When cold calling, you have to have an elevator pitch that is especially the business to consumer B2C. And so your elevator pitch needs to be who you are, what you're calling about, your big bold statement like, why should someone spend their time with you? And then my biggest thing is specifically in the B2C cells, is always assuming that conversation. So making sure you're ending that elevator pitch with, hey, is your address still Still? Or hey, the cars we've got on file are this or hey, is your health insurance provider still? And so having that ability to continue that conversation go for that immediate yes. And then we bounce into the rapport building conversation.
