So let me give you an example of the beautiful things that can happen when you have the ability to adapt and pivot. I'm in the middle of running the Complete Game Mastermind right now. It is going extremely well. The members are learning a ton. But it really hasn't gone the way I wanted it to originally. Why? Because this week I was supposed to be hosting a retreat here in Fort Collins as part of the Mastermind. It was going to be beautiful, but because of COVID and the Pandemic, we couldn't host it. So what did we do instead? We pivoted, we adapted. And yesterday we held a virtual mindset summit where I brought on six amazing speakers. Now, here's the thing. Because it's virtual, we were able to get access to speakers. No way in shape or form. We probably could have come to Fort Collins to speak, but because it was virtual, we were able to go upstream, get some amazing speakers. We had Ally Duncan, Christina Lacure, Erin Golub, Amy Ledeen, Anthony Trucks, Kareem Cade, they all hit it out of the park. And the members got an amazing experience on how to uplevel their mindset right now so they can go kick the fourth quarter's ass. Point is, if you are willing to be open minded, have no expectations right now, and you can adapt and pivot and keep this positive, beautiful things can happen. So that that's my advice to you today. Be open, have no expectations right now. Just go do move and have a positive mindset and I promise you beautiful stuff will happen.
