The Compounding Content Maximizer

Andy Neary walks through a workflow for turning one 3-5 minute video into 40-50 pieces of content weekly. Record an educational video, post it to LinkedIn and YouTube, use AI tools to extract vertical shorts, then auto-generate a transcript and turn it into articles and emails. He reports 98% of his leads come from LinkedIn and YouTube.

If you know content has to be in your game plan this year, yet you are a little nervous because you lack time. You're not alone. But I'm going to fix that problem with you today because I am going to share my slides now. So this is your opportunity if you're watching the video. If you're not, this is where I would go back and watch in tune into the video because you are going to get a quick master class here. So how are you going to create a lot of content this year? Remember, my urge to you is to focus on personal stories and education. Now, with personal stories, all you got to do is let people get to know you. Go look at the content I'm creating every single week. There is a purpose behind that content. There's a reason I post a lot of pictures of myself. I don't actually like doing that. But there's a strategy. We trust people we see. We trust people we know. You have got to use content to let your prospects get to know who you are. And when you post that content, it has to include photos of you. We trust people we see.
I don't want you telling these great personal stories and hiding behind stock images. It doesn't work. It's like the wizard of Oz telling a masterful story with the gears and the puppet master, but I can't see you. I don't know who you are. You got to include photos of yourself, videos of yourself. This is how people see you and get to know you. So for personal stories, my only ask for you this year is open up a little bit, Let people get to know you. Remember, you're just trying to work and do business with your prospects. Wouldn't it be nice to walk in to meetings with prospects who feel like they already know you? There's not a better feeling in the world. And it's possible if you let people get to know you with your content. Now, for the purpose of how are you going to create a lot of content? Let's focus on the education.
So let's talk about how you are going to create a lot of content. We call this the Compounding Content Maximizer. Not only are you going to create a shitload of podcast content, pardon my language, you're going to do it in a short amount of time. This is a strategy we use here today at Complete Game Consulting, and it has changed the game for our exponential awareness. So here's what I'm going to have you to do. First thing, I want you to record an educational video. Make it 3 to 5 minutes.
Record an educational video around an area where you are a subject matter expert. Maybe you want to be known as the health insurance captive guy. Maybe you are astute and finding coverage gaps within insurance policy policies. Maybe you're the self funded woman. Maybe you sell a certain industry. You have an industry niche where you are the go to in that niche. Whatever it is, whatever your subject matter expertise is, I want you to focus your educational content around that. That's where you are in your jam and you are at your best. So you're going to record an educational video. Now the first thing you're going to do with that video is you are going to post it on LinkedIn. The only limitation on LinkedIn folks is 10 minutes. Video has to be under 10 minutes. I'm telling you to record something that's three to five.
Now.
I want you to take that video and upload it to YouTube. Now pause. Because I know you're gonna say, andy, I don't have a YouTube channel. Okay, I get it. But I'm gonna urge you this year to set up a YouTube channel. Why? Because if you are going to record any videos, you have to have a YouTube channel for none other than the purpose of housing those videos. Setting up a YouTube channel takes minutes. Uploading videos are easy. But the biggest business case for a YouTube channel, it is the second largest search engine in the world. People go to YouTube to look for things. They don't go there just to watch 13 year olds do skateboard tricks. They actually go there for business purposes. So if you're going to create videos, you have to have a YouTube channel. It is that simple. So you upload the video you recorded to YouTube. You have now taken one video and put it in two places, LinkedIn and YouTube. The next thing you're going to do is upload it to an AI tool. Now we use video AI here at Complete Game Consulting. It's a tool we're playing around with. I love it and this is why I love it. You can upload a video. So think of uploading this three to five minute video and vingio AI is going to use AI and go in the video, study the video and it is going to cut out two or three short clips that it thinks is relevant to the video. Those clips might be 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 55 seconds, but it's going to cut out a bunch of clips that are less than a minute long. So all you have to do is upload a three to five minute video or any length and it's going to cut out two, three, maybe even four clips. So imagine that now you don't just have one video, you've got three, four, five videos.
So in a matter of minutes, you took one video and turned it into multiple videos. Those vertical shorts you see everybody posting out on social media, that's how these are created. Plus an app or a tool like Video AI creates the captions for you. It's awesome. Now I want you to take those multiple shorts you've just created and go post them on social media. It could be LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok. Now, if you are an insurance professional and you're in the business to business space, you really only need to be on LinkedIn and YouTube if you want to go anywhere else. Have at it. We post on all platforms, but 98% of our leads come from LinkedIn or YouTube. Have at it. But now you've got these vertical shorts to post everywhere. So now you've taken one video, turned it into multiple videos and put it in a lot of places in a matter of minutes.
Now the next thing you're gonna do.
Is you're gonna take a Chrome plugin, if you have Chrome, and I believe it's there for Fox, Foxfire, Firefox, whatever you call it. It's a plugin for the Internet called YouTube summaries.
You plug it in and what this tool gives you the ability to do is anytime you upload a video to your YouTube channel, it is going to create a transcript of the video in seconds.
Then all you have to do is hit the Chat GPT icon that is on the tool and it instantly takes you over to Chat GPT and turns your video transcription into a summary.
In a matter of seconds.
Now, with that summary, you can request that Chat GPT to do two things with it. You can tell Chat GPT to turn the video summary into an article or newsletter for LinkedIn and you can have it request that chat GPT turn that video summary into an email for your list.
So in a matter of minutes, you have now taken your video that is uploaded on YouTube and turned it into an article for LinkedIn or a newsletter, depending on what you use. And you have turned it into an email. You can blast out to your email prospect list.
And the last thing you do is post the article, post the newsletter on LinkedIn and send out the email to your prospects. I want you to really hear this message clearly.
About 20 minutes ago, you sat down and you recorded a three to five minute video.
You turned that video, you posted it on LinkedIn, you uploaded it to your YouTube channel. You turned the video into multiple videos using an AI tool like Video AI. You posted those videos on LinkedIn, on YouTube and any other platform you want to. You've now taken your video on YouTube and turned it into an article you can post on LinkedIn and an email you can send to your prospects. So, literally, with one video, you are posting multiple videos across multiple social media channels. You're sending a newsletter out on LinkedIn people can read, and you're sending an email out that lands in your prospect's inbox in a matter of probably 15 or 20 minutes.
If you do that every single week. Next year, this year, excuse me, I'm already in the new year. Do you know how much credibility and awareness you're going to create for your business?
However.
This only works if you're convinced this type of activity is as important as picking up the phone and sending or sending out cold emails.
This strategy has changed our business forever and it's only going to speed up from here. This is what allows us to put 40 to 50 pieces of content of social media out there every single week.
This is what allows us to send out a weekly email newsletter. This is what allows us to put out a LinkedIn newsletter. This isn't rocket science. It's a game. It's a. It's a process. It's a strategy. And I'm here to tell you, AI is not a nice to have. It is a must have. And if you don't use it, you will be left behind.
But please hear me out today with this message as we kick off a brand new year. You have lofty sales goals and I hope you are committed that you're going to do whatever it takes to hit those goals. And please do me a favor. You have got to use a better, more modern marketing strategy to get there. And I hope what I just taught you today is the strategy that gets you there. I don't want another year to go by for you where you're frustrated, doing things that are no longer working anymore, yet you continue to do them. And by the end of the year you feel like a failure again. And you go into 2025 setting half ass sales goals, not believing you're going to hit them.
This will change the trajectory of your career. It's going to allow you to not only hit your goals, but far exceed them. And guess what? You're gonna have so much fun doing it that your passion for what you do has completely been rekindled. So that's my gift for you. As we kick off 2024, I hope you have one hell of an amazing year. If you have any questions on the compounding content maximizer, you know to find me. But please, please take this strategy and deploy it. It will change your life. Be good.
