Clients on Repeat LIVE Webinar

The webinar covers hyper-specific messaging, the TOFU-MOFU-BOFU content framework, and how AI tools and paid ads fit in once fundamentals are solid.

At the very last screen, I'll share what this is. All right, let's keep going. So I like to start with this because I want you guys to know what I'm talking about. Uh, the health and fitness wellness space is my thing. This is where I personally started, and this is what I coach clients on. These are just some of my clients in the last few few, like I would say, weeks that have sent these in. Uh, $28,000 cash collected, um, selling out 10 spots in her personal program, $20K a month in her first month working with me, plus more applications coming in. This is all recent wins that are coming from our world. So I want you to really look at what I'm going to show you and trust that it works if you follow it. Who the heck am I? What I don't want you to assume is this: I'm a business coach who wants to sell the health and fitness because it's an easy group to sell to. I actually was a health and fitness coach for a long time, so I'll kind of take my story back. My name is Zee, short for Zayna, and years ago I was in corporate America. I went the college route, got my MBA. I was in corporate building teams, and I realized that one big part of my life that was really missing was fitness and health. I had a passion for health and fitness, but it wasn't part of my everyday job. And so I decided to get certified in different online programs. I got certified in multiple programs and I started teaching classes. I would work my corporate job and then I would go to the studio and work outside of that and teach fitness classes in real life. If you've ever taught fitness classes— has anyone here ever taught live classes? They don't pay very well. You have to do it for fun. I was not making a ton of money, but I enjoyed it. And then I decided to look into the online side of business. I did some network marketing and then I also did my own health coaching, one-on-one coaching. And so my first offers were actually just one-on-one working with me directly. Then my husband and I did something kind of crazy and we bought a fitness studio. Do we have anyone here that's ever owned a brick-and-mortar fitness studio? I would love to hear from you in the comments. Way worse than my corporate job in the sense of now I'm going in at 5 AM teaching classes, training. I was also doing personal training. I had quit my corporate job by then, and I'm barely out of there by 8 PM having to lock up the studio. It was brutal, and we wanted to start a family. So that's when I leaned in very heavy into the online side of my business, and we actually ended up selling our portion of the fitness studio a year and a half in. It was not the right move to carry us on, but the online portion was, and that's when I went all in with my online business. And slowly without planning it, I moved into the business side of things. I had folks coming up to me asking for help, and so I decided to open up a Facebook group. My very first Facebook group was me coaching wellness coaches. Some of you I think might have been in that first group, and I literally would show up every Wednesday for free and give business coaching advice. At the time it was how to build on Facebook, and it wasn't long after that I realized, okay, this is cool, but I think I could actually create a course so I could help more people. And one thing led to the other. And today I coach business strategy, coaching, scaling, specifically to health, fitness, and wellness coaches that have their own offer. So either one-on-one, group coaching, anything in that realm. Okay, let's talk about the industry, industry updates for 2026. AI coaching is going to show up in a very different way, and I'm totally calling this because I see where everything is headed. I don't want this to scare you guys. It's actually completely fine if you know how to stand out. But I am predicting that AI coaching, she will have a name. She will be a coach. Let's call her Susie, and she will have a name, and she will check in with clients, and she'll provide meal plans, and she'll provide mental support, and she will provide motivation, and she will have a look. She will not look like ChatGPT. She will look like a person. She will be an AI bot that tries to do what you do. Don't panic, 'cause it's not a bad thing if you understand what's happening and you change your business model. And I wouldn't even say change, but you understand how to tweak your business model with what's happening in the world. I would say that 20 years ago when people heard about social media, they probably panicked, right? It was like, wait a minute, what's gonna happen? Yes, the industry changed. And if you were sitting there years ago, think about Blockbuster and Netflix, when Blockbuster said, no, there's no, there's no way that people are not going to want to come in and rent DVDs. And they passed on the opportunity to partner with Netflix. And we all know where Netflix is today. So I would say this is not a panic, you know, moment for anyone, but you need to be aware of where the industry is changing. And I'm going to talk exactly today to how you can stand out and actually do even better in your business with the model that's changing. GLP-1s are mainstream. This is not an opinion session on what you think about GLP-1s, but you have to understand that GLP-1s are mainstream and it affects the health and wellness industry. Money is being spent here. So if you are under the health and wellness umbrella and money is being spent and you don't recognize that weight loss is desired and that clients are going to need support in these 3 areas, there are clients that will not want to do GLP-1s and they're going to need support instead of. There are clients that are going to want support while they're on GLP-1s in the sense of like maybe making sure muscle mass is not decreased. So they need help with what to eat or what workouts to do. And then clients that are coming off of GLP-1s and need support after. If you are choosing to ignore something as big as what's happening in the industry because it is mainstream, you are going to be ignored. I truly believe that. And this is not— like I said, it's not an opinion session. This is just fact. And so understanding how to provide support to one of those areas, right? People who don't want to, people who are, and people who are outside of using GLP-1s, they're all done with it, right? Or moving, moving off of them. Next, social media. Comment below. Genuinely, I just, I want to know from you guys. Comment below me if you have noticed social media just in the last 3 months has shifted. Not the whole year. I just want to know who here has noticed just in the last 3 months there has been a shift? Comment me. Like literally 3 months, right? Yes. Yeah, it's, it's that fast. It's like right now. And there has been an algorithm change, but there's been algorithm changes for months, for years. Right. But it's been different the last 3 months. And so it's changing faster than we can keep up. But that's okay. Account size matters less than ever. It's okay. We're gonna talk about it, but you have to be aware that there's a change in the industry and we're gonna talk about all of these and how you can stand out in your business. Okay? When I work with clients in this, in this niche, these are the different things that we focus on. And you might look at this and go, oh my God, what is this? But I wanna show you how systematic your business is. And a lot of times what I see with coaches that are struggling to hit that first $10K, or scale from $10K to $20K and on. You are focused here when really you should be focused here. The very first thing that I look at with my clients is lead gen. Are you getting leads? Are you getting leads? Ask yourself right now, am I getting leads? If you're not getting leads but you're over here working on your sales page, then you're spending your time on the wrong activity. And that's a big reason why you're not seeing that income jump. If you're not getting leads, then you have to focus on lead gen. The reason you're probably not focusing on lead gen is because you don't know how to actually focus on lead gen and make it effective. And that's okay, because I would assume everybody on this call is not a professional when it comes to creating leads. You are a professional and you're amazing at getting results for your clients. But just be aware that if you're over here creating a sales page and you're working on having this beautiful website or all these other things here, or getting another certification, but you don't have leads, you're not gonna see your income jump up. So that's the first thing that we look at. Next is your content. Content can be a part of lead gen, but I look at content separately because even if you have all the leads in the world, you still need to look at your content because your content is going to drive trust before anyone even thinks about signing with you. So content is another bucket that we look at. The next one is the sales process. You would be surprised. Or maybe you're one of these people that has plenty of leads, but you're not closing them. And that's going to be a sales process issue. And that's what we look at. The other thing is, if you're someone— comment in the chat, I want to hear from you guys. Do you feel like you get a lot of price objections? Do you feel like you get— just say me if you get price objections. No. Me. Okay. Some of you, yes. Okay, um, price objections, meaning you get people who want to work with you, but then when they hear the price, they say they can't afford it. If you're getting price objections, most of the time what is happening is it's a content and sales process. Okay, I see this is where the gap is. It's not actually a price issue that's coming up. The fourth thing that we look at is your offer suite. So in a perfect world, you've got leads coming in, right? Your content is building trust. It brings the lead in, or the lead comes in from somewhere else, and then the content helps solidify. They go through your sales process and everything is smooth. If there's a gap in the offer suite, here's what happens. You end up signing people and they're done in your program in 30 days, and then they continue off, and now you have to keep getting more and more leads. Or your offer suite is not evergreen, meaning you're opening your doors and then you're closing, you're opening your doors and you're closing. And unless you have hundreds of leads coming in, this is exhausting. So then the last thing we look at is your offer suite. All right. The last one, which is a different color, is your growth. So growing your business with leverage. I don't usually talk to a client about this, this bucket here until you're at around $20K, $25K or higher. And that's where we can look at installing support in the form of other human beings. So leveraging with either a co-coach, a setter, a closer, a VA, online business manager, these areas. So we don't really get into this and I'm not gonna talk about it today. If your business is already at that point, feel free to send me a message on Instagram and we can chat. But really what we're gonna focus on for you are these other 4 areas and This is where you should be spending your time if you're not at 10 to 20K consistently every single month. Okay, let's get into it. Views matter even less. Okay, your views are not going to matter as much as they used to. That doesn't mean nobody needs to see your content, but what's going to happen is you're not going to find yourself in this predicament, which is what was happening for a long time, is if you don't get the views, Instagram immediately thinks you're not important. So all of a sudden you're in this cycle. It's like, I'm not getting views, therefore I'm not getting views and I'm not getting views. And you just can't get outta that trap, right? Views are gonna matter even less. We're seeing it time and time again. Saves matter, shares matter, but the views themselves will not drive the algorithm. Now, engagement's not gonna matter as much either. People are actually engaging less, and you guys have probably seen this. Engagement is not as high as it used to be, and I believe it's going to dwindle even more, meaning people that comment. Okay, now there is something more important than views and engagement. I'm going to talk about it in a few slides, but right now there's really two ways to get the right eyes on you. Just two. There's paid ads and then there's consistent quality organic content. Now, this is so important, you guys. I did not say posting on social media because it's not just about posting anymore. If you are not posting consistently with quality, It's not gonna work. In fact, has anyone read the book 10X Is Better Than 2X? If you haven't, it's a great book, but it really, really right now in the social media space is everything. And here's why. The 2X is just not working. If you're posting but it's inconsistent, it almost feels like I might as well be doing nothing. Now, I want to preface this by saying there are always outliers. You'll see coaches that are like, I only post once every 5 days and I'm crushing it. That is fine. And that's an outlier. But if that's not working for you, then don't base your business off an outlier. Base your business off of a proven method. And right now, posting consistently and quality is what's working. That's it. 10x is better or greater than 2x. It's consistent and quality. I'll have folks say, what's better, posting more or posting quality? That is the wrong question. It is the wrong question. It is not an or statement. You need to post quality content consistently, and that is no less than one time a day, no less. It is not— if it's not working for you now, I do have some clients that are outliers, but if you want to pivot your business, business from $1K, $2K, $3K, $4K to $10K, $20K, you want consistent quality content. Now, this doesn't have to be so hard. All right, we're going to get into it. The other option is paid ads. However, with paid ads, I don't recommend you do paid ads until you've nailed those 4 areas. We know your sales process works, you're already getting organic leads, your offer suite is optimized. Then if you want to throw some fuel on the fire, by all means, let's do it., but I don't recommend you start with paid ads. So consistent quality organic content is the way we're gonna go. How many times are you posting per day or per week? I want you guys to comment. There is zero judgment on this call. Some of my greatest client stories started without doing this. So zero judgment. I'm just curious where you guys are at. 7 to 10 times a week, 1 to 2 times a day, every day, baby. Usually 5, 5 to 10. Okay, you guys are not newbies to social media. Alright, these are posts on your feed. 5 days a week, about 8 times per week. Alright. Now we wanna talk about the quality, right? Are we posting with intention? Do we understand the kind of posting that works, or is it kind of feeling random? I'm just kind of posting every day, whatever I feel like. So I'm— I've taught this in prior programs, so some of you might know it. However, to be honest, it's so good I'm not gonna change it. I love this style of posting and I feel like it is the absolute most effective and it works. So this is the tofu mofu bofu style of posting. The top tofu stands for top of funnel, mofu middle of funnel, and bofu is bottom funnel. Okay, this right here, 5% of your audience is ready to buy now. I did not make this up. This is an economics term or economics belief that has been around forever, and it is known that 5% of your audience is ready to buy today. Now here's what's really important. Doesn't mean that they're going to buy from you today. They're ready to buy. It doesn't mean they're going to, and it doesn't mean it's going to happen from you. So think about when people first find out they have a problem in the very, very beginning when it first enters their head, they're like, man, something is going on in my body. I've felt good my whole life. And then all of a sudden, the last 6 months, I don't feel good. I don't feel like me. All of a sudden they're aware that there's a problem. Do you think they are ready that same day to fix the problem? Not if it's not that serious. If you wake up and it's like, oh my gosh, take me to the hospital, something's going on. Yeah, you're going to get that fixed today. But that's not where most people start who are your ideal clients. They're waking up one day thinking something's off, something's off, something's off. They are very problem aware in their brain. They're feeling sluggish, bloated, whatever it is, right? So they're very problem aware, but they haven't pulled their credit card out yet. They also are desired outcome aware. They know what they want to feel like, but they're not feeling it. So this is top of funnel. Top of funnel is where you want to bring people into your world. And how do they find you? They find you when you end up on the explore page. They find you because you pitch a freebie. They find you sometimes from an ad, which we're not going to talk about yet, but that is another way. They find you if you have a podcast. So they, they find you somehow because of problem-aware language. So every single day you wake up and you're like, I'm just not feeling good. I'm not feeling good. And then I go to my Instagram. I've probably already Googled the problem. So your phone knows. And guess what? It's feeding me your content. And I go to my page and I see a freebie, a freebie that says, you know, 25 things that you need to do after the age of 40 so you don't deplete your energy. I'm like, oh wait, maybe I need this. Like, I've just turned 40, I feel super depleted, maybe this is for me. So then I go to your page and I put my name on the list. Maybe I follow you, right? I look at your other content and I'm like, oh, this is interesting, this is totally me. And I download the freebie. This is top of funnel, top of funnel content. Freebies is a great example. Doesn't have to be a freebie, but it is a great example. Okay, now as I go to your page, all of a sudden now I see other posts that are MOFU. MOFU posts are trust building. I language stories. This is important. I want you guys to comment. There's really two types of coaches in the wellness industry, wellness, health, fitness. There is a, I have my own personal experience, my lived experience. Like I went through something and now I coach people on it. Then there's the, well, I guess there's 3 buckets. This next bucket is I am educated. Like I'm a registered dietitian that specializes in XYZ clients. Um, you may not have that story, but you have high degrees and specializations. Then the 3rd bucket is both. So curious, how many of you are self-experienced. Doesn't mean you're not qualified, it's just you have your own story. Type in story. You have your own story. And then there's both. Middle bucket would be like educated. And then, okay, a lot of both. Amazing. Okay, so in this MOFU is where you're going to either tell your story, or you're going to tell client testimonial stories, or you're going to do authority building because you are experienced and educated and you have that background. So this is the piece where you build that trust. I'm gonna show you guys examples. The bottom is where you're straight up gonna talk about your program. You're like, this is what you're struggling with. You need to join this. Okay? Now here's the thing that I find happening all the time in this industry. People are either up here or only over here. You're living in one of these areas. You're either doing tons of nurturing and education, but you're never actually selling your program. Or you're constantly selling, selling, selling, but you're not nurturing new leads. If you rely heavily on one of these, here's what it looks like. If you're constantly bringing people into your world and not selling your program and you're not really in your stories, because a lot of this bottom funnel happens in stories, then you, you are literally a billboard for your competitor. Because what happens is they come in here, they like your stuff, Instagram is like, oh, they like this content. Let me put more people just like this in front of them. Then that other person closes the deal for you. So if you're not strong in your stories, you're bringing people up here, but you're not funneling them through here. Let's dive in a little bit more. This is my amazing client, Melissa. When she first started with me over a year ago, she was not at her goal. But what she did have was a pretty strong social media. It was a lot of tofu, tons of tofu content.. So guess what? Tons of people were coming to her, but they were not converting. They were probably converting with somebody else. So her content was doing a really good job of lead gen. Then when we started working together, I wanna show you guys the difference in these posts. So this top one, we started doing more of these bottom funnel. This is a mid and bottom funnel post here on the right-hand side. This middle one is POV, you've been eating more protein, but you haven't lost a single pound. And that's very top funnel. You're like, oh my gosh, that's literally me. I keep eating protein. Everybody says to eat protein, but I don't look any different. So it brings me into her world. This one right here is what converts. The photo is your— that's a story right there. That photo tells a story. And then what does she say here? It can be fixed with my macro method. Not just any macro method. Her macro method. And she's pitching an actual program. So very bottom funnel. Okay, if you're only doing these left-hand side posts, you're probably going to have a lot of people that like and comment or even save, but they're not going to actually convert into turning into clients. And if you're only doing client bofu posts, here's the thing: if you're only doing the bofu, you probably are making some money, but you're always feeling like you just don't have a whole lot. You're like, if I could just get more appointments, I could totally sell them. So you need to do more lead gen work, which is top of funnel work. Okay, now you could be doing tofu, mofu, bofu all day long, but this is really getting pretty serious in 2026. How do you actually speak to the person so you stand out? Because that's how you convert 5%. You have to stand out. If there's 5% that's ready, why will they choose you over the other coach who sounds very similar? And standing out is going to be absolutely the name of the game. Standing out is everything in 2026. General messaging versus hyper-specific. When I am scrolling social media for market research, you guys, I see so much general messaging. And none of it stands out. Here's how you turn it into hyper-specific. Take that second one, or the third one, sorry. Your hormones are out of balance. Guess what? In 2015, that would have been fine. That would have actually rocked it. And I used to have posts that were probably pretty similar to that back then. You could post that and you're getting like comment after comment. Everybody wants to work with you. It's not gonna fly anymore. It's not gonna work. Everybody's already said it. Instead, what if you say you're 39, you're still experiencing teen acne, you just woke up on day one of vacay and a massive pimple showed up again on your chin. Now that is like, holy cow, how did she know? It does not even matter if I'm not on day one of vacay. The person who reads this is like, I can't believe this. She literally knows exactly what I'm going through. It is so hyper-specific. Does anyone here like to listen to comedy comedians or go to comedy shows? Have you ever noticed how they like, they call something out and you're like, oh my God, were you watching me? Because they're so hyper-specific, you can't believe it. You're like, I don't understand. But you know what's wild about hyper-specific content? Everybody else in that room feels the same way. It actually is the most effective in calling in more leads, even though we're trying to just focus on one person. It is so effective. Okay. All right. Don't feel bad if I'm calling you guys out because I'm not. My clients always think I'm calling. Did you write that for me? No, I just see what's happening in industry. If you said you're done with excuses, that's okay. I'm just going to call it out, though. I've seen that maybe not 10 times, maybe 100 times recently. How can we make it more effective? Stop saying you're done with excuses because guess what? We're all done with the excuses. I want you to call out the excuses. Call her out on the excuses. We get it. It's 25 degrees wherever you live and it's really cold. You're done. You're going to put on the workout clothes and you're going to do the workout regardless because you're done with the excuses. And she's like, oh my God, I feel so called out. I feel so called out because you knew that I'm avoiding working out because it's 25 degrees outside. You got to call her out, you guys, because just saying you're done with excuses sounds like everybody else. So general versus hyper-specific messaging is everything right now. Do you guys all see the difference? I want you to type in yes if you are done with being general. Let everyone else be general. But if you're on this call with me today, I want to hear it from you. You're done with being general. Hyper-specific messaging. I love it. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay. Next, you need to be hyper-specific in who you are as a coach. I know people are like, oh my gosh, niching down. I hate that word. Niching down does not just mean demographics, you guys. Okay, these are just some of the clients that I've worked with inside of my programs. And what I want to point out is they niche down in different things. It's sometimes just even their personality. Take Brittany over here, gymnastics PT. She's niched down. She's a physical therapist only working with gymnasts. Taylor, uh, dietitian only working with gymnasts. Maggie, this one is so cool, you guys. Look, it only works with women who are petite. Don't be scared to niche down. Don't be scared to niche down. Only petite. Can you believe how niche that is? But I love it and it works so well for her because there's— I really don't know people who are doing that. Maybe there's one or two other people. You will become a category of one when you niche down. Here's why it's so important. If you are trying to compete on price, you can't afford to do that, you guys. How low are you going to go? Because there's always someone that can go cheaper than you. How low? Down to nothing? You cannot afford to compete on price. You cannot afford to replace clients every 30 days. Okay, we're going to get into Offer Suite right now, but back to niching down for a quick moment. You've got to niche down either in your personality or who you call out or the region that you're gonna serve, something. And if you're working together, we work on this together, but you have to niche down. You'll become a category of one. And guess what? In a category of one, you don't need to compete on price. You don't need to compete on price anymore because that person has already self-identified that you are the right fit. I love it. Brittany popped in here who I shared gymnastics PT niching. Niche is everything. Speak to no one as a generalist. Speak to who you actually wanna work with in a niche. No one competes with me. And, and you know, sharing a little bit of Brittany's story, 'cause it's seriously one of my favorites. She was told not to niche down by experts. I will tell you, I don't believe in that. Throw that advice in the garbage. If you want to stand out in 2026, get in a lane and, and dominate. You guys, I wanna see you dominate that lane. Okay, let's talk about your offer suite. There's one-on-one coaching, there's group coaching, and then there's like probably low-ticket memberships, these types of offers, right? You cannot afford to replace clients every 30 days. So I don't know if any of you have that, but I want you guys to think about longer-term programs. This is not a money-making scheme. This is because clients get such better results when they stay with you longer. 30-day clients, how many, how many of your clients can truly change their life in 30 days? Let's be real, you guys. I don't do 30-day programs for a reason. Minimum is 12 weeks. Yes, that's exactly how it needs to be if you actually want to impact their life and pour into them. You— how many people here want to be salespeople? You don't want to be salespeople. So I don't want you having to sell every single day. I want you to call in the right client, pour into the right clients for longer periods of time. So your one-on-one coaching offer and your group coaching offer should not be less than 3 months. And if you're not there yet, we will work on expanding it for you. Okay. Two of these clients here, Bree and Melissa, who I shared earlier, this is exactly what we worked on with both of them. So we started with one-on-one coaching. I also want to mention, if you're not at $5K months consistently, one-on-one is a great place to start. So fill up your one-on-one offers first. There are some exceptions if your lifestyle doesn't allow you to offer one-on-one, but for the most, most part, if you're not at $5K and you do have the time to do one-on-one, One-on-one does not mean calls every week, by the way. I'll show you how you can create a beautiful one-on-one package that does not put you on Zoom calls every day, but you should start with one-on-one. And then from there, we can scale into offering group coaching. Okay. And here is the process that I love. Number one, you start with a one-on-one offer. Your paid in full should be no less than $1,000. So if it's 3 months, it should not be less than $1,000. It could be a lot higher, but you need to be at that point if you're going to actually create a business that makes money. If it's less than that, it's going to be really hard to hit your goals. Okay, you hit the $5K MRR with your one-on-one, at that point if you're like, hey, life is good, I want to just keep going, I have clients that are at $15K, even $20K MRR off of just one-on-one. However, the $5K mark is where we could start talking and saying, hey, should we launch a group offer? Because that group offer is what's going to bump you up to that next level, which is scaling to $20K+ per month. Okay. And then from there we make sure the group is evergreen. Evergreen simply means MRR is monthly recurring revenue, monthly recurring revenue. So instead of having to start every month on zero, you already have revenue built in for the next 4 or 5, 6 months. Okay. And evergreen simply means that people can join in any time of the year. Launch style is not effective unless you have a crazy number of leads, and even then it might not be my favorite. It depends on your business. I would say 99% of clients I work with were doing an evergreen where people can jump in with you at any point. Now you could do like a monthly onboarding if you want, okay? But we wanna make sure that as we're scaling to that next level, we have an evergreen program, okay? And you start increasing contract length. Both of these clients are great examples of clients who really took the time to work with me for, with the foundations of their offer. So we took it step by step. Let's fill up all the one-on-one spots, start offering group, bump up to an evergreen, bump up to longer contract. And it was so intentional the whole time. And I will say it is hard to be intentional when you have these big goals cuz you're like, I just wanna jump over here. But one thing you'll know when you work with me is we are going to pace you to the next step. Okay. All right. So 2026, the game comes down to this. DM combos, you guys, you need to be not cold. I will never teach cold. If you're a client of mine, comment in the chat and back me up. Have I ever told you guys to send out a cold DM? We don't do cold, but we— no cold DMs. You will never hear it from me. But we do want DM combos, you guys. We want people— yes, you teach our, the clients to come to us, we want them to come to us, and there is an art to getting the right people in your DMs. If you're doing a freebie, you can simply attach another questionnaire that says, do you have a weight loss goal for 2026, or are you just here for inspo, or are you interested in coaching? It can be as soft as you need it to be, but you have to have something in there that starts a DM combo. Low ticket funnel, same thing. A new follower, you can play around this. ManyChat just rolled this out. It can send a DM for you. Also, you can send a DM to a new follower like, hey, I used to do voice memos because they were really personal and it was like, hey, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Zee Slingsby. Great to have you here. I'm not even pitching anything, but I love DM convos and they are so much more important today than they were even a year ago. And then the next one, I just want to remind you guys, stay for the gift at the end. But the next one is stories. So just something as simple as this, you guys. I posted this yesterday. I'm hearing so many coaches tell me they're excited about their business 2026. Their business in 2026 is what it should have said, but have done zero work planning for next year. No judgment. Where do you fall? Have you planned for next year? And then I just kind of reached out and I was just starting a convo. I was not pitching a sale. I'm not pitching a sale. I'm not pitching a, oh my gosh, you're winging it. Can I create a plan for you? It's just starting the conversation, getting people into the DMs. Okay, so we want people in your DMs, but we don't want to do it— Lisa, you're so cute— I love chatting in the DMs without having the intention to control the conversation and sell something. It will naturally lead to a sale when you do this effectively and over and over. All right, this is how we do it. These are just a couple of the examples I shared, but I I've got plenty of clients on this call too who will tell you this is what works right now. Whoops, hold on. All right, it's the right messaging and posting consistently, you guys. It cannot be posting inconsistently, and it actually has to have intention right now. I started online in 2015. I was told to post 3 times a day, and I posted 75% crap, but it worked because there weren't a lot of people, right? And then a couple years later, I remember I started like actually learning how to post, and I was like, oh, there's like an art, and the first time I've heard curiosity marketing. And then 2 years later and then 2 years— and I was there the day Instagram announced stories for the first time, you guys. And I know some of you have been around that long too. And you have to kind of have more intention. And I will say today, yes, you have to have intention whether or not you use AI. It doesn't really matter. It's because everybody else around you is using it. Okay. So if you're not posting with intention, you are not going to stand out. So it's posting with intention. To bring in the right leads on repeat into your business. Driving conversations from freebies, stories, new followers. Driving conversations is an art that I will teach you. It's an art to have a conversation where you're not pushy and icky, but the conversation moves forward in a beautiful way where the other person buys versus you having to sell. And then the third final piece is just scaling your offers. Right? You have to scale your offers. If you try to stay in one place for too long, and it doesn't mean for sure group. I have a client who is getting really close to max out in her one-on-one and she loves it. We're not gonna do a group. So we decided, hey, let's talk about low ticket. But you have to have a scale plan because when I work with you, I don't want you to constantly have to fill your offers. We want your one-on-one to get filled. We want your group to get filled. So what do we do in that next phase? What's that gonna look like for you? Okay, we are 3 weeks out from the end of the year, and I want you guys to think about Q1 of 2026. So barely, what, 3, 4 months away? Comment below, no judgment, where do you want your income to be by the end of Q1 in your coaching business? What is your goal? $10K, $10K MRR, $20K signed, $10K, $10K, consistent $10K, $10K a month, but is it realistic? So fair. $15K, $10K because I'm just starting. Yep. $30K to $35K. Woohoo! $30K to $40K. I love it. All right. Is it realistic to be— to have a goal without me looking at your business? I can't say, but I will tell you this. If you focus on the right area, distraction is actually the biggest thing that's going to hold you back from hitting your goals. So if you— if we go back to that flowchart that I shared, if you're over here and you should be over here, that's what's going to drag out this timeline for you guys. And I see it time and time again. We don't want to focus sometimes on what we need to focus on because we don't know how to make it work. So it's like, hey, I can create a beautiful sales page, I don't want to focus on lead gen because I don't know how to make the lead gen work. Then it's not going to be possible. If you can, A, focus on the area that is actually where you need to have your focus, and B, get— either figure out how to do it or get the support so you can make it effective and not get distracted. I've yet to see anyone not hit their goal, right? But that's really what it comes down to, is you're dialed into the part of your business that you need to focus on, and either you're figuring it out or you're finding someone to help you figure it out. Check the comments page. All right. So how do you make it happen? There's a couple of different ways you can do it on your own. So if you have the time to do it on your own, You're good at implementing and analyzing because sometimes when we implement something, it doesn't always work, right? We have to implement, analyze, and then try again. Maybe you just don't do well with a coach telling you what to do, and I totally respect that. Some folks are like, I don't want to be told what to do. If you're like, I'm going to figure this out, and if you've already had success and it's moving in the right direction, you're not feeling like you're stuck in any area, then just keep going. Done with you. You're someone that wants to collapse the time. You're like, okay, I don't want to take a whole nother year to end up where I'm at today. I want to like, I want to move forward. You like a plan. I will tell you guys, I am a very— I'm going to tell you what to do coach, and that's not everybody's style. So if you want to be given a plan, you want to be told what to do, and you want someone that's hands-on. If you like to be surrounded by other people— I like being in masterminds. I like being around other people. I get so many great ideas when I see what other people are doing. But also at the same time, sometimes it anchors me back into what I want. To do. I like being around other people. If you like roadmaps, you don't want to figure it out. I don't know about you, but when I was in my 20s and single and even early 30s when I built my first online business, I didn't have kids. I was like, I have all the time in the world to figure things out. I can spend 12 hours on a Tuesday figuring this out. Today I have to collapse time. I don't have any time for that. I'm not going to go do my own research. Like, just tell me what works and I'm going to execute. If you have a goal of adding $10K+ to your monthly income in 2026, I could show you guys the stories of clients that are hitting way bigger numbers, but that's not my style. I like foundational, I like realistic, and I truly believe every single person on this call can add $10K to their monthly income minimum in 2026. These are just some of the people that are inside of the programs.. And I want you guys to see what's actually truly possible. $20,000 in 3 days is definitely someone that's been putting a lot of work into the online space, but it is possible. These are numbers inside health and wellness. $20K months, again, $15,000 in a month. This is someone who her first month in Rich and LAX was at $3,000. So many incredible success stories. I honestly could not put them all on here. But this is what's happening in our world. And you guys have seen some of the clients in the chat sharing their wins and their love of the program. Here is what we do inside Rich and Relaxed in Foundations. If there is a higher level program called Elevate, but in Foundations I have women up to $40K, $50K months in here. But the first thing we do is we get you to $10K. If you're not there, then we look at the next goal and the next goal. It is all about incrementally moving you up. First 4 weeks, we are really focused on onboarding. We've got to look at what parts of your business are going to move the needle for you. First 3 months is new client onboarding calls that are outside of the regular calls. So you're getting extra attention and there are 5 coaching calls every single month, 3 of them with me and then 2 current clients. Don't know this yet. We've always had one call with Bri. Bri's adding another call. So my client Bri does extra bonus social media calls and she is jumping in starting January. She'll be doing 2 a month. Everybody loves Bri, so I know you guys are excited. And specific focus on the 4 pillars that are going to move your business. This is so important. The most incredible and engaged chat. This is our chat where folks drop in pictures of conversations. What's going on? What do you need help with? And you are immediately given a response and support within 24 hours. Most of the time, a lot faster. Okay, this is so exciting. I think my current clients kind of know this is happening, but we haven't even fully announced it yet.. But for those of you who are like, I wanna do this, I want 2026 to just be my best year yet, there is a bonus program that's launching out called the Lead Gen Content Lab. I am feeling so passionate about social media and what's happening in our world right now. And so on December 22nd, we're gonna have a kickoff call right before Christmas. It'll be recorded, but I just can't wait. I was like, I don't care, I'm just gonna do this. And then on January 5th, we're starting a 30-day content challenge. This is going to include prompts. This is gonna include a challenge where we're tracking all of your post to say, okay, what's working, what's not working. There's gonna be prizes. It is all in for those of you that want to really boost your social media presence. Now, if you already have a strong social media presence, there will be another track just focused on conversion. So you're someone that has a lot of leads, but you need the conversion. There will be a public ticket price of $1,000, but clients are included in here. And so this is a bonus offer for anyone that joins Rich and Relaxed. This is going to be massive to start your year out for anyone that's struggled either creating content, knowing what to post, and actually getting leads from your content. Okay, I wanna help you guys hit your next $10K monthly jump, whatever that is for you, whether it's 10, 20, 30, 40, and over and over, go from one to the next to the next. 'Cause I truly believe in our space right now, this is so possible. So I'm inviting you today to become a part of our Rich and Relax world. When you join, you're gonna get access to the lead gen kickoff call, which is December 22nd. It is recorded if that's a horrible day for you, totally get it. But you're not gonna want to miss at least the recording and be a part of the challenge 'cause the challenge starts on January 5th. You're also going to get some bonus time inside the program when you say yes today, because your first day on the books will not be until January, but we'll get your onboarding started now. So your onboarding will start in December, but your actual time on the books is not until January, so you are ready to go for the entire year. I will only take on 10 people in December. I actually had someone jump in this morning, so there's 9 spots. And I am very diehard when I say this, I don't say it and then back out. If the 10 spots are all taken, and I think Jill, my amazing business manager, is dropping in the link to book a strategy call. If all of the spots are taken, then you would get first dibs on January spots, but the bonuses will go away. Okay. So if you feel called to work together and what I shared today resonated with you and you're like, I wanna do this, I see where my business can go in 2026, then the next step is to book a strategy call. Okay? The link is, let me see if Jill is able to drop that in there for us. Yep. It says Zayna cuz she's under my name. Do I coach for corporate wellness lead gen? Yes, absolutely. Because you're— the messaging is similar. The backend offers would be a little bit different. Um, but— and I didn't even touch on this on the call. I don't know if you're on LinkedIn, but you guys, LinkedIn is huge right now. So if you're doing corporate wellness, I do have another client that does corporate wellness as well. Um, absolutely. A lot of the frontend messaging is going to be the same. The backend, when we get into offer suite, sometimes could look different because it's not the individual usually paying. But yeah, corporate wellness is actually— and any one of you guys could actually start offering corporate wellness is really cool. Okay, you do both. I know I'm so excited. I love when my own clients are excited. The lead gen lab is going to be so awesome. All right, so the link is there to book a strategy call. It's in the chat. If you don't get a chance to book or the timing doesn't work, just send me a DM on Instagram. Just go over to Instagram and send me a message and we can chat in there. Or if you feel like you want to chat about one of my other programs, send me a message on Instagram.
