Do not look in your past when you're planning your Future. Listen, it's December 30th, and I hope you already have or are just about to lay out your 2020. And here's my advice for you when you do, I want you to base everything you plan next year, everything you're going to accomplish on where you're going to be. Don't focus on what you've already done in the past. Listen, I come from the health insurance industry and I see so many agencies, so many companies make this mistake when it comes to hir people investing in technologies, deploying their marketing strategies. They constantly focus on what they've done in the past. And that's a mistake. You see, when you focus on the past, when you focus on what you've always done, eventually you're going to be dead in the future. So as you sit down over the next few days and you start writing out your goals, your visions, your dreams for 2020, I want you to focus on where you're going to be. Where, where your company is headed when it comes to investing in the people you're gonna spend your time with, the conferences, the courses you're going to purchase, the marketing strategies you're gonna deploy. Heck, the prospects you're gonna go after next year. Always focus everything on where you are going to be. And when you do that, I promise you, come January 1, 2021, you're gonna be damn happy where you're at at that time. So go out, plan 2020, base everything off of where you're going to be. Do not look in the past. And I Hope you make 2020 the best year you've ever had.
