What's your take on AI's role within marketing today?
I think AI is going to help us do things better. I do not think it's going to be able to replace the human element. That's actually a goal of mine, is to be better at this and figure out how it can help myself, help our team. AI is not going to go help a client when their warehouse burns down, and AI is not going to be the person when someone goes in for surgery and someone needs to help them with drafting, you know, a document to be sent to work or the doctor, like it might help streamline that process. And I think that will be a very cool tool. But the human element of actually caring about what's going on and knowing what's going on and being able to communicate that, I just can't see that.
