Short video/transcript (Andy Neary with Eric) recorded at a NextGen Mastermind event urging viewers to act on ideas and feedback rather than merely taking notes. They emphasize that attendees often watch/learn but fail to implement lessons from masterminds, seminars, and weekly 'Feast' episodes; the remedy promoted is to take action as frequently as one takes notes to achieve results.

Hello, LinkedIn community. Eric, Andy here. Two thirds of the Feast connection. Frank, we're sorry you're not with us. I'm going to teach you a lesson on taking action versus just taking notes. We're out here at the NextGen mastermind, and one of the most important things Eric and I can do when we walk away from this Mastermind this weekend is to take action. We're taking a lot of notes, got a lot of ideas, but none of it matters if we do not take action. Which leads us to a topic we want to talk about quickly to our Feast audience. Eric?
Yes. So, guys, we've had a lot of good feedback from all of our Mastermind partners. They're watching our weekly Feast episodes, and the one thing that they're telling us is that they're watching, but they admittedly are not putting to action what we teach them. That's a problem. Why bother if you're not going to put into action? How many of you watching this are guilty as charged? I'm not gonna lie. I'm guilty as charged many times in my career on not putting into action stuff that I learn at these big events. Andy, how can we fix that?
Easy. Quite simple. When you go to Masterminds, when you go to seminars, you go to conferences, you watch our Feast episodes take action as often as you take notes. And I promise you, you will get the results you want. Anything else?
No. Except for don't just have a great day. Make it a great day. See at Feast. Hashtag Feast.
