Looking back over your 10 year career, what are you most proud of? I'm proud of the work that we're doing today, genuinely. When I first started talking about self funding smaller groups, mid sized employers and bringing cost containment strategies to help them manage the cost of their health insurance, people laughed at me. I went to my friends that were in the business, had been in the business for a very long time, super successful people. By every measure, they were the most successful people in the industry and I said to them, this is what I want to do, I think we can make an impact. And they thought, that's going to be really hard to do. I don't think you should do that. The service teams that were part of that, they would mock me. Oh, there's Chris Hamilton, he's going to, he's going to fix healthcare. And you know what? It actually motivated me and our business today is built around it and I, we lead with that. That's what employers want. That's what my ideal client is. Somebody that's fed up with the cost of insurance and they're fed up with the cost that their employees have to pay for health care when they get it and they want to do something different.
