Alright ladies, hi. So we're gonna start the call with me showing the cash tracker and then we'll jump into coaching. Okay, so I don't know if you guys track obviously how much you make every month, but I like to use— this is such a simple tracker. We already added it to Kajabi under resources, by the way. So hold on, let me pull it up so you guys will see it in there. But I thought I would just do like a quick little short video of how I use it. Here we go. Okay, so if you go into Kajabi, you'll see this in there. You're going to want to go in and just do File, Make a Copy. Okay, don't request edit access because I won't grant it, because if you edit it, it'll edit the original. So you want to make— go in and make a copy. You have to be logged into your own Google Drive to be able to make a copy, and it's super simple. Every time you sign on a client this month, you're just gonna put like, you know, Jen, and then what program did she join? Maybe it's like your 12-week program. I like to put the day of the month and I'll explain why. Let's say she joined on the 4th and she did monthly. So today is November and it's a, let's actually say it's a 4-month program. So it's your 4-month mastermind. Okay. And so you're gonna go into November and let's say she paid $1,500 in November. And then January is her next payment. February is her next payment. 4 months.
Okay.
And then, and the total, you just have to do— I'll fix it right now. So in there, do some cool. Okay. So then let's say the next person joins and they do the 4-month program, okay? And they do pay in full. Okay, so you're just gonna type pay in full. I'm just showing you guys how to use the cash tracker, and it is already in Kajabi under resources. Okay, you guys, so let's say they pay in full and the pay in full is $5,500. So you're gonna put it down for November, but you're not gonna put anything over here because there's no other payments going through. Okay?. And you can see that for November you're at— I gotta turn that dinger off— $7,000, and you've already got MRR for January, February, March. Okay? So you just keep adding people as they join, and you can add more spaces, you know, cuz you're gonna fill the whole thing up and you're writing all the way into next year. And then afterwards you can add more spaces, and mine goes on forever. Like, I, I think I have 20. I don't even know. I, I hide it after a while. But if you look at my whole thing, it's got like 2023, 2024, 2025. Like, I've been using the same cash tracker for a long time. And it's fun because I'll go back and I'm like, what was November 2023 like, you know? And I'll kind of like look at previous months and all that. Um, so anyways, this is how I use it. This also just lets me know the day of the month that that payment should be going through. Uh, Regina, do you have a question? Are you waiting for coaching?
Got it.
Okay, we'll do that right after this. Any questions on— and I know Carrie asked to go first, if you're okay with that, and Regina. Okay, both of you. So one of you guys, whoever needs to go first, I'll let you guys figure out who's got to get off quicker. But any questions about the cash tracker? No. Easy, right? Okay, go into Kajabi, and under resources you can grab it. You can make a copy. And there you go. That's how I use it. Carrie, did that make sense, all that?
Yes, it, it does.
It's simple.
Adding somebody every single time and it's like going across, you're gonna have every single client who's ever joined with you and the days they pay. Or do you like go through and how do you—
I do not delete anybody, but what I do after a while is I go through and I hide all the people that are old. That are not continuing. I literally have every client that's been with me in the last 4 years, I think, online, but I hide it. And then I also hide— you know how you can go highlight and then you just do hide? And then if a client— like, I had a client join recently who has not worked with me in over a year. I didn't go back to her original name. I wrote another line for her because I was like, I'm not— it's so far up there, like, I'm not even worried about it. It's already hidden. But yeah, um, I do, I do keep everybody on the sheet. I just hide old dates. Okay, that'll do it. Yeah, that's it. I know Excel lets you be a hoarder of information without it looking like you're a hoarder of information because you can manipulate what you're looking at. But I don't like to delete anything off of my spreadsheets. There's just no reason, like I don't see a reason to. So yeah, I just keep it all in there.
That's cool.
Okay.
Okay. Regina and Carrie, who's in the tighter time crunch today? 'Cause both Carrie and you both asked me to go first, so you guys can duel it out.
Only 'cause the nurse just called me. Do you mind if I go ahead?
Is that okay, Carrie?
Okay.
She just got pulled out and she's not doing well, so I gotta get back.
Okay, I'm sorry. So we'll go quick. I know exactly what you need.
Yep.
I saw it and I like it, but you're in this trap right now, Regina, where you constantly are launching new offers. Yes. You're going to chase the quick wins in your content if you're constantly doing new offers. So go ahead and roll with it. But here's the thing. What's the end? When is this thing going to start?
When does the coaching actually start? So this group, this like challenge starts next week, 2 weeks. And it was just because my 30-day one ends on next week on Monday. So I just wanted to keep myself busy with maybe bringing new people in. Um, that's the— that was the thinking, like, just—
so what is your signature program?
It's your 36 months?
Yeah, it's 4 months and 6 months.
Yeah, the 4 months and 6 months.
Yeah.
Why aren't we just selling that?
Uh, because it's a higher ticket and I have had nobody at all.
Like, if you're not selling it consistently though—
okay, I feel like I am. I feel like I am. But like, I do—
if I look at the last 3 months though, it's a lot of different things that you keep popping up in there.
Okay. Okay. There's like, yeah, go ahead. I had the shred challenge, which was the month, and that's where I got the 5 girls in. And I think 2 or 3 of them are gonna stay.
And good.
Which is amazing. So why don't we just do another shred challenge?
Well, I was, I think we were like messaging and you said like, it doesn't matter how long you do, like 2 weeks or a month. So I decided to do 2 weeks and just—
Oh, so you just changed the name of it?
That's exactly right.
Got it. Got it. Okay. I'm okay with that then.
Okay.
So it's not only a new offer, you just took the 30-day, made it 2 weeks, and now it's—
Okay.
And now I just called it like the Holiday Trot, like just something to get the hot mom trying or whatever I call it.
So here's the thing. You may not have 20 women sign up because we just, just started talking about it. Like we just don't know. So don't get so tied into that. The more important goal, you wanna hit $10K, right? Yeah, and you're already at what, like $6,500? $5,500. Okay, here's what I want to look at is what, what's the date that this thing ends?
Um, it ends on— let me tell you, if it's 2 weeks, it starts the 10th, it ends on the 24th.
Oh, really?
The 30th. The 30th will be the last day.
The 30th is the last day? Well, because I want you to be able to upsell into your program. Okay, so here's what you're gonna do. Starts on the 10th. It's 2 weeks though, right?
Yeah. So when would 2 weeks be? The 17th? 23rd. Yeah, 23rd. Oh, sorry, I was looking. Yeah, 23rd.
Oh yeah, perfect. Okay, ends the 23rd. I want you to sell as many as you can. Doesn't matter how many, 'cause where you're really gonna make up the income difference is on the 24th to the 30th. You're going to roll out the 4 and 6 week program with a bonus, and you're gonna sell it to these women on the 20th. Mark your date. On the 20th, you're gonna invite them to join you in the 4 or 6 month. And you're gonna say, here's a special bonus for you guys. I'm not releasing this to the public until Black Friday, or we might actually— no, say the 25th.
Okay. And then what would that special bonus look like?
There's a few different options. I don't want to make it a price break. Yeah, I'm thinking you could either do a month free or they get some kind of special onboarding with you. Like maybe an additional one-on-one or something, or it could either be a one-on-one or it could be sign up for the 4-week and get a 5th month free, or sign up for the 6-month and get a 7th month free.
Yeah, kind of like the 6-month and get a 7th month free, but I guess we could also play with that as we get closer to it.
Yeah, but the thing is, the way you're going to make the income is upselling them, and that's why I'm so glad it ends the 23rd and not the 30th, because you still have a whole week to sell them into the 4 or 6 months after that.
Yeah, and that was my goal, which is to get people in. But even so, I still haven't had any interest in that. And again, maybe $150 for 2 weeks is too much for people. How much is it?
$150.
I don't really think that the price tag is the issue. Hold on, let me look at I think you're going straight to a checkout page is probably half of the problem that I don't love.
Okay, should I do—
get them in your DMs? Here's why. At the end of the day, you don't really care about $150, correct?
Correct.
There you are. What you really want to do is develop a relationship and And so how I tell Grace to sell a low ticket is very different than how I sell a low ticket. I don't want Grace to be in her DMs or Stephanie in her DMs selling a low ticket and like having these long drawn out convos. I just sold my $47 bootcamp. I treated it like it was $4,700. When people were asking questions and they were like, is this for me? I pretended I was making $5,000 off that thing. Because I know that the back end is what matters, right? And so for you, how you treat this $150, I want you to actually just like send them to your DMs to have a convo. Hey, if you've watched my stuff, you're wondering how this could possibly be you. You're also thinking November's so busy. This is your chance to work with me for 2 weeks. I never do anything like this. It's always 4 months or 6 months. This is your chance to get a taste of what it's like and why working with me is so different. Send me a message. Let's chat about what's been going on in your world. What's your health like? What's your nutrition like? And see if this makes sense for you.
Okay.
Don't treat it like, like it's 150. Treat it like it's 1,500, 2,000.
Okay, because I assumed if it's 150, people are going to check it. Like with the, um, shred challenge, it was 297, and there were girls that I never spoke to a day in my life, and they just went in and bought.
That's going to happen with this too, but not on day one. I I would say at the end of this week, right before you, you get the signups and you start posting the link.
Okay.
If you're gonna post a link too, just know they're— it's probably not gonna be the first time you post it that they end up buying. You have to keep sharing it.
And then, so should I be selling the group program and then this? Like, how— what's the rhythm of this?
Like, this is only— this is starting next week?
Yeah.
Give— go all in with it for a week in that case. If you've only got a week to sell it, just go all in on this thing.
Okay.
Yeah. Get people into this. The other thing I want you to talk about with this one is the psychology of it, right? Do you want to walk into Thanksgiving feeling like your pants are tight before you even sit down for a bite to eat? Like, get into their head a little bit with this.
Yeah.
Okay.
I'm trying. I'm trying to do that.
I know. And I have been watching your stories. You're doing a much better job. Your problem is not your stories. It's honestly, I just think you need the consistency. You're walking into the month at $6,500. Like, What the heck? Where are you? You keep moving around.
I don't know why that moves, but yeah, here I am.
It's whenever someone joins or turns their camera on. This is huge. Like, this is a big jump, and you will get there, but I think it's also just going into it from a place of like, oh my God, I'm so excited. I already have 6,500. Like, I totally got this. But go into the bootcamp with that feeling of like, I just wanna get the right women in here. I wanna bring, you know, maybe do the names like I did with my bootcamp where I wrote down everyone's names. I'm determined to take 20 women on this journey with me to show you that Thanksgiving does not have to ruin all your goals.
I'm kind of nervous to do that because I feel like no one's going to sign up and I'm going to have like 20 Post-its with like— it's embarrassing.
Everyone's always worried about that. Everyone's always worried about like, I don't want to share because I might not get the signups. Yeah, you're creating a self-fulfilling prophecy.
So you think I should like announce that today and be like, okay, here, I'm ready to take 20 people and Or say 10, whatever you want, but whatever number you really want, don't be scared to share it. You know, I want 20. What's—
you know, yeah, just say I'm— so what if you end up getting 10?
I'd be happy with 10.
Yeah. So just put it out there and just say, I'm determined to help 20 women. I want to show you that you can walk into Thanksgiving, feel empowered to eat whatever it is that you choose and still feel your best. We're going to motivate each other to get a workout in before the day starts. Like, whatever you do, I don't know, all that. Put that all in there. Like, create some hype around this and community excitement.
Okay, okay, okay, I got that. And you think, uh, how about like, it's, it's not gonna be— usually I'll have like, um, the 30-day people are in my, um, app and they have like— but I have to input everyone, so it's a lot of work.
No, don't do that.
Yeah, I wasn't gonna do that. I was gonna do Telegram and then upload workouts from there. And it's fun. I mean, like, I think I'm fun.
So then say that, just be like, wait, this is gonna be so much fun. I'm gonna show you how you can actually get fit and healthy and get results and have fun at the same time. And then you, Regina, I want you to like celebrate yourself a little bit because you're like, I'm at $6,500. I don't know if I'm gonna get to the $10K versus Zee. I'm starting my month higher than I ever— I'm happy.
Yes. I mean, I want to get that energy. No, I'm happy. I had a good month last year between real estate and this. Like, it was a pretty solid month, you know?
And like, all right, just bring that energy because it— you are so primed to have your month. But I feel like you're nervous. You're like, I think I could.
I am nervous. No.
You know why I'm feeling nervous? Because this is like, I feel like my last chance, 'cause there's literally like 8 girls that either need to continue on with me or they're gonna cancel. Like the 3, 4 month ends for them at the end of November. And that's like 8 of them. So come December, January, I could be sitting at like nothing 'cause they don't—
You are right now looking at everything that could go wrong in your business. Yeah. And it's like staring at you. And so what's gonna happen is you're gonna show up with that energy. Yeah.
And see, before I—
Oh, that's gonna be fine.
Before I go, is speaking of like the girls that are about to end their like 3 or 4 months with me, I don't wanna give them like a price cut 'cause I don't feel like it's fair to the others that haven't had that.
It's up to you. I have clients that do both. There's nothing wrong with it because other clients will get— You could either say when someone continues, they have the option to renew at an X price and then all new clients would get that as well. Or you can come back and say, hey, you have to renew for the same terms. But actually either one is ethically correct as long as you do it for everyone.
Yeah, right now I'm just saying you just, you get, just get to renew at the same rate and yeah, because I don't like, because again, it's just so much of my time. And when I talk to other, like there's a girl that I know and she's an online coach as well, fitness coach. And I saw her the other day in person and I told her what I do. And she's like, that is way too much for your group coaching. And she's like, this is more like one-on-one.
Then you need to renew at the same amount.
Yeah. And I just—
I also have another client that does nutrition coaching and she does renewals. They can go into a different group, call it an alumni group, but I don't want at a lower price, but I don't want you launching new groups right now. We just gotta fill your main group.
Okay.
And then though there's like a couple of people that I don't think are gonna stick around because they just don't show up, but they like the community vibe. And I don't know if there's anything I could offer for them that's just stay in the community for a lower rate, but I'm not doing your, I'm not looking at your food, I'm not doing anything. Is there like another tier that I could offer? 'Cause I feel like they're just such like great team players that like show up in the group chat and they're doing like—
You do show up, like you do wanna keep them.
Yeah, they show up in the group chat, but they're just like not, they're not seeing progress, like it's mentally like good for them. I feel like they like—
so the problem is like you're giving them a downgrade, but it's because they're not getting results. It feels weird.
Yeah, like I want them to stay. I like them, but I just don't— I know, I don't think they're gonna stay because they're not gonna—
they're not gonna stay, and that's okay. As much as you might like them, it's almost like you're like, hey, do you want to be in the cheerleader package?
You don't actually—
yeah, I like them.
I don't want them to go.
I know, but at the same time, like they gotta, they gotta almost renew at the same price because maybe they actually are going to do the work this time.
Yeah, I know. But they— this one girl in particular, she renews every single time and she's like, this time I'll really do it, and she hasn't. And I'm like, this time I don't think she's gonna renew, and I like her.
Maybe she needs to not renew and then come back when she's ready to do the work. Yeah, you know, I know, I know.
I mean, they're attached to people after like 5 months, you know.
Totally get it. But at the same time, you don't want her to be in your program for like 10 months and then she's like, yeah, I did it for 5 rounds and I never got goals.
Yeah, yeah, I get that.
I mean, unless she wants to keep renewing, but if she doesn't, it's okay. Yeah, yeah.
Okay, then no cheer for cheerleader tier.
No, I mean, if you want to hire a cheerleader in the future, keep her in mind. Yeah, maybe she'll come back and do it right one day, but I don't— I wouldn't keep her just for the rah-rah.
Yeah, I know, I know. Okay, well, that's helpful. Thank you. I'll keep showing up with, uh, positive energy.
Yeah, and just change up the messaging a little bit around, um, like, hey, I'm looking for X number of women, here's exactly what we're gonna do, this is what it's gonna look like. I want you to take the next 2 weeks and show up to Thanksgiving feeling, you know, 10 times better than you do today. Okay.
Yes.
And then get them in the DMs, but sprinkle in the link as well. Do both.
Will do. And do you find that at this time of year, um, people aren't doing things as far as like dieting or nutrition?
Like, not at all this time of year. And actually, December is stronger month than January is for health and fitness.
How about November?
November? I don't know. I think people— here's my opinion on November. People spend money in November. I don't think it matters which direction it is, but people do spend money in November.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
November is a spending money month. Let me put it that way. It's not a low spending month. For the most part, November is a spending month.
Okay.
Like people mentally are okay spending money in November. Yeah, so that's it. I'll keep track on it.
Thank you. And thank you, Carrie, for letting me go first. I appreciate it. Thank you so much.
You're welcome.
Bye, Regina. All right, Carrie, we need a little experience for you, girl.
Yeah, so the 3-day— so the Feral CEO Business Audit is something I created a long time ago, but it was a free resource. What I want to do is take that and flesh it out a little bit more with like my way of helping them. And it's to basically the tagline is stop overcomplicating everything and start making more fucking money. I don't know how much more clear it gets.
I love it. But did you sell this as a— how did you deliver this?
So I didn't. I've never really sold this. It's been like a really long time. It was more something that was a free resource that I used to, but it was literally my highest converting, like not converting, but it was the one that people grabbed the Because I had another idea, the ADHD business edit. So it's like they're editing it or auditing it either way.
It's, it's what you feel about you doing a business audit that you send them in Loom and then you pitch your offer.
Oh, what I was thinking of was making this a 3-day.
Oh, you're saying make this a 3-day instead?
Yeah. Yeah.
And then how are you going to do an— oh, you teach them how to audit their business in 3 days.
But I teach them in a way. So it would be day one would be becoming known. So that would be more like mindset, authority, and what do you want to be known for? And then taking that into the second day, which will be ruthless simplification. That's where we go in with their offers and their freebies and their 15 different onboarding systems and just freaking get ruthless and slash it down. On what their offers, their systems, and their free resources. And then the third day would be simplified content and sales flow. So that's Tofu Monday.
And then you're going to do a VIP session, right? Yeah.
And then a VIP. So that's the only thing I don't love is the name audit.
And here's why. It doesn't tell me there's a result. It just says I get to audit and I get to like know what's wrong, but it doesn't feel like you're going to teach me anything that I can then use to get results.
Okay. So I had it as the business edit. But that may— that is not it either.
So, like, edit—
this was part of it, was I wanted to talk about to you about the name, because what I want is for the— I, I like the tagline.
So what if it's just this Feral CEO Business Boot Camp?
Okay.
And then just say, uh, you'll learn how to audit your business and the exact next steps you need to take to move your business forward, right?
So it's to simply— the, the goal is simplify it to grow. Because I will tell you, I love—
or the Feral CEO Simplify to Grow. Either one of those I kind of like.
Okay.
Or it could be the Feral CEO Business Bootcamp. Um, learn how to simplify so you can grow would be like the tagline.
So Feral CEO Bootcamp. And it— what was the last thing you said? Simplify.
Simplify. To learn how to simplify so you can grow, or simplify your way to growth, or something like that. But I like the word simplify and growth in there somehow.
Simplify your way to growth, or to more money, honey.
Both are cute. To more money, honey, is your—
I used to have— I used to have one that I used to have an offer that I called, um, unfuck your money, honey. That was the name.
I remember. So one of those I actually like. I think it's like, it's very on brand for you.
Okay.
Okay. When are you going to sell? When are you going to do this thing?
Well, that's the thing is I wanted to talk about price point and this was a way to just bring in more leads into my world and get more women into my best converting has been $37, $47. Okay. All right. And so that, and that would be 3 days. And let's, so for dates, because we are heading like into the new year, kind of part of the marketing I feel like is go into 2026 with a crystal clear growth plan or something like that. But I wanna be able to have enough time to market it.
So my biggest mistake with a bootcamp was I did like 30 days of marketing. Never again.
Way too long.
I would go 2 weeks.
Yeah, 2 weeks is really all I'm like.
So I would say, how fast are you gonna be ready to sell this thing and actually execute on it?
Well, turn around and like sell it, I could do that quickly. Turn around and build it out.
How do you feel about doing it the week of like on December 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or something like that? Yeah, then you could sell it from the 17th to the 30th, and then you actually host it Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, VIP session on Friday. I would not do that Monday because people are still traveling after the holiday.
So you said Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, the VIP on Friday?
Yeah. And one time I also did it this way. I did Conversion Queen. I did Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and I did the VIP on Thursday as well. So you could— you don't have—
I was there. I was in that.
I was gonna say you were. So you could also do like a double on the Thursday if you want. Just depends on how you feel.
Okay. Yeah, no, I kind of like the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Okay. So then what I would be doing then is everything that I'm doing top of funnel would lead them to having a conversation about this bootcamp. Is that correct?
I still talk about my offers at the same time. I like Georgina's only doing a 7-day sale. So I was like, just focus on that.
Right.
I still talk about my offers too, but I do go all in on pitching like whatever the low ticket is when I'm doing it. Like that's the main focus, right?
And I mean, uh, calls to action in my content. So basically, if I'm going to be talking about the underlying theme, which was simplify to grow, that's what we simplify to make more money.
That's going to be the theme everywhere.
Continue on with that theme, and the call to action would be sign up for the boot camp.
Yep, 100%.
Okay. And then sometimes it would be DM me to talk about the boot camp if you have questions. Or would it always just—
I actually never did that. It's just that when people did DM me, I, I had the conversation, but I never told them to DM me to talk about the book. I didn't encourage it, but if someone did it, I was all about it.
Okay. And then as far as sales, obviously the last day I would say— I will tell them, you know, this isn't some big infomercial because it's not. It's like you can take everything you learn here. And I think that what I want to do is of course create it, create it, and then sell it down there, sell it eventually. Because I actually think that this is something that would be a really good starter in general, now that I really know the simplification process that I help them go through and I've done it enough times to see like the pieces that they're normally missing, I can do that as a way to lead them to working with me. I mean, we're still working on that first funnel, so that is gonna be the priority with the Canva and all that. But this would be something that I could turn into an offer for like—
these funnels actually work better though than the funnels that are self-led and on, in all honesty.
Okay.
The other funnels work really well when you're getting new people into them and you have a lot of leads, but if you don't have leads, this funnel will convert better. You could get 5 people in and convert 2. Like I've actually seen it happen.
Right.
So this is the one I would make your priority because they build trust with you so fast with this.
Yeah. Because I love, I'm actually watching your microclass, um, training that you have just because why wouldn't I? It's there. Um, and so when I sell on the third call, clearly at the end, I let them know in the beginning.
And you could even sell on the second call too. I did that with my bootcamp. So you could sell on the second or the third call.
Okay. And then for the funnel after the fact, what does that look like? Or do you have a kind of a breakdown? I know that there's like a breakdown inside.
I actually decided to completely change it and I only send emails to let them know like, hey, you know, I send emails from day 2 to— I send 3 emails, day 2, day 3, and then over the weekend. So 3 emails. Inviting them to book a clarity call to work with me. And then after that, they go into my main database of emails, which I'm actually completely changing, and I'm only doing emails on the spot now. I think people are so email fed up because of AI and all this stuff. And so my emails— I haven't even talked to you guys about it because I wanted to like try it out first, but I already just did a few and I'm noticing such a difference. Like the email the other day was like, I was— I woke up so hungry today. It's like real-time emails because they feel like they're real.
Yeah, that's what I do.
I'm not doing funnels anymore. I'm not doing any funnels. I mean, I shouldn't say I'm not doing funnels. There are funnels in my low ticket, but nothing new I'm creating has a funnel. Oh, I mean, this like bootcamp I did that I just finished has literally 3 emails that go out afterwards.
Okay. But that'll be it is basically an email on day 2, an email on day 3, and an email on day 4 offering it.
Yeah. And actually the email day 2 is not even an email. It's your recording. It's like, here's the recording. By the way, you can book a clarity call. Day 3 is here's the recording, book a clarity call. And then I have one that goes over the weekend that's like, hey, this is if you wanted to jump in with Zee. And then I end up sending another one yesterday, but that was not part of the funnel. It was just me like, hey, oh my God, I woke up starving. I don't know if it's the time change or what. By the way, if you wanted to talk about XYZ, you can book a call with me.
Okay.
Yeah.
Is there anything I'm missing besides, you know, do I— don't really feel like I need— do I need a sales page for this? Probably just a checkout page. Totally fine.
I did a sales page because I ran ads, and that's right, but I actually would go straight checkout page. That's what I did for all my other ones.
Okay, so I'll just have you— once I've got the checkout page created, I'll just have you look at that. And then, um, okay, I think that's everything I need. That's the pricing. Is there anything else?
No, you just gotta get that baby out and start talking about it.
Yeah, so really, at the end of the day, this is me really trying to talk to and find and chat with new human beings because that—
people that have been on the fence that haven't said yes, but they want to get to know you a little bit more.
Correct. That is the other part is that there are the top of funnel content seems like it's working because I'm seeing new faces.
Okay, good. I mean, it's crazy because I look at the people that are converting from my bootcamp that I just did. They're not cold. They're people that have actually talked to me in the past, but they just didn't have that push. It's like crazy. It's like, we've already talked. So a $47 product actually was easier for them to like test it out, and then they're like, okay, yeah, I'm gonna work with you.
Yeah.
So it's for people that have maybe been watching but are not 100% sure they're ready to make—
right, right, right. Yeah. Okay. Um, is there anything else that I would need to know that you—
I mean, we'll talk throughout, but right now I just get that maybe get that checkup done.
Yeah, that's what I need. I think that's everything. If I have any other questions, I'll let you know. Oh, one other thing, um, on the larger email funnel that we've been going back and forth, um, I did send you a question. I don't know if you received it or not, but I put it onto the document and then I made it so that it would email you.
Oh, but it emailed my admin email, huh?
Yeah, what happened was we discussed leaving it selling as fast as we did, and then in the email notes you said, actually, I don't think— I think we need to nurture them a little more. And then we were like, no, I, I— let's leave it as it is. So what I want to have you do is I want to clarify that with you and chat. We can chat in Telegram. Is— do you want me adding more emails to that?
I think my final question to you was, where are these people coming— what are they getting before they join?
They—
this— the funnel is for people opting into my freebie, the crash course, the, uh, the sales.
And I don't mind you selling quickly. I think what I didn't like is that I think you sold a clarity call quickly, right? No, it was—
no, it was a note that you had made, and you're like, this feels— this does feel actually really— you're like, it's not too fast, because Mary chimed in, and you're like, it's not rushed. Actually, it is rushed. So I wanted to make sure—
let me just go back and look at it. Can you bring that Okay, let me go back and read it again before I say anything then. Okay.
Yeah, because Mary looked it over and said you need way— you need a ton more emails. And you're like, no, let's keep it simple.
I don't think you do, but I need to go back and see if the wording maybe felt rushed or something.
That was more it. It was like you said something about it feeling too rushed.
Okay, so I do think we're okay selling early, but it's probably the wording used, so I'll go look at it again.
Okay. Yeah. And Mary sent me the feedback on those last handful of emails selling the sisterhood. Where she was saying, hey, this is pretty mechanical and not as warm as the rest of your stuff. I'm actually editing those to like have more storytelling and stuff in there, so I'll be able to get you that. But I just want you to clarify that I don't need any additional ones, I just need to edit those. And then when I'm done editing those, I can have you review them and check out. Just—
I'll just— I'm pretty sure it was the wording that felt— now that it's all coming back to me, I don't— I will never tell you that you need from a freebie to like nurture a million times. That's just not my style. I'd rather you just put it out there in a warm tone.
Right.
You want to learn about XYZ, here it is. That's always what I do. I sell immediately, but I sell very, very nonchalantly.
Right, exactly. And that, and that's, I think the emails that I used were templates that you had given, and so I just edited what you'd given. And I think with Mary, she was like, these feel disjointed. I'm like, of course they feel disjointed because ones are written really by me and the other ones were more of an emulation.
So you have to edit them quite a bit. Okay, I'll look at it.
Okay, awesome. Well, that's everything I needed today. Thank you.
All right, my dear.
You're welcome.
Hi, Lisa. Hi, how are you? That's on your mind.
What?
Oh, thank you.
I know, that was, that was fun. That was super exciting. Um, okay, so I have two questions. One, for my retreat, like, since it's not until April now, early bird pricing's over. Yeah, we sold— I sold 2 spots like right off the bat, and it's like, never again.
I'm like, okay, um, selling it to your current clients when you're on calls with them, like, hey, by the way, not sure if you saw this, but I would love to know.
But like, the, the 2 who bought were clients, um, they all follow my stories, like they have all reached out.
I think you should just bring it up. Okay, I mean, I can, um, because even like my one-on-one coach is doing something and she brought it up to me and I actually wasn't going to respond to it. Like, I saw her stories, but then when she brought it up, I was like, oh, maybe I should actually do this, you know? Right. Yeah.
No, I mean, I guess my question is like, because it's not till April, like, what do I do now? How often do I talk about it?
Like, what do I do with it? You can sprinkle stuff like behind the scenes if you're planning, if you're doing anything. But I really think that when I would be selling this thing is the week after Christmas, before New Year's, and then ongoing, because one, A lot. I mean, what, 99% of your clients are moms?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I feel like mentally planning a trip in April to Costa Rica is like, yeah, I'm not even gonna go there right now. But as soon as Christmas is over, she's like, okay, I need a break from life. Yeah. Now let me consider this. So I would probably go all in on like December 26th and start selling this thing.
Okay.
That doesn't mean you never mention it.
Maybe like once a week.
Am I saying I mentioned it more in like a behind the scenes, like, oh my gosh, I was looking at our location. I'm so excited for this.
Just talk about it.
Yes.
And then I would say December 26th is when I would actually like, hey, by the way, ladies, you've done all the work, you've done all the shopping, you've handled everything. You're probably thinking I didn't get what I wanted this year. Yeah. For your audience especially, right? It's time to treat yourself, right?
Well, I mean, I think I told you the, the first Monday after the holidays is the most—
yeah, day of the year that people file.
They call it—
so she's like fed up probably on December 26th, but she's not gonna file until that day. So, right, I would start talking about December 26th. Okay, oh, yourself a vacation. You owe this, you know, this is your, this is your time.
Okay, and as far as—
it's actually Arizona, not Costa Rica, right?
Sedona.
Yeah, that's right. Yeah.
So as far as like emails and stuff, should I just wait to do any kind of emails until kind of like the new year then?
For this?
Mm-hmm.
I would send one out December 26th. I might even send like one more out after Thanksgiving, though, like, you know, just a few days after Thanksgiving, because Thanksgiving is probably a high emotional day, too, for her. So maybe send one out like a few days after Thanksgiving, after the Black Friday rush, like maybe that and then we have Cyber Monday. So I would say like December 2nd, do another one, and then December 26th I would start the heavy emails again.
Okay.
Okay, cool.
Um, that was that. Um, I don't do like a Black Friday anything ever. I've tried it, like nothing ever happens. But what I do like doing is like something on 11/11 just because angel numbers and all that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, I love it. So I was thinking like I don't really do one-call sessions. Like, every once in a while I will, but doing like a one-call session plus like a month of Voxer, like, as like a special thing to get on 11/11, um, I would do it one time and 7 days of Voxer.
Okay, let me— and here's my reasoning. Then I would give her an option to take what she pays for it and apply it to your longer-term program. Okay, that's what I do, and that's actually one of my highest converting things I ever do. Ever. When people do the one time and then let them take what they paid for and apply it, it's almost always— I mean, almost always they're like, okay, I want to do this.
And then like, what should I price the one call at? I don't even know.
Um, what are your month— what is your con— like, what is the price?
Okay, so if I do like— I have a, I have a 7-month program where they do one call a month plus a month Voxer, and it's $333 a month for that.
And it's 33 times and they get one call and Voxer for that.
But it's 7 months long. They do it.
They pay every month.
Yeah.
Yeah. So you could match it and just say usually you have to do a 7-month contract. I'm doing a one-time, which I've never offered before. And yeah, but it would be 7 days of Voxer instead of 30. But you're like, I've never done anything like this before. Yeah. And I kind of like the whole one-on-one. It's 333. Yeah, 11:11 and it's 333. I kind of like that.
Yeah, yeah, I like that. That, that works. I had one other question that I totally forgot what it was.
I don't know, I don't know what my other question was, so never mind.
My little— my, my sales girl is starting, um, this week, so I'm super excited to see what she does because I, I looked at my calendar for November.
I like—
I literally have like no time to do like any clarity calls, so I'm like, this is perfect because I couldn't take one anyways. So I'm like, go. And like, I, I raised all my prices with her.
And she's been trained and everything. She kind of already knows everything, right? Like, she does.
Yeah.
So she, she went to like this like sales academy. I, for some reason, all these people from the sales academy— do you guys know Shelby Sales or something?
Yeah.
So like, like all these people from her sales academy keep like— I'm like, I must be like in their database or something.
Oh, funny. Well, you have a big following too, so that's probably why.
I have, I have no idea, but they keep reaching out to me. And so I was like, all right, Like, and I found like she's, she's a single mom with 3 boys. So, you know, my heart goes out to her.
Right.
Like, yeah, you told me about her. She gets it.
Yeah. So, so I'm interested to see like what happens.
We'll see.
I'll report back. I love it.
Yeah.
Keep me posted.
Yeah. And I gave her like options that like are bigger than anything I would sell for myself. So I'm like, let's see. Let's see if she does this.
Yeah. She would have to professionally train. Let's see what she could do.
Right.
I was like, all right.
I love it. I'm excited.
It'll be fun.
Um, all right, thank you. You're welcome. Hi, Nisha.
Hello.
All right, what's up?
So I have a question. I, um, I just closed my one-on-one doors again November— I mean, I'm sorry, October 27th. Um, I had one—
sold them out.
Say that again.
Did you sell them out?
No, I had one sign up.
Okay.
But I also don't— I don't feel like I promoted it strongly like I should have. As well. So I play a role in that. But, um, my goal is to hit $10K a month now.
Why did you close the doors on your one-on-one?
That's what I was gonna ask you. Should I keep opening and closing them?
No, I mean, I think one-on-one should always stay open until you— unless you sell out. So if you're like, okay, I can't take any more, then you should close it. But there's no reason to close it if not.
Okay, it's because when I was advertising, I was, um I was putting on there, we start, no, um, October 27th and the doors are closing. I was trying to create a sense of urgency. I think that—
yeah, I don't think I would do it with one-on-one though.
Okay, okay.
I wouldn't because the truth is with one-on-one it really is your evergreen program where people could join at any time. Um, and you're trying to create a sense of urgency— I'm gonna call you out— to make up for the fact that you didn't really sell it enough. Like, you didn't show up and do the work to sell it. And so then you're like, oh, I have to create a sense of urgency where I think if you you just really approach it as like, hey, I'm gonna really work to sell this thing and do it the right way, then you'll fill it.
Okay.
But what I think for you, Nisha, like knowing your business now for a while, I just want you to have two offers that you focus on: one-on-one and a group that's a lower price. And you're just selling the exact same transformation, and they can pick which direction they want to go. Do you want to go in the group, or do you want to go in the one-on-one?
Okay. And my one-on-one is $997. Okay, my group, um, price— I haven't started one yet, but I was thinking the $897.
I think it's too close to one-on-one.
It's too close.
Okay, is it, is it $997 for how long?
12 weeks.
Okay, so 3 months. And then how long is the group, also 12?
I can do 12 months for the group as well. Should I do the group at $597?
$597 total.
Yeah. Or is that still too much?
I don't think it's too much. I, I don't even think that $897 was too much. It's just too close to the one-on-one. So $597 divided by 3 comes out— remember, always sell monthly. I like the group program. You make it $199 a month. And then the one-on-one, I would actually possibly rate— don't sell the paid in full though. The one-on-one, I would raise it to make it $399 a month.
$399 a month. And it— and when I'm giving them the price, just say it as $399 a month.
It's $399 a month and it's a 3-month program. And then the group program is $199 a month and it's a 3-month program.
$199 a month and 3-month program. Okay.
But eventually I want us to make that a 6-month program.
Okay. That was actually going to be my next question, um, because I was getting clients— I had a lady who literally had her credit card her and her husband were gonna pay, and when I gave them the price, they said it was too much.
Well, and at the end of the day, it doesn't mean she would have signed, but you always want to pitch the monthly.
Pitch the monthly. Okay.
Yeah, because some people get hung up on this like big ticket when it's really like the monthly— people think in a monthly budget, right?
Right. Okay. Because I had other clients who— the lady who signed up, when I gave her the $997, she actually took out her calculator and broke it down per month. And then she signed up.
So I was gonna ask, always, always, always give the monthly, and then if people want to pay in full, you could say, yeah, there is like a 10% if you want to pay in full, but you don't have to.
Okay, 10%.
Always give the monthly. So it's, uh, $199 per month for the group, $399 per month for the one-on-one.
Okay. And I did decide to stick with pregnancy and postpartum. When do you think I should release my postpartum program?
Right now. Just say, hey, there's two ways to work with me, pregnant or postpartum. Okay, because all you're doing is calling in people to go into whichever group they want. There's no reason to wait on it. I mean, there's people that are postpartum right now, so I don't want you to wait, right?
Okay, and then my content, just post like my— right now I'm doing gym workouts, but of course I'm in postpartum, so post that. And what do you think my pregnancy content should be, I guess, since I'm no longer pregnant, just like it's going to be focused on her.
So you're going to say, if you're watching this and you're currently pregnant and you can't wait to get in the postpartum, you actually can start working with me now because I do have a program for women that are still pregnant just to keep you healthy and ready to jump into the postpartum group afterwards.
Okay, that makes sense. Okay, got it. All right. Thank you.
You're welcome. So just 2 offers. That's all you're going to focus on. It was 4 offers, but it's 2, meaning they can go pregnancy or postpartum. And there's just one-on-one group, one-on-one group. That's it.
Now, my $47 digital product, leave that. Still leave that.
Yeah, you can still leave the digital product, lead them to go there. But you're— when you get someone in your DMs talking to you, you want to sell one of these.
Okay. Okay.
Yeah. And don't close them.
And what do you think I should say when they're saying they want to speak to your husband?
I mean, what do I say if someone says I want to speak to my husband? I say, no problem at all. Talk to your husband. I want him to help. I want him to be on board too.
Okay. Okay, cool.
Now, if you get a bunch of people who speak to their husband and never come back, then there's a problem in the sales process that we got to fix.
I'm getting that. I'm getting that from a lot of clients.
So they're okay. So then to me, she's not really talking to your husband. She's giving you an excuse.
All right.
And so I would say, are you getting on sales calls with them, like face to face?
Yeah.
On clarity calls. Yes.
Okay. Number one, are you making sure in the beginning that she is the one who's answering questions and you're just listening?
That she's answering questions?
Like, you're just asking her questions and she's just talking. She's telling you all the things she's struggling with and you're just listening.
I do. So when I get on the call, I'll say, you know, basically I'll introduce myself, give them a little background story, and then I'll say, let me know what you're struggling with, you know. And I do encourage them to go deeper, and then I go into the program.
Okay, I think you need to spend more time asking questions here and really getting to the root of what she's struggling with. Like, what are you eating? What does your day look like? Have you tried any other programs? Um, what do you think your biggest struggle is? Have you ever worked with a coach before? All like, just really, really figure out what the problem is. And I want you to feel so secure that you can help her, and then assertively tell her you can help her, and then make sure you're pitching the monthly price tag. The other thing you might want to do, though, is are these people filling out an application before they get to the clarity call?
Yes.
And do you have that question on there that says, are you willing to invest?
It says— I believe it says, are you ready to get started? Or I don't think it says, are you willing to invest?
So mine says, if we are a fit, are you financially and mentally ready to invest in yourself? And the options are yes, I'm ready. Yes, but I have questions. No, I am not ready.
Okay, okay, okay, I'll update that. All right, thank you.
Okay, um, so, so, but to me though, if you're getting people that are not saying yes on clarity calls, it's something in the clarity call that we probably— we, we could clean up who comes to you in the first place, but also just really making sure that you make the entire call about her and not about you or your Okay, I think 85% of the call needs to be about her.
Okay. Okay. I think it's going to help because I did feel like it was a part of my pitch where I wasn't really listening. And then I did agree. I do agree with the price because I was giving them the whole entire lump sum. And I believe that's what they're seeing.
Do not ever pitch anyone if you don't truly understand everything you need to about her, her, her nutrition, herself, her struggles. Like for me, if I don't really understand your business, I'm not making a pitch.
Okay.
Yeah.
Okay. All right. Thank you.
You're welcome, Nisha. Hi Taylor.
Hey.
Another record-breaking month on the call. Yay.
Yes. Thank you.
Thank you. You're welcome. What's up?
I just have two questions. One of them is probably pretty quick. For the new mini chat feature where they automatically send something to new followers.
Yeah.
I was just on a call with Lindsay. Recipe Lucky, and she was telling me about it, and she actually advised me to ask you on how I should approach it because I am offering—
Stephanie's doing it. Oh, oh, how are you doing with your low ticket, you mean?
Yes, if I should approach it for low ticket and high ticket and kind of do that little, you know, roundabout way to get Yeah. So I'm just curious your— I'm gonna give you guys my two cents on all of it.
Steph, how are you doing it right now?
So I'm sending people, I'm sending a message saying, hey, so glad you're here. What is one thing you would love to learn more about right now? And then I, I take that, like I give choices based on the questions I get the most often. And then I, when they select it, I send them to a reel or a post that in that reel or post has a call to action. So I don't send them something like with a call to action right there, although they also get when there's that auto response saying, oh great, here is a reel I made using one of my favorite toys to teach kids how to talk. If you'd also like my free download, my 5 tips to help your child imitate new things respond with talk. So actually there is a call to action, but it's free. And then—
okay, so I have a question, Steph. I love that because I saw someone teach that. And if, like, if we can figure this out, I'll show you what she means, Taylor. But my question is, that first message that gets sent out, how many buttons do you have in there?
3.
You were able to add more buttons?
I was able to add more. Yes, I added 3. I used 3.
The initial message you were able to do— okay, then I like it. So I don't know if you guys follow— what is her name? There's a gal who taught this. She's like, the first message should give them 3 buttons and they loop around to another reel. Did you see that? You did. Okay, so that's where I saw it too. But for some reason on my ManyChat, I only saw the option to have one button.
I'm trying to find how— oh, here. Okay, wait, wait, wait. I don't know if you're gonna be able to see. Okay, says, you know, you can read it actually.
See?
And then there's 3 options.
Yeah, mine did not give me 3 buttons.
And so each one of those, um, like if I click on new sounds and words— oops, that's like somebody else. Whoops.
Oh, how funny.
We're gonna send that.
Let me see if I can find what it looks like. Well, you get what it looks like when people respond, but people are engaging with it.
It's kind of—
I only have one option too. Yeah, did you have How did you get it to give you 3 options?
I love—
so what I love about this is it takes it back to your Reels, which is genius because it like keeps them in your ecosystem. But for the life of me, I could not make it work. I'm looking at the lady who like set this up too.
Hmm.
I'm asking— my assistant did it, so I'm going to ask her.
Okay.
He's pretty fast in responding.
So he must have— yeah, she must have like cleaned it up or something because the general one doesn't let you, but she must have done something better than the rest of us are doing. Okay, so Taylor, I love that. That's the approach I would take personally is exactly what that's doing because it, one, it doesn't take them off the app and it keeps them in your world. So if you could do like an intro message and then you're like, hey, what are you interested in? Here's what I would do for yours. I would make one of the buttons go to your low ticket. I'd make one of the buttons go to— do you remember that post that you did that like blew up with clarity calls a long time ago?
I don't remember the specific one you're talking about.
If you have any that you know, like I've been getting— you had one that was like purple, I feel like.
Yes, I think I know what you're talking about.
Or just doesn't even have to be that one. Like it could even be like a ways— do you have a ways to work with me post right now?
Yes.
So you could also just send them there. Um, and then the third one, do you have a freebie? Mm-hmm. Yeah, you could send them to a freebie, or you could send them to your story, or you could send them to client testimonials. But I would do like 3 where you send them to different places on your own feed.
Okay.
Yeah, I love that. If you get the button thing to work, I like it.
Right. So freebie, low ticket, and then a ways to work with me post.
Um, as the redirect?
Yes, that's what I would think.
Okay. Okay.
Yeah, I was just curious how to use that because I used to like literally introduce myself to everyone when I didn't have a huge following.
I know, that's what I don't have. That's how I met Brittany. I just was like, hey, what's up? Thanks for the follow. And I was not even selling anything. It was just like a hello.
Yeah.
But I would imagine you guys, some of you guys on this call are getting a whole lot of new follows. So this is, I love it. I just think the 3 buttons works way better than trying to sell them something in 1 button.
Right.
Okay.
I like sending them to your content a lot better.
If there is 1 button on my end, 'cause I haven't played around with it, should I even use it or what would you suggest?
Yeah, I would use it, but maybe send them to like an intro post that includes your story and a way to work with you, not just ways to work.
'How to Work With You.' Okay, so like my, like, meet me kind of thing?
Yes, that'd be perfect.
Because I have my, like, start here post and it's all about me, and then in the caption it's how to work with me.
That's perfect. Yeah, if you get one, I would go there.
Okay, got it. And then my second question— I wasn't planning on— and this sounds really silly, but I wasn't— I guess I wasn't expecting on having all of my November spots taken almost already. I only have one spot left. And I was going to like not onboard anyone in December, but I feel like that's silly at the like pace that I'm going right now to just completely stop. So I was thinking about— I definitely don't want to onboard anyone else in November because I already got my hands full and it's like the 3rd, I think, right? Um, so for December, I was thinking about having people put down a deposit to just reserve their spot and then I can just onboard them in December.
Yeah, I mean, I did the same thing with, um, a few clients in August. I was like, I'm not signing in August for— I mean, you can sign in August, I'm not onboarding anyone because we were going to Hawaii and it was like the last month before school starts and all that. And so that's exactly what I did, and I said, but your time with me won't start until September. So, okay, totally fine to do that. Yeah, you could just do it like a deposit and it just goes towards their whole program.
Okay.
My concern with that though, so my like backend system, as soon as someone signs up for the program, they get an automated message and it's basically telling them like their timeline has started. Are you using Stan? No, I'm using Kit.
Oh, you're in Kit right now. Okay. So it gives them the timeline right when they sign up?
Yes and no. So I'm just telling them basically like their time has started and and it gives them like the welcome packet, intake form, the whole onboarding email. And I send— I manually send a contract to them saying like, this is your start date and everything. So I have this whole system like automated except that contract.
Yeah.
So I'm thinking I might just have to not automate it.
And then—
oh, what I— there's a couple ways you can do it. Number one, I don't know if Kit lets you do this, but in Stan I can send a one-time invoice. So it's just like, hey, here's a one-time invoice. And I don't actually sign them up for anything. They pay the invoice and it holds the spot. And then I go in when they're ready to sign up and it's a nonrefundable. So it's like if you change your mind, whatever, you change your mind, but you don't get it back because I held a spot for you. So, and no one's ever done that. And then what I do is I create a code so that I can decrease what that from the full amount. And I don't actually sign them up till it's time. The other way I've done it is I just let them sign up and get all the automations and I'm just like, hey, just ignore it. Your actual start date will be here. So there's two ways you can do it.
Okay. Because I think because I said it with me, Lisa didn't—
you did like you paid a one time in June, but you didn't actually sign up for Rich and Relaxed until October. So that's how I did it with Lisa. I didn't want to put her in the system for the whole thing. It was just pay this amount and we'll deduct it from the back end.
Okay.
Yeah, because that automated email sequence also has like their monthly check-in forms.
Oh, okay. I would not— I would see if you could just do like a deposit in Kit, like a one-time— no, it's like an invoice that you send out. You can also use PayPal if you want.
How would I do that? Do you have a PayPal?
You don't have a PayPal account?
No.
Okay, then that might not work.
You should, because I mean, my, my thought was either have them put a deposit down and make, make that separate, like in Stan Store, like you said, give them the code.
And then when they— you do have Stan Store though, don't you?
Yeah, yeah.
Oh yes, yeah, I use Kajabi for everything, but if someone wants to do a one-time invoice, I use Stan. It's just so much easier. All you need is their email, and then I do the— I, I title the invoice, um, like deposit for XYZ, and that's it. It's so much easier. And then I do I do a discount code later when they do sign up to deduct what they already paid for deposit. Yeah.
Do you ever— because my, my nervousness, and I haven't had any of this since I started working with you and we changed my language on all the backend stuff, but I used to have people like sign up for something and then not have payments. So do you ever find if someone puts a deposit down, even if it's nonrefundable, they are like, it's never happened, but I don't care if they do.
Yeah, like, so what, right? Like, yeah, I honestly, I've never had it, but that doesn't mean it's not gonna happen tomorrow. It totally— right, right. But to me, it's like, okay, well, you just lost your deposit because you took a spot, and I'll find someone else. Yeah, yeah. I don't wanna— to me, it's like, yes, it could absolutely happen, right? Um, I don't foresee it happening, right? You did— you used to have it happen?
I used to.
Like, how much was your deposit?
Well, it wasn't even a deposit. They would get access to— when I was doing a group program and it was monthly call or weekly calls, and they would pay the first month and like not show up, and then they would stop paying the remaining months.
Okay, interesting.
But I don't run anything like that anymore, so—
okay, so hopefully it's fine. I think with a deposit too, you have to make it decent enough where only someone serious would even sign up in the first place.
So I was thinking, because I have my 4-month and 6-month program, my 4-month is $645 a month, my 6-month is $599 a month.
Yep.
I was just thinking a $500 deposit.
I think that's fair, because even if someone didn't end up taking it, you bought yourself a month to refill the spot because you got paid for that. So it's pretty like close enough.
Yeah. Okay, got it. Would you do $500 for both of those, or would you change it?
I just make it easy on myself.
Make it okay.
Yeah, I was thinking.
Okay, noted. All right.
I love it. Good problems to have.
Yes. Thank you so much, Zee.
You're welcome. All right, ladies, we don't have any hands up, but who wants to jump in? Hi, Steph.
Hello.
Okay.
What's going on?
Oh my God. What is not going on? I have a son. I have a son going to college. I have new books coming out. I've done—
And I know this guy who can help you.
Oh yeah, I, I should get someone to help. Um, we're literally traveling every week, and so I today am sort of like, okay, I, I have to like pay attention. Yeah, like I have tried not to be upset that no one's buying my course because I'm like literally not— well, false. So people, a couple people, not a couple people, when people go into my funnel, they go into my funnel on that journey from my freebie, and then they also Um, there are people that have responded to Reels that have just like marketed the low ticket, let's read together, $12, whatever, whatever, not converting. The only conversions— and again, I am full, I like need to jump back in and, you know, pay more attention to it. And so I'm sort of like re-centering and saying to myself, okay, what do I want to do in November? I have a content calendar, and I guess I'm just like, I'm so far removed from when I was like gung-ho with my content. Where do I find a content calendar to promote? Like, I literally need like you to tell me.
I'm going to tell you where to go, but I have a question for you first. Remind me the price of the course by itself.
$47. $47? Yes. Somebody bought it at the $37, which is what you see when you download one of my freebies. You'll only see this here. So I've got someone working on my emails to optimize the emails, but just like not no conversions with, I posted another, I reposted and re-edited that one reel you told me to do.
Yes.
Um, your toddler needs to have these kind of whatever it is. It worked really well the first time and then I re-edited it so it would go to on demand and it wouldn't reference lots of people commented, but nobody bought it.
So how many comments were you getting?
Oh my God, I don't— I have to, I have to go back and look. Um, I was getting— I could look now. Um, I— oh, here we go. Okay, I mean, it didn't go crazy, but 25.
Okay, and this was straight to the course, not a funnel, correct?
Straight to the stand.
Yep, straight to the stand, sort of the course for $47.
And I said in the caption how much it was per your advice.
Okay, so those people that— that's probably why it got less comments, but they should have been more serious, right? So here's what I actually am wondering. I kind of want to give— I feel like there's been a lot going on with like different funnels and trying this and then this and that, and I feel like it's very hard to tell what's working and maybe what isn't because we've tried— we had a webinar, then we did this. How would— am I right or wrong to kind of feel like that?
Yes, but on social media I haven't been doing a lot, terribly focused on that for a little while.
Okay.
Oh yes, like when I done freebie stuff and people in the— who take the freebie then get put into the funnel, funnels them up to the low ticket and then the not high ticket but higher.
Yeah, yeah, totally. Yep. Okay, so what about— how do you feel about 30 days of selling nothing but the course?
Well, 30 days of selling nothing but the course, the toddler course.
You're not gonna go funnels, you're not gonna do anything of that. You're just gonna sell the $47 course.
Like what?
So I wouldn't promote any of the freebies?
I'm okay with you mixing the freebie in, into the feed, but in your stories you're gonna sell it for for 30 days straight, and I still want like 90% of your content in the feed to be nothing but the course for 30 days.
90% of content, like almost everything you could throw. Let me tell you one other thing. So I create like holiday toy guides, and those are like my most— one of my most popular things. I don't really care honestly about like the affiliate income because I've I just care more about like I'm giving people the value of this and those go from my toy videos.
So that could be your freebie. Is it free? Is the holiday guide free? Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That could be the freebie that you promote in November.
Okay, so freebie this and promoting.
I want you to just sell straight to the $47 and I don't— I suspect you're not going to see the conversion until after about a couple of weeks because I think the people just need to see the $47 over and over and over. And I do have a Stories promotion schedule inside Kajabi. I can show it to you real quick that you could follow. But this is all for Stories. I don't have anything for the feed of 30 days because I—
that's my calendar.
And like my— the, the— sorry, I have to take a kid to the orthodontist. So we're now—
oh, you're okay.
And I kind of want you to tell your audience, hey, for the next 30 days, you're guys are going to hear me talk about this course nonstop because I I want it in your hands. This is going to change things for you and your child. I want to like literally tell them, you're gonna, you're gonna be so sick of hearing about this course, and that's because that's how passionate I feel about this.
Okay, what if I say though, like, this course, like, like, this course and then the toys that I recommend to make these strategies easy? Because like, I have—
you mean in the post where you sell both?
Sorry, I'm getting like all—
No, no, you're okay. It's hard to do.
Listen, I sell both, so maybe I need a schedule where I'm doing toys.
I have a toy. How many times did you want to promote the toys between now and the end of the month, would you say?
How many times? You can tell me. I don't know. In the past, I have done I've done videos in the past. I've done videos for each age range because I make the toy guides by age.
Okay.
They're too much effort because I have to sit down and play with 10 toys and talk about each one and edit them. So I'm gonna do like, I have carousels showing like my top 4 picks from each age range. Then I have, then I have like some individual toy play videos that I'm gonna use. I don't have a, like, how many do I want to use? If you tell me X number, I'll do that.
How many age ranges are you covering?
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, maybe 7.
Okay, so I would just do 7 videos between now and the end of the month, or carousels, posts, or carousels, not both. Oh my gosh, Taylor, will you tell me later? I would do—
what was that?
7 videos. Okay, so 7 posts.
They could be video or carousel.
7 posts, video or carousel.
And then one for each range. And then everything else you do this month, I want it to sell the $47.
Can it be like the other thing I do is like therapy tips? Like I left a session, I'm in the car, this is what worked. And then sell the— I could sell the course.
Absolutely.
You could sell the course on that. Oh yeah, definitely.
I'm not selling. I'm not giving a freebie for that. I am selling the course.
You're going to sell the course for every other day except for the 7 days that we're doing the guide.
Okay.
I do. I want you to just sell the course. If you look at— and I don't even care if you like her, you don't like her. But if you look at Nurtured First, she— do you ever look at her stuff? Do you know who that is? Oh, let me pull her up.
Okay.
Yes, she has good like sales videos.
She does tons of carousels. 99% carousels. But I am like 90% sure she— oh, of course, like now I'm being proven wrong because you all are reading—
she doesn't think so.
Like walking through my life in my garage, outside.
I know we're getting a full tour. Okay, it's really funny because I swear she used to sell in every— she must have been— now she's not selling in any of them, but for like a good— I kid you not, like probably like 2 or 3 months. Oh, that's because her sale ended on 6 days ago. So if you go back, don't look at the last 6 days, but prior to that, every single post was selling her course. Did I lose you, Steph?
Okay, I'm not talking and driving. I'm closing this a little bit.
You're okay. I'm going to set— so she just had a sale that ended 6 days ago. But if you look at prior to the 6 days, I kid you not, she was selling in every single one of these posts over and over and over, selling, selling, selling. And I want you to look at— so I'm gonna send you these carousels. I'm gonna send you a bunch of these to look at. Okay, Steph, I think I'm losing you.
Okay.
I don't know where Steph is, but I want to jump in with anyone else on the call who wants my eyes on your business.
I feel like I can go because I don't really have like all that much to say.
Welcome back, Grace.
I'm back.
Hello.
Are you feeling good?
What'd you say?
You feeling good?
I'm okay. Yeah, I still am. Definitely. Like, I feel good, like in the sense of post-surgery, but there is still so much left to do. Um, so many other— like, it didn't fix everything, so there's still like tons of like medical testing and things I have to do, which is a lot. So I'm still like trying— oh, of course I just get a really loud Slack message right now. I don't know if you heard that.
No, we didn't. Um, it's been silent all day and then just, um, came right now.
Um, I am still trying transparently just to like find the motivation to like want to do anything on social media or to create anything, launch anything. But I also don't want to like talk about that all the time on social media because I feel like it just sounds at some point like you're boohooing, even when I'm like, I'm just trying to ride the wave right now and just hope and pray it ends really fast. But, um, so I'm feeling kind of stuck in a way where I'm like, I don't want to talk about like certain things because it feels fake, and then I— but I don't want to talk about like You know, let me ask you this because I don't want it to feel fake.
I think you have two options. You could push yourself to launch something that we had talked about, like something for the new year, but it might feel icky and just doesn't feel like aligned. Or you could push something that doesn't require a lot of like personal storytelling that I think people need, which is your budgeting program.
So there's like a couple things I was thinking about. Um, so I need to basically, I've been trying to just find an answer to this all year 'cause I'm like, I don't really know what to do as I'm behind the scenes navigating so much and trying to post and whatever. But they're just like, there needs to be a solution. I have to do something. And so I'm trying to figure out what would free me the most. What just allows me to create something and then walk away? And I know with 365HERD, that has just hit so many times. The video that I posted literally in, I think like July, is still getting views and followers to this day and people are commenting for the product and I don't love the product, which we talked about before.
I know. So we just need a better product that goes to the same story. Yeah.
And so my thing is like maybe I can focus because I was in the headspace of like you have to post every single day and I just don't know if that's sustainable for me at this moment in time. But if I have that series that's like really hitting, and I focus on posting something about that series once a week, and then I have a couple videos sprinkled in the rest of the week that is like, you know, different like personal development things, um, that, that might help like create some structure. But it— yeah, the product doesn't necessarily like do anything. Now I'm not necessarily worried about like financially, like, okay, I have to like sell something. I'm not in the energy of like I'm I'm gonna fall apart if I don't sell a product with this. So I could just direct people like to my newsletter or to my podcast or something and I'm totally fine doing that. But I do also have like my budget template. I think what I'm trying to think about is in 2026, like focusing on all the positive and the dream year that we want that to be, not another year of being in the trenches. I'm like, okay, if 2026 is gonna be like the best year yet, what would I create in the, like, the best year? And I don't want to be— I don't think I want to be like a financial educator per se, so I don't go too hard on the budget.
What if it was just like 365 all over again but revamped for 2026? Like 365 for 2.0.
So that's what I'm thinking. And then also one thing I'm thinking is I operate really well when I have a series and it's like a short Yeah, like mentally it just helps me with my creative process. So like, oops, I said something that triggered my Siri, um, and now she's trying to talk to me. Um, but one thing I was thinking about like is having these like little sprints almost where it's like for the next 2 weeks I'm guiding you through this and like maybe there's an offer that goes with it, but it's not like— it could also just be, for example, like when I, um, like redoing my closet, like it could be a 2-week series that's like talking about finding your style and I teach people something in like a short sprint.
Would you teach it for free or sell this?
It would just be for free. So like I would have 365.
So this is part of your content? Yeah.
So like what I'm thinking is like maybe in 2026 I have like the whole 365 Her is like going for the whole year. But because I was getting kind of fatigued on talking about it constantly, if throughout the year, for example, like if because 365Her is this bigger, broader thing, there's different like domains of life in like the life audit thing that I could speak to each of those in basically little like mini series that—
I like it—
the whole thing. So for example, if the whole question of 365Her is going to be like, what would the future version of you do, then like maybe there's a series that's like, how would the most confident version of you dress? Like, and then it's like me wearing like old bratty clothes, and it's like, no, That's not what you would do. Like, here's— and then I'm giving actionable tips of like, here are some ways that I've elevated my own style on a really like practical level. Like, like, like, and it's like a mini series.
So it's like, I love this, but I want you to feel more aligned with the end product is the only thing.
Well, so that's my thing. And I took your advice before about you had said like, then just you were like, take the product out of it because I was trying to like work backwards and I don't—
you're trying to force the product. Product.
Yeah.
And I think it's limiting, like, my creative process. Like, I like creating content and I want to have fun with it, and it was taking the fun.
And since you're not in a financial crunch, maybe we just don't even have a product right this minute. Yeah. Okay.
And to be honest, like, I think if I talk about 365Her, I think I'm gonna push them to my podcast because that's, like, a big thing right now. People—
and then maybe you launch a product when it actually feels aligned to launch the product.
Yeah.
And one thing I'm wondering, and then thought about doing is— so, um, I think I want to start the year with— well, like, sorry, I have like— I thought I didn't have a lot, but now that I'm speaking, I'm right. I had to say, um, I kind of want to start the year with maybe like a 7-day boot camp of sorts and make it like so inexpensive that like you would be so dumb not to sign up. Like, it's a 7-day like boot camp or something and we meet for like 1 hour every day or something.
And I just had a start date and an end date. Yes.
Yeah.
Like, it's not evergreen. Okay. Yeah.
Like, it would be like one little 7-day, like, live thing. This is a very, like, new idea, but I think a lot of people could use some help. Like, like you were saying about the audit thing earlier with My Life Audit, it just gives the idea that you're gonna have to sit there and, like, think so hard about your life and Then what are you going to do?
So actually, it's like the 7-day, like, revamp your life boot camp or something along those lines.
Like, make 2026 your bitch.
All right.
I think you need to sell this thing around Black Friday. Really? When? Not that.
Well, it wouldn't start. I think it would probably start like January 2nd or 3rd. I have to look at that.
I would start selling it. Black Friday.
Really?
Oh my God.
Why not? I don't know.
That scares me.
You have a whole month. What are you gonna do till then?
Well, I think it's because it's like a fresh idea in my head and I don't quite know everything that would go into it.
Well, here's the thing. You have— it's November 3rd. Yes. Take the next 10 days to think about it.
Okay.
Because I just think— okay, if you're—
how—
what, um, price tag are we thinking?
You might hate me, but I'm thinking like $7.
Okay, I don't hate you, but I also think at $7 we need 10,000 people to join. Yeah. So that's why I want you to sell it now, because I want you to— and here's the thing, I know someone else on the call. I don't want more than a 1-week sales window. Um, that's true, but you're not selling anything else actively right now, so I don't care if it's a 30-day sales window. Like, let's just push everything to the 7-day boot camp. And 30 days, you just sell the boot camp at $7, and it's like $7 to 7 days to change your life. Um, and you just— we need to get everybody into this thing.
Okay, that's kind of what I'm thinking, is like try to create the content that I know is like high, like is high volume, and push to that, and then have some something with email that I can do in the back end. Um, okay, I'll think more about what I want to go into that. I'm almost thinking maybe a condensed version of what I did in my like the cohort program earlier this year. And also I have been playing around with— so I think you probably know from my content, but like psychology is like a personal interest of mine and like neuroscience. And so I kind of was like maybe debating leaning into the vibe of like the science of building your dream life because everyone and their mother now has their Instagram bio as building a life I love. And that's like my podcast. And everybody now, it's like everyone's just saying that. And so I'm like, great. Now I look—
I mean, I love anytime someone brings a science into it, like the science of scripting, the science of that. Like, I love it because I feel like it's— you're gonna get elevated content. It's not gonna be anybody else's.
And so I'm like, it kind of marries like the things I enjoy. I still have to play around with it, but I'm like, it was more like rewiring your brain to have the life that you Yeah, like, well, and even like in content, if I'm talking about budgeting, it's like you can sit there and say, I know that I should budget, but like, why are you actually not? Like, have your friction points around it? Like, do you actually have an identity of someone who is good with money, or are you constantly telling yourself that you're bad with money? And like, what—
instead of just like getting a budgeting tool, it's let's rewire your brain so it— you, you become someone that does this regularly, right? And so it's actually like, because again, okay, I feel like you do the 7-day boot camp and then this is the upsell, actually.
Okay.
Like, you can still talk about it in the 7-day boot camp, but the truth is, are you really going to rewire their brain in 7 days? No, I think that's your upsell, which is like a 30-day or something program that gets into like the neurology of it all.
Okay. Yeah, because I'm not obviously like I don't have a degree in it or anything. It's just like a personal interest. So I'm even just thinking too, in like my own content being like, like I just think there's so many like productivity tools and habit trackers and calendars and all this crap out there that it's like you can sit there and buy all these things.
Yeah, and if you're not using it, here's why, right?
And like, exactly, like, here's why. Um, also I think next year I want to maybe do like some sort of mini boot— I came up with the idea of Build a Baddie Boot Camp. And it's like, if you like— like, it just sounds so like funny, but it's like, it's so cute.
What does—
what is like the basically like the baddest version of you look like? Like that energy that you want to have, like when someone's like, wow, she's just like her energy is just amazing. Like, what does that actually look like? Um, but also too, and like, how do you actually get there? Um, but one thing too that I would love your thought on is, um, I want to— so I have my habit tracker as a freebie, and again, I'm like literally not promoting it. I'm doing nothing with it. People are still getting it. Um, like, they just go in my Stan store and find it, so something is happening there. Um, But I also have been playing around with Claude artifacts. Like, you can build— oh, I just love Claude. Yeah, but I just like, I don't know, I've been really enjoying like the techie, like behind the scenes kind of stuff, and like, I don't know, reading the code and whatever. Um, and I have been like trying to like kind of engineer this little quiz thing that almost— not quiz, but like it kind of— what it built— I'm trying to get it to build you tell it, like, you answer some questions about, like, what your life looks like now and what you want your life to look like, and it basically creates a curriculum for you. And everything that it suggests, it is— I'm requiring it to pull, like, actual, like, scientific research. So, like, if it's saying you should do this, it's like, here's— you should do this, and here's, like, an article—
what it's based on.
Yeah.
Um, and I'm wondering if that would be— I was just playing around with it, like, for funsies, but I'm curious if I could build something that would be a really good freebie that's, like, interactive in that way.
I mean, you can. I don't know about Claude. I think you would have like, there's multiple places to use, but ChatGPT is easier to put behind a paywall. And by paywall means they have to sign up to have access to it versus Claude. I don't know how that works. I've always just used Claude for me. Okay. But I know ChatGPT does let you build so that you could actually put it behind the paywall. Like they have to sign up for something to get access to it. And ChatGPT can build the same stuff up. I like Claude personally, but if you wanted to do a tool for clients, it I think GPT is easier to do that. Okay, put it behind a paywall so they can access this, access it on theirs. That's probably the route that I would go.
Okay. I've also thought about even setting up like— and this probably sounds like ambitious and kind of crazy, but I was like, what if I set up something that was like some sort of text-based thing that like sends you a text every day and like asks, checks in on whether you did your—
careful because the pricing on that is insane. Yeah, that's the only thing. Texting right now works, but it's expensive.
Yeah, I'm just trying to find like something that's different that like engages people and also engages me and like isn't just leaving me to be like burned out by it. But I'll think more on like what I want.
The—
there's a lot of new AI tools coming out and stuff too that I would look at, but that's my only thing with texting I don't love is the price tag is really high. Lo, do you want to jump in real quick? Sorry, I was like totally just listening in. It's okay. Great conversation. Grace, if I jump in with Lo before we hop off though?
Okay.
I really don't have much. I'm still— I'm doing my clarity calls. I had 6 scheduled for last week, 3 showed up. That's like my biggest thing. I have like people not showing up still. Is that normal? Like a 50% thing? Yes and no. We don't want to just accept it though. So after they don't show up, what happens?
Happens?
So nothing yet. I wanted to ask you. That's okay. So when they first book the appointment, what happens? Are you sending reminders, all that kind of stuff?
Yeah.
So it's just through Stan. So they're still— they're getting like the automated stuff, but I'm not like DMing them or anything.
Okay.
So here's what I would do. As soon as they book the appointment, I actually think it's a psychology thing. If you do this, you're gonna see a huge difference. So let's say you book with me. I'm gonna come over to your Instagram. Me like, Lo, I am so excited for our clarity call. Okay, here's the deal. I know you would never do this, but there have been a couple of people who don't show up and it just is, you know, I just know you're not going to do this, but I just have to put it out there because I'm blocking my calendar. I make sure I'm home just for you. I make sure I'm not at the beach. I make sure I'm not playing with my dog. So please make sure you show up to the call. If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least a few hours. I can open the call up for someone else. XYZ, unless it's like a dire emergency and you have to reschedule last minute, just come over to Instagram and send me a message. I mean, I know you would never do this, but I'm just putting it out there. Okay. That's, that's going to make a huge difference. And I already know that also because I— people are like, oh my God, I would never.
Yeah.
Okay.
I love that.
And everyone who is booking clarity call, I am having a conversation with them before, like a really short one just to like— yes, perfect. So it'll be really natural for me to just like send a message. Perfect. Yes, it is so crazy. But whenever you call a behavior out, people self-identify as the opposite of the behavior.
Okay.
Bad behavior. If you call out a good behavior, people will self-identify as the good behavior. It's just wild.
Yeah.
You'll see a massive difference. Okay, cool. That was really the only thing that I had. Besides that, I'm just like kind of trudging along with my, my offers and everything.
I'm posting everything. So that was really the only thing.
So thank you so much. So keep me posted. I want to hear.
Okay, I will.
Thank you. Bye, Grace. All right, everybody, have a fabulous week.
Thank you too.
Bye, you guys.
