the beginning and we just switched her over to evergreen. And her business is coming together, this beautiful bow. And now we just did a session to scale her to consistent $20K months. She has had a couple bigger months in the last year, even though her goal was $10K, she's had some that are closer to $14K, $15K, $20K. But now that she has an evergreen and one-on-one, hitting the consistent $20K is so doable for her. So everything is about making the move at the right time and not trying to make all these moves up front. If you are not at consistent $5K, you should not be trying to do the things that we're doing with clients that are at $10K, $20K already. Everything should be phased out in your business. Next, scaling from $10K to $20K+ months. This is where you're really going to want that recurring revenue. So if you have a 3-month offer, how can we turn that into a 6-month offer? Now here's the thing, it's not just about you making more money. I have found time and time and time again with all of my clients, with my own, in my own business, my clients, and in my clients' business with their clients, so much better, or such a better transformation occurs when clients are with you for a minimum of 6 months. 3 months truly goes by so fast that people enter with this like anxious energy and the results are just not always there versus a 6-month or longer commitment. They get such better results. Now when you can create that longer-term transformational program, you're also creating recurring revenue. So you walk into the month and you already have revenue established. So much simpler and easier to hit those bigger ones from there. All right, Bree's a great example. Came to me and she wasn't able to fill her one-on-one client spots. She was really lacking bottom funnel content, so we focused on content first, kind of like I'm teaching all of you. Filled up her one-on-one client spots to 30, and that's where she was like, okay, I'm capped out. Making good money, but I'm capped out. Time to launch her scalable group, and she wanted to do a membership. Now, we realized early on that the membership was probably not the best fit. And so instead she turned it into a 12-week group. And then she realized, okay, I think I want to have recurring revenue. So she created a 3 and a 6-month option for clients to choose from. That's a great option if you're nervous about selling a 6-month. She has actually had more clients choose the 6-month than the 3-month, which is amazing. And she now has recurring revenue. I'm filming this in November if you're watching it. I'm not sure what month you're watching this in, but November of 2025. And she has recurring revenue through April. April of 2026. Now, a little side note is Bri is actually our social media coach inside of my RNR Foundations program. She's worked with me inside Elevate actually for over a year. She's a client of mine, and I recently asked her if she'd be interested in being a part of the team. So she coaches my clients inside RNR Foundations on social media because she is just so dialed in on understanding content and buyer psychology through your content.. And so if any— if I see any of you guys in there, you'll get to work with Bri as well. I want you to believe this slide is to show you these are all clients in the wellness space, and I want you to see that this is possible. That's what I want you to see here. These numbers are all from folks in health, fitness, and/or wellness, and I want you to see that using the methods that I'm teaching you, these are the kinds of results that are happening in my world. All right, you guys, what happens now? I want you to go back to your offer suite and just do a real good evaluation of where are there some cash gaps or where are you leaving cash on the table. I want you to click below and book that strategy session with one of my strategy coaches. This session is invaluable. It is so incredible to get another set of eyes on what you are doing. You cannot see, you cannot read the label of the jar from inside the jar. And so you're probably missing things that you don't even realize you're missing. And so this is an opportunity to book one of these calls with one of my team members. And then watch 3, or if you're crash coursing all of this and watching all in one sitting, then watch video number 3. We're gonna talk all about that sales process and how to tie that beautiful ribbon around all of this work that you are doing. I'll see you there.
