In this celebratory speech, the speaker reflects on the six‑year journey of the educational organization LIX (referred to as LIKS). Founded in 2014, LIX’s mission is to turn children and young people into creators of their own dreams, providing a supportive space to transform those dreams into reality. The speaker thanks the families that have trusted LIX since its inception, the makers who empower and inspire the tinkers, the Wayaks who have partnered in the LIX high‑school program, and the Sherpas who help achieve the organization’s goals. Personal gratitude is also expressed to the speaker’s own family, friends, partners, and allies. The address frames these six years as the beginning of a century‑long commitment to transform education and generate positive change in Mexico and worldwide.

Hace 6 años decidí emprender con LIX y como su nombre lo dice, nuestro objetivo es hacer que niños y jóvenes se conviertan en creadores de sus sueños. Y nosotros somos ese espacio para ayudarlos a convertir esos sueños en una realidad. Lo único que me queda es darle las gracias a todas las familias que han formado parte de LIX y que han creído en nosotros desde que iniciamos en el 2014. A todos nuestros makers que nos han ayudado a empoderar e inspirar a nuestros tinkers. A nuestros Wayaks que se han atrevido a emprender con nosotros la prepa LIX. Y a nuestros Sherpas que nos ayudan a alcanzar nuestros objetivos en LIX. Y sin lugar a duda, quiero agradecerle a mi familia, amigos, a mis socios y a nuestros aliados que nos han apoyado para lograr lo que hemos hecho hoy en LIX. Estos son los primeros 6 años del primer siglo que estaremos trabajando para transformar y para generar cambios positivos a través de la educación en México y el mundo.
