Hey. Hey. Alright, let's talk about webinars today. Let's face it, in the insurance industry, most webinars we sit on today are boring, unemotional. There's no passion. And worst of yet, there's no call to action. How is a webinar like that going to lead prospects to want to do business with you in any way, shape or form? So today we're going to flip that, we're going to change it. Now, if, if you've been watching my coaching videos, you know, I talk about the five pillars of awareness all the time. Why do I talk about that? Well, because think about how you've been trained in the insurance industry for years to prospect. You have been trained to go out and get the prospects. What does that mean? Pick up the phone, smile and dial. Go knock on the doors. Go rub the shoulders. Well, guess what? 2021 ain't gonna be any different than 2020. You're not gonna have a chance to knock on the doors. You're not gonna have a chance to rub shoulders like you used to. So you gotta have a better online strategy. So to bring the prospects to you. And when you use the five pillars of awareness, that is exactly what happens. You bring prospects to you. Now, how can you use webinars effectively to grow your pipeline so you can do what you do best, which is close sales? Simple. You have to have a better strategy than you do today. It is not about putting a bunch of PowerPoint slides together, talking about whatever you think is relevant in today's world. And somehow magically, prospects are going to want to do business with you now. No, no, no, no. You have to have a strategy. Now imagine if on a monthly basis you could be running webinars, even the same webinar, over and over and over and over again. And it consistently draws prospects to your world so you can be working with your ideal clients. So let's dive into that strategy. The clients I work with, we go slide by slide into exactly what you need to be doing to running better webinars. But here's a very simple strategy.
When you kick off a webinar, you have to let people know why they're there. What brought you to this webinar today? Who are you? What is your goal? You also have to dive into their challenges. There's a reason they decided to jump on the webinar. There's a reason they wanted to learn more. They're probably struggling with some kind of problem. You need to focus on the current problems they're facing today. Then you have to establish the imagine if statement. Show them the destination. What could their future look like? They incorporate what you're about to teach them now. Share a little credibility. There's a reason you are the credible one to host this webinar. Tell them who you are, why you are credible to host this webinar and then let them know you're going to ask them to do something at the end. This is where we missed the point. If you're going to call them to action, schedule a discovery call. Take an assessment. You have to set it up. Don't surprise them at the end. That's the sales pitch people don't like. Let them know out of the gate once you've done all that. Now go into the teaching and here's the most important piece of advice I can give you over Deliver. Yes, share as much as you have to. He or she who brings the most value today will win every single time. Now, once you have dove into the teaching and you've walked them through that process, that's going to turn them from an unhappy prospect to a face client. Share a couple case studies, a couple testimonials of clients you already have that have taken this path and are winning. Show them that they can do this too. And once you've walked through the case, studies the destination, reconfirm their challenge, reconfirm the transformation they can make and then call them to action. Now, here's the challenge or here's the problem. Too many, too many insurance agencies out there have a weak call to action. Well, if you like what you heard, give us a call. We're here for you. They're not going to take that action. You have to make it strong. Schedule discovery call. That's why you need us today. Take this assessment so you can learn how you can overcome your challenges and achieve that destination. Folks, that is a game winning webinar. Let them know why they're here. Talk about their goals, talk about their challenges. Tell them why you are the credible one to host this webinar. Remember, let them know you're going to be offering something to them at the end. Teach, teach, teach. Go through the process, go through the plan. Share a couple of examples, how your clients have won. Restate why they're here, what their challenges are, and now show them the transformations that they're about to make if they take action and then call them to action. If you incorporate that into your webinars, I promise you, when you bring those 5, 10, 20, 30 prospects to the table to listen to you, that's going to be a way you are going to generate pipeline opportunities month after month after month. And even better yet, if you wanted to, you could run the same webinar every month. Or you can automate it. Yes, Record it, automate it, put it out on your website so prospects can come and download it. And then you build a massive email list that you get to bring value every single week, every single month. And again, you're going to be filling your pipeline month after month after month. And most importantly, when you wake up every morning, all of a sudden you're going to be having prospects come to you, and you won't have to sit there and stress about how you're going to go get them. This is why the five pillars of awareness are so important. And webinars are one of the most important pillars of those five. So leverage them today. Take the time to actually build a webinar that converts and that brings a ton of value to your prospects. And I promise you do that, you have that strategy. You are going to be one happy person because your pipeline is going to be filled and you're going to be writing a ton of business in 2021. So go make it happen.
