I'm going to try at least once a week to post a note of gratitude for somebody in the industry that's making a difference to improve the community, or for someone that has a unique value proposition. This week, I'd like to personally thank and acknowledge Mr. Andy Neary of Major League Mindset. Andy and I share similar beliefs for how we should positively impact our clients and the communities we serve. We also have similar experiences as competitive athletes. You see, Andy was once a major league pitcher. His story as inspiration was he uses his own life lessons to show how to turn your failures and help shape not only your future, but the future of others. You see, while Andy made it to the show, what he shares is that the difference between his success and failure wasn't about preparation and ability. It was about mindset. What he'll say is not having the right mindset is what caused an early departure from the majors. Not a lack of talent, not a lack of discipline. Andy's an inspiration to me because he openly shares how this failure has made him better now with how he helps others and how changing your own mindset can help you and your business.
Andy's a speaking coach and he teaches people how to properly pitch from the stage using his impact method. He's already helped me change my message and make it more relatable and more impactful. He's also challenging me right now to create this content that you are listening to. Whatever your industry, whatever you're trying to do, if you're trying to grow your business, he can help you with a plan for how to use your voice and your story to create impact and differentiate yourself from your peers. Andy, for all that you do, thank you.
