Talk about that, though. I. You guys are one that has taken something we preach, which is interview clients, prospects, peers, whoever. Interviews, interviews, interviews. Talk about. Chris Bowen. Talk about how is that impact? Like, why did you guys feel that was something you wanted to lean into?
It's just something different versus, you know, our same, you know, listening to our voices, which are not, you know, impactful. And. And it was. How did you get into the role that you're in today? You know, and then we promote that business that entire week. So many of those posts will be their quote, you know, that maybe they came up with links into their website. If they're trying to hire hr, cfo, whatever. That whole week is all about them. We feel that, once again, our clients are thankful that. That we're not trying to spin this of, why did you hire me and why am I a great.
