I still consider myself an infant when it comes to entrepreneurship, but the advice was, hey, if you're going to scale the business, you got to grow horizontally before you grow vertically, which is you got to go find people, you got to put in processes and delegate and find people who could take a lot of work off your plate, so you focus on scaling that business.
