They say in the next five to 10 years, half of this industry is going to be retiring. So you better be able to be more efficient and work with a platform that is enabled or future proof to help your people eliminate those mundane tasks so they can be work more efficiently. And also they're going to have more fun in this industry because who, what young people are going to want to come into this industry that want to work with a legacy platform that has terrible ui and they're going to wonder, why do I have to do all this mundane stuff and re enter it here and enter it over there? They're not going to be too excited about joining the insurance industry and working for a firm that has, you know, has to have that kind of work.
